Excellent location, within walking distance of the train and bus stations and a 10/15 minute walk from the city centre, Corn Exchange, Kirkgate market and huge shopping malls. The hotel is budget, feels like an upmarket hostel. Beds and bedding were clean. A bit more attention to room corners would be good. Breakfast was OK: croissants, petits pains, cereal and toast, cheese and ham. On Sunday morning, yoghurt and apples were on offer, they were not on offer the 2 other mornings we were at the hotel. Staff really helpful and well informed about the city.

Improve cleaning under the beds: that is where your bag/suitcase can be stored, as there are no cupboards or shelves in the room. Every time a loo was flushed nearby, i could hear it!

The staff were excellent. Room comfy and spotless. Excellent value but the breakfast was so very poor.

The breakfast was poor quality. A kettle in the room would have been a bonus because I am an above knee amputee and when I awoke during the night to use the toilet, I fancied a cuppa but it was just too much of a bind to put on my prosthetic leg and walk right along the corridor to get the lift downstairs. In hindsight, and after speaking to staff members, next time I use the hotel (and I most certainly WILL), I will ensure that I bring a Thermos Flask which I can fill at the hot water station situated in Reception. All in all though, a great stay. Thanks to ALL Staff Members

I really enjoyed my stay at IBIS Hotel Leeds! The location is excellent—very close to both the city centre and Leeds Train Station, making it extremely convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and always helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The room had a private bathroom with a shower and included all the essentials. Being on the 6th floor, the view was absolutely stunning. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the microwave available in the lobby, which allowed us to easily heat up food and enjoy it in the comfort of our room. I had a wonderful stay and would be happy to return. Highly recommended!

The gentleman on my arrival on Sunday evening 14 September was exceptional in welcoming me to the hotel. Very professional and polite. Every other staff member I encountered were of the same manner. Highly recommend the Hotel. Room 111 was superbly clean and comfortable. A few glitches with the room key which were easily rectified by reception (I had not realised the key can be deactivated by being close to the phone).

It would be lovely to have a kettle and complimentary tray in the room, although I understand the restraints of a budget hotel.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, they couldn't have been better. The Ibis has two lifts, just yards from the reception desk. On a very hot weekend the room was very cool and comfortable. My bed was very comfortable too and i didnt hear any noise at all from other guests or from outside with the window shut. The toilet and shower are compact but do the job perfectly, the shower was a nice and simple walk in one. I could leave my luggage at reception, and breakfast was a continental buffet and was nice. There are bottled drinks available to purchase, including alcoholic, and lager on tap, although no bar as such.

Of course it's a budget hotel so no coffee tea facilities in the room, but knew thiswhen bookings so wasn't a problem.

The property was situated in the heart of everything not far from the city centre was only a few minutes down the road , you had a shop next door including a bar/lounge incase you needed a bite to eat !

The only downfall about the property was the car park , as it stated online it’s accessible therefore when we arrived we learnt that there wasn’t a car park and that we had to pay for the car park nearby, as we was staying 2 nights, we assumed it would be really expensive the but staff had given us discount for the car park which didn’t work out too much in the end

Nice hotel with friendly stuff and great views from the window. Very close to the city centre and bus stops. Comfy beds, also they let us leave our bags after the check out for free while doing more sightseeing.

I know I booked a room with a shower in the sleeping area, but it's such a weird idea. No privacy while getting dressed, because you need to step outside of the shower to do it and if you're with someone like your friend or worse, like a coworker or something, they can see you. There's even a mirror in front of the shower and someone sitting on the other bed can see your reflection in the mirror lmao. Also windows are permamently closed - I know it was a 6th floor and it's for safety reasons, but it would be nice to get some fresh air after taking a shower with no ventilation system inside.

Room was budget basic - bed, toilet, basin, shower, TV. However, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, and the location was near to the city centre. Good view of the city from the ninth floor. Worked well as a base to explore the city, which was quite walkable, despite the hotel being by a main road junction.

It was fine for a short stay, but I'd want more (and would have to pay more) if I was looking at staying for a greater length of time. But then it was a low price compared to the other places on offer.

Great location, easily within walking distance to the city centre and very close to the bus station. The room had most of what was needed for a comfortable stay. Very comfortable bed. Good that there are bins for recycling (although it would be much better to have those at every floor).

It would be great to have an electric kettle in the room. The room was not always the most convenient for two people, e.g. there was only one chair and rather few hooks/hangers (and no shelf for storage).

The staff were friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and the shower was good. The one thing we didn't expect was our room to be turned around by housekeeping after a very very long day out...we came back to fresh towels and linen. The location was excellent within easy reach of a number of restaurants. I have never stayed in an Ibis Budget before i would absolutely consider staying in again!!

The TV was very small and there were no tea making facilities in the room. There is no car park but there is a public one opposite which was perfect!
