The outdoor pool was open until midnight, the room was cozy quiet didn’t hear any guest above us or on either side of us and we loved the breakfast!

The onsite store was closed and shelves were empty they only had a small vending machine with very little selection. The popular ice cream spot down the street takes up a lot of the parking so it was very hard to find parking as a hotel guest and the way the spaces are lined up are narrow so most cars or trucks take up two spaces.

Great location, 11 min from Disneyland. Amazing breakfast and super clean!

The front desk did not let me extend my stay because I booked through booking.com. That’s has never happened to me before. It was inconvenient and the only reason I don’t give it a 10/10

Convenient location

They must have been really busy that day. The person . checked me and didn't seem very happy at all. The room seemed half done. The shower curtain was half on, so I buttoned the rest, the room was also missing some coffee and tea, but I planned on getting coffee downstairs anyway. Couch cushions. We're still half up. Not a big deal but you could tell they were rushing. I've stayed here 5 times before, and it is always a pleasant stay.

Whether it is for vacation or business trip, I choose to stay at Embassy Suite. The first time I stay at Embassy Suite was 20+ yrs ago. I fell in love with the place. Everyone is so nice, polite, and friendly. The suite is roomy and clean. Every suite has a small refrigerator and a microwave. The breakfast is excellent. This is a full course breakfast. And, in late afternoon, they have happy hour snacks, drink, etc.

The manager's reception (FREE cocktails) was a hit and much needed when we checked in. It definitely got our trip started on the right foot. Check in was quick and easy (it was around 5 pm) and front desk staff was helpful. A hot breakfast each morning was great, but our son couldn't stop raving about how much he loved the breakfast potatoes. Lots of options to choose from, which was nice to mix it up each day. There was always someone cleaning and clearing dishes. My husband had good things to say about the bar and bartender. It was nice that there was a store within the hotel as we forgot a toothbrush. We did make a quick trip to Target across the street to grab water and snacks for our room. Another feature I liked was the ability to text the hotel staff. I was surprised to get a "greeting" text from "Molly" at the hotel. Usually we don't do more than sleep in our rooms on vacation but this trip we did actually take the time to lounge around so having a suite was nice for that as well. We used the hot tubs a couple nights which was also a plus. There is a ART bus stop right in front of the hotel which got us right to Disneyland in minutes. Lots of places to walk to and eat dinner as well. If you're looking for a Starbucks, it's located in the Hyatt right behind the Embassy.

The only thing I would say wasn't good for us was the A/C. Our room was very warm even though we lowered the thermostat it just didn't feel like it was cooling down. Engineering did come look at it while we were out but the room didn't cool down enough.

Breakfast was great - room was nice and spacious, clean and comfy. The location was also hard to beat.

While the breakfast area staff and attendants were top notch, I'd say the front desk folks were a bit subpar. They weren't particularly friendly, didn't handle a difficult customer well so made a bunch of people wait in line, and they weren't really knowledgeable about the amenities or the surrounding area.

The breakfast had a great variety of items, I liked the option of made to order omelets. I would like to see oat milk coffee creamers made available and flavored regular coffee creamers. We enjoyed our stay staff was always friendly. I really liked that the windows were very clean to enjoy the views. The room was very clean and hotel looks well kept.

The comfort and size of the room was excellent. I was exactly what I was looking for and then some. I also loved the complimentary breakfast every day. Also, the front desk was very helpful when I left an item in a Lyft ride. Worked with the driver to bring back and hold my items for me. I really thank them for that.

The only issue I had with with turn down service. On the second night, I put up my Do not disturb sign. But when I got back from Disneyland, the sign was gone. Also when they did do the turn down service, they only replaced the bath towels. They never replaced the hand or face towels.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at all levels. Vast breakfast buffet that was constantly being replenished, and made to order omelets. Clean and safe atmosphere. Plenty of room at the pool to sit and relax. Loved the washer/dryer access on 3 of the floors.

Rooms were nice, comfortable and plenty of room for myself and 3 kids. Meals were great!

The shared parking between 3 different hotels was difficult, if you returned late evening you wouldn't find anything close. You will end up in the back parking area or on the side which the 4 nights we were there it seemed to have lots of people hanging out around the cars in the parking lot.
