The location is perfect. The hotel smells like heaven! The rooms were large and modern and spotless! The staff are so friendly, welcoming and professional!

Amazing staff, great location, excellent breakfast. We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Special kudos to Walid, who made sure we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location is great and right next to Roma Termini and close to attractions. The breakfast was really good with great variety and options. We were also given a map of Rome with places to visit which was very helpful.

A/C - the temperature was set at 21 and wouldn’t go lower (note that it was winter time though, but still would get a bit hot at nights when sleeping). Bed - was Ok but not the most comfortable. Overall, happy with the stay though.

Right beside Roma Termini. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was large, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed.

Staffs are really kind and sweat. Breakfast is great. Classy hotel.

There's a rock pub nearby, they are quite noisy until midnight on Friday or Saturday.

Thinking that it is an area of old Thermal facilities, it would be nice to have a spa. The area is a typical train station area, where there are quite a lot of homeless and weird people around. Saying that, I did not feel unsafe, as there are also many police and security people at the area.

Nice modern hotel adjacent to the main Rome train station, Termini. Newer hotel. Great big room by European standards. Basic wifi (without the add on at a cost) fit all my needs. Able to hook up and stream from my Amazon Firestick without buffering. Easy access to my day train trips to other cities, like Florence.

It's by the train station. Lots of homeless in the vicinity. They really didn't bother me and the connivance of having the train station and metro station super close by outweighs the negative. The hotel has doormen posted and the hotel itself was quite safe. It's also a bit pricey, but the room was worth it.

The hotel is located a half-block away from Termini Station, and apparently has undergone a recent renovation. It is also within walking range from the Coliseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Di Spagna and many other attractions. Despite the very imposing facade, the interior does not follow the same level.

Rooms are very small, with very limited room for luggage; it is a touristic class hotel; definitely not a 4 or 5-star. The gym is simply a tiny room with a treadmill, a stationary bicycle and a few dumbbells. Nevertheless, it is a fair option with an easy access by train or car.

Location was close to the train station and a walk to most of the attractions. Staff were very good, polite and helpful with advice on the attractions and travelling around the city. Food was good at the rooftop bar and restaurant and breakfast was plentiful and varied, the best I have had in some time.

The approach to the hotel was being improved during our stay, this made access a little awkward. We enjoyed walking the city but it was a half an hour from the major attractions. Obviously buses, trams and taxis are available close at hand.

WOW!! What an EXCELLENT place to relax & enjoy!!! Federico at the front desk is EXCEPTIONALLY amazing and kind!!! He made us feel like ROYALTY, and like FAMILY!! :) He was so patient with all our countless questions, he gave me lots of treats for my birthday, he let my father use his computer, he gave us a really late checkout, and MUCH, MUCH more!! Our room was also quite spacious!!! The bedroom separated me well from my dad’s noisy sleeping habits, with its sliding door, & then ANOTHER sliding door he had too! The breakfast is amazing, the location is PERFECT, right be the Termini station (and we felt safe!). The area by the bar was such a comfy and large room. I loved the marble stairs, the beautiful floors and columns by the elevators. We had an amazing stay!! 5 star, indeed!
