Stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered a beautiful sea view. I especially enjoyed the sauna and steam room facilities plus an actual bath, and the complimentary dates and coffee at reception were a nice touch. Free access to the beach was great too.

Our room was not ready when we arrived this was after 3pm, however the staff was very accommodating and looked after us till our room was ready for us. Security is high at this hotel you can’t visit any other floors apart from the one you’re staying on!

The lady at reception let us check in way earlier than check in time as she could see we were jet lagged. The breakfast was amazing. The ambiance of the hotel was exceptionall. We checked out the evening before departure and asked if they could give us something to eat as we paid for breakfast and they gave us sandwiches, fruit and coffee.

We liked Everything, especially the breakfast staff was very professional and the Receptionist "Lea" who was kind and upgraded our room to sea view.

The receptionist, Oumayma, initially and purposely ignored/refused to provide a beach access voucher for my additional child, despite my clear entitlement to 15 vouchers for my 5-day stay. I had only used 4 vouchers during my entire stay. After a small argument, she reluctantly provided the voucher , knowing he would be denied access at the beach without it. This forced me to walk back to reception under the heat to resolve the issue to request his voucher. Her actions were highly unprofessional and seemed like an attempt to cut hotel costs at my expense, especially since I had already saved the hotel money by not using the private beach daily.

Breakfast was superb. Best choice and quality we have ever experienced. The staff could not do enough for you. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was always someone at reception to help with a smile. Reception had a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel was close to the beach, metro and shopping mall. All within a short walk. Our room had a beautiful sea view. It was quiet, dark at night and had every facility to make the vacation special. Some very minor dislikes: Very squeaky bathroom door handle. Better instructions needed on the use of the beach. (voucher required from reception) I requested a larger bath robe but this was not followed through. However, these negatives did not outweigh the many positives of staying here and we would definitely stay here again. Fantastic!

We stayed at Windhome Grand Doha West Bay and it was truly a perfect day an ideal Monday getaway. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful view and easy access to taxis. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable vacation!

The staff were very polite and accommodating (especially at breakfast). We thought they were exceptional, the best thing about the hotel. There is a good gym but the pool closes a bit early we wanted to use it in the early evening (after a day sightseeing) and it was closed.

The nearest Metro station is the DECC, but it is not very close to the hotel. Taxis are reasonably priced though. We would not stay in West Bay again. We would choose the Corniche area next time because there is more going on there and it's closer to Souq Waqif. The room was large with nice views but a little dated and the shower floor needs attention. It constantly flooded. The restaurant food was good but not great, we preferred to eat out and skipped a breakfast and an evening meal despite having booked half board for 4 nights.

Breakfast was amazing, lots of options. Even had chocolate fountain and ice cream one day. Went at Eid time and all staff were giving mubarak and were super helpful regarding facilities, sightseeing around the city and beach amenities. Beach access was free everyday (comes with hotel stay) and is easy to get access to, right across the street and is v quiet. My friend landed in the country 13 hours before check in and hotel staff held her luggage and allowed her to rest in the reception till the room was ready and even allowed room upgrade to a higher floor and early check in free of charge! Hotel concierge was extremely helpful in giving info regarding getting around the city in the cheapest way and the best spots to visit and even recommended places to visit within walking distance of the hotel when we didn’t want to travel too late at night. Excellent service and stay at this hotel, exceptional quality for its price, would definitely recommend.

I don’t like at breakfast because there is cold when air conditioners when I eat English breakfast become very cold eat and bread and cake very dry and bit hard when keep air didn’t cover on bread and cake, the egg is not good enough also in my room need improvement because there bathroom when I went to shower and saw there is no mat on floor when I finish shower wet on the floor very nearly I’m slip on the floor which is not good safe but should put on mat made sure is safe and avoid slipping on the floor and also disappointing either there is no bar or only one big tv but without no bar drink as nothing

Great location, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very beautiful hotel in general and the outdoor pool is great. Free access to beach club is also very convenient. The hotel is located next to rather big shopping mall. Easy access to any area by taxi. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Staff at the breakfast buffet could be faster, especially with the coffee. Music at the pool is very loud from early morning, so it woke us up as our rooms were facing the pool. We reported this to staff, music was turned down that morning, but the same issue appeared the next day. I suggest waiting until breakfast time is over for the loud music. Probably not an issue for higher floors. Pool bar would be a big advantage for such a place.
