Excellent selection at breakfast and staff were all lovely. Room was a good size and bed super comfortable.

There were lots of picnic benches at the front of the hotel, lovely for the sunny weather at the time. Unfortunately it was quite rowdy with other guests who were visiting for a wedding and were really drunk, made it feel more like a beer garden and not an area attached to a hotel. It would have been nice to sit out in the sun but some guests were swearing and abusive, we spoke to staff and they did have a word with them but it sadly continued so we avoided the area and sat indoors.

The location: near the train station. Did not hear the trains from my hotel room, but it was close enough to see people waiting on the platform for a train. It was also a 15 minute walk to the library where the coach picks up and drop off. We took Flixbus from London. Near the City Centre: walking distance about 10 mins Stayed from Wed to Sat. Asked staff on Friday if I could have late checkout and it was granted free of charge and no hassle. Breakfast: lovely, good choice. Staff greeted us with recognition. Products: good quality shower gel, shampoo, and lotion. The lotion was so rich, and the smell was gorgeous.

Big pink stain on my room carpet, which was missed when we checked in as we checked in late at night. I had to ask reception for shower gel. Bottle was empty before housekeeping came to clean room, but they missed checking the bottle. It was replaced when we got back.

Stayed for 3 nights and would love to stay for more, I will be back. The room was cosy, good aircon, lovely comfy bed. Didn't try the pool or evening meal so can't comment. Had breakfast in room one day, price is a little high but it was tasty and you know this before you order. The Gin Bar provides food where we ate a few times. Staff throughout the hotel very helpful.

Not enough info on the parking situation. Parking is in the Stephenson Car Park. Park on level 10 and there is a pedestrian access to the hotel level. We had to climb up and down a lot of stairs to get there as we didnt have this info.

Everything😊 Our bedroom smelt lovely and was large and airy. Lovely comfy bed and large ensuite with walk in shower. 3 members of staff went out of their way, to make our stay special. Dan restaurant manager, nothing was to much trouble for him, whatever we asked for was received with a smile. Taylor waitress gave us advise on good places to visit and again so happy. Hannah receptionist found us a quieter room on the Saturday night, again took me to show me another room at back of hotel. Nothing again was too much trouble even though I forgot to take everything out of one bedroom to the other, and she had to make another trip up to the room. All these members of staff and others that haven't been mentioned,made this a lovely hotel to stay at.

The hotel was lovely, the room was very clean and smelled lovely. We used the spa which was lovely, except the locker ate my £1 coin so I just had to leave my belongings in the locker. We had a few drinks in the bar which was lovely and it was a nice added extra having the piano player. Perfect location. Would absolutely recommend! :-)

The hotel is very large, clean, modern and spacious. Service from the reception staff was excellent and they were able to facilitate an early check-in for us. The room was large and clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was also excellent and the staff, particularly the breakfast manager, were very attentive and quick to deal with any issues or requests. Overall, one of the best hotel services we've had at a mid-range chain restaurant in the UK for a number of years.

We had hoped to use the swimming pool on the day of our departure but it was full and required an advance booking or waiting list so we were not able to use these facilities as hoped.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. There were complimentary teas and coffees with biscuits and water. the hotel is greatly positioned behind the main station. Great sleep. No noise. The carpets were deep and muffled any sound. The towels were big and fluffy. The bathroom had a bath and a shower! Great curtains for total blackout. The pool is smaller than expected, though the water is warm. The steam room is bigger than expected and really good. There is a gym and Jacuzzi, and it looks good though I did not use them.

There were a little stains on the carpet in the room. Could have been mud or a tea/coffee stain? The Internet is not too great, as I was trying to see TT highlights on yout ube but keep on breaking up. I would have liked some eucalyptus scent in the steam room for greater enjoyment.

Breakfast had a wide range of buffet options which were regularly topped up.. staff helpful and attentive. Lounge facility on 6th floor a useful bonus

There was an unfortunate misunderstanding between Booking. com and hotel about choice of room. An accessible room was allocated which could not be changed on first night. This had good facilities for those who needed this facility. A room change was arranged for the next morning. There could have been more information about the adjacent car par park which had an easy lift access close to hotel entrance. Unfortunately it ois not possible to pre book a space

Breakfast was great, lots of options, food tasted fresh and was delicious. Beds were super comfy, paired with the black out curtains, we all slept great. Staff were lovely and very attentive.

When booking it showed parking available, ''Parking Parking garage, Accessible''. Which i would of expected to be included with the cost of the hotel. However, on arrival we were advised at reception that parking was a £12 for 24 hours additional charge. In total £28 for our 2 night stay. Feel this should be clearly written when booking, I would of likley stayed somewhere else when factoring this into the total cost.

The hotel is very clean, well presented and modern. Friendly staff who are happy to help. Leisure facilities are very slick. Lovely ambient poolside, hot jacuzzi and a very powerful steam room. The pool is intimate but the small size means that it’s easily filled to capacity as I was turned away a few times from pool access. Missed my morning swim on the last day sadly. However the gym is an excellent addition, again, while small, it provides all the necessary equipment and is rarely busy. Spa facilities were top notch and well priced, my girlfriend received a back massage and felt very well looked after. I would recommend booking treatments well in advance as they go quickly. The visual aesthetic and atmosphere of the wellness and leisure centre is immaculate. Very cool when you go underground from the reception floor into a realm of calm, wellness and luxury. The bar and restaurant is lovely, with the reception giving us a drink on the house. Overall I think the food and drink prices could be lowered slightly. The £5 tray charge for room service is a little overboard. The corridors and lifts are lovely and efficient. The room was spacious, modern, clean and very comfy with well working air con or heating. The bathroom, shower and bath was immaculate and very refreshing. Lighting is lovely. Complimentary shampoo, body wash is available. It did say on the booking that a mini bar was included for the room but this was nowhere in sight, however the free drink bar token made up for this. Lovely tee and coffee machine, fridge and all the extra facilities you would need are there. TV only has live TV or YouTube, would be nice to have a smart TV with streaming services available. Wi-Fi was good overall but sometimes a little buggy or slow. Key cards for the rooms have a nice wooden touch and the locking system and safe was handy. Great location and easy access to Newcastle central station and surrounding city. Lots of wonderful nightlife.

No mini bar. Drink and food prices a bit high. Busy spa and wellness centre, often full. Limited food and drink options. Tray charge for room service is too much. No smart TV. Parking is not free and hotel offers no discount. Would be nice if they had a sauna but it’s only a steam room. More varied equipment needed in the gym. Air con system was slightly noisy. Rave nearby did have a lot of noise bleed.
