Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the National Museum, a park and the Corniche, and five minutes walk to a Metro station. Room was large and furnished as you would expect a 4 star hotel to be. Good buffet breakfast included.

The hotel states they have a private beach that guests can use, however they don’t say it is far away and you need to take a taxi to get there. Initially wenot going to allow a late check out.

Exceptional breakfasts, lovely and helpful reception staff, very large 'single' beds, spotless room cleaning, easy metro access and to the amazing MIA park. Basically, I found for the price we paid, we got a 5-star hotel in a perfect location.

Not a major issue for adults, but could be for small children. Sometimes the water got hotter than set in the shower (probably because too many guests were accessing it all at once in the morning in a very big hotel!). It only lasted for a few seconds, but this also might have an impact on a disabled guest i.e. you have to step forward very quickly for a few seconds. Otherwise, all the hotel facilities were perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our trip to Doha. It is located 5 min walk from the National Museum and the metro station, 15 min walk from Souq Waqif, a short distance from the Museum of Islamic Art and Mina District, and a short drive from Hamad Airport. The breakfast served was good with a selection of hot dishes, vegetables, fruits, cold and hot drinks and the option to bake your own waffles which we particularly enjoyed. The hotel has a small gym and quite large underground parking, both free for guests. You also get free access to Doha Sands beach, but you have to arrange your own transportation. The staff at the reception were nice and helpful. Recommended.

We didn't know that room cleaning was to be ordered and was not part of the daily room service routine. They changed towels and made the bed every day, but on the second day of our stay we brought some sand from a dune bashing trip to our room. The sand was obviously on the floor and room service didn't vacuum it up for the rest of our stay.

We had an amazing stay at. The hotel is in a great location, close to all major attractions and right in the city center, making it easy to explore. Since we rented a car, everything was even more accessible, and the included parking was a huge plus. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We also loved the fact that breakfast, WiFi, a fully equipped gym, and parking were all included in the price—great value for money! The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We didn’t like that the pillows were uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult. Additionally, we only had hot water in the shower, while the sink had no issues. Even though we reported the problem to the reception and they sent someone to check, the issue was never resolved. On top of that, our neighbors were noisy in the evening, which made it hard to relax.

I liked the location of the hotel because it’s near most events , I liked the security attitude and their greeting and their help everytime I enter the hotel or planning to leave. I liked their breakfast because they update it daily with great choices of food comes from around the world. I liked the staff friendliness from amel , mouna , sustkai or Rojina limbu , anwar and Chaminda, they’re helpful and so friendly and I appreciate the effort that they do and thanks to them one by one. I liked the good service as well they give you what you ordered and completely understand it.

Slow service , sometimes I have to call to repeat it to get the item faster. When I ordered a prayer rug they gave me a dirty old and used one and I didn’t like that.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The receptionist Najath was very kind and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time and he was kind enough to accommodate us. After check-out, they stored our luggage free of charge, which we really appreciate. The room had everything we needed, including an iron, which was super convenient. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the metro station, and there’s also access to a beach with provided beach vouchers. Even the beach is 5km away, it was not problem for us, we used the metro and 10min walk to the beach. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. All in all, a great experience—would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic week-long stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Doha for a special family reunion. My mother, father, sister, brother, and their children all stayed in the same hotel, and every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The family connecting room was spacious and perfect for us, with plenty of beds and a very comfortable setup. The location was ideal, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. A special thank you to the Manager, Mr. Dogancan, and Supervisor, Ms. J, who kindly extended our stay at a better rate than what was available online. Omar and his colleagues from the restaurant were amazing—always friendly and attentive. The front desk team were also professional, polite, and always ready to assist. During our stay, my father unfortunately fell ill. The hotel staff, including Mr. Dogancan himself, stayed with us until the ambulance arrived. The security team guided everything with calm and professionalism, providing great comfort and support during a very stressful moment. All in all, it was a truly wonderful stay. We’re so grateful for the care, service, and hospitality we received. Highly recommended for families!

I paid extra for the queen room with sea view but I couldn't fully appreciate the view because the windows were not clean on the outside. I understand keeping the windows clean can be a big task, but if a guest is paying extra for a good view, it really needs to be cleaned regularly.

I booked this hotel for my parents that were visiting me in Doha and they liked it so much, the breakfast buffet has suitable options, although it could be better. The location is very convenient to go almost everywhere in Doha, close to the metro, souq, national museum, corniche, msherib and even the ride to and from the airport is very affordable by Uber. The staff at the reception, restaurant and the security guards were always replying with a genuine smile, I appreciate that very much, as I work in hospitality too.

- The housekeeping service could improve. I had to ask a couple of times for extra toilet paper (basic), because they didn’t re plenish, even after knowing that we were 3 people in 1 room - the hand soap is refillable, during our 5 days it was never refilled, it was done only after I asked for it. Again, is not the end of the world, but just the attention to detail.

Very clean, modern room with modern facilities, very comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff, close to the metro station, 24/7 reception.

It was a pity that such a great room with a comfortable bed was not soundproof at all!!! I could literally hear EVERYTHING in the night. Neighbor rooms taking shower, flushing the toilet , talking on the phone, baby crying, doors shutting,... So if you are a light sleeper like me, you may have big issues with noises. I couldn't get more than 2-3 hours of sleep per night.
