Great building, comfortable location close to the center and nice inner garden (great and fresh in the summer!). Very good breakfast and friendly breakfast staff, also very good cleaning day to day and helpful receptionists. Overall cozy and calm hotel! We travelled with a 4kg Dachshund dog, so there were no problems, dog was not barking, so we usually have no problems. Additional expenses: 14 EUR for the breakfast per person. Pet cleaning fee 10 EUR per day of the stay is applicable.

Only one thing: no one told about the cleaning fee for the dog. It is not a big deal, but please write it to make it possible to calculate it in the total bill! It was 10 EUR per day. If someone stays for 10 days it might be serious bill. - Please plan your expenses ahead! I wrote to the hotel before we checked in, that we are traveling with a dog, but in the message back to me was not mentioned anything about the cleaning fee. At the day of check in also nothing was said about the cleaning fee. The dog was openly shown at the reception. Please improve this experience and start providing such important information! Thank you, overall the hotel is a great value for the money and cozy.

Don't judge hotel from outside or corridors inside, as it was very pleasant. Easily accessible to tube into the city. Very quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Good place for a base to rest if you are in Vienna for a short stay. I'm fussy and for a 3* cheap and cheerful and would stay again.

Very hot hotel. No kettle in room. Water was supplied though. Our bedroom didn't have a door to bathroom it was kind of opened planned which wasn't ideal. Apparently all rooms different as friends room did have a door. The receptionist was a little frosty to start.

My son and I were travelling with my sister, and had opted to book an apartment here rather than two separate bedrooms. We were a little nervous, but the moment we walked in we were super impressed with how spacious and clean it was - and more than big enough for the three of us. The bookcase, table and sofa gave it a really homely feel - we were joking we could imagine living there. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We didn't eat there, so can't comment on that, but it was good for what we needed.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice.

The hotel is very central in term of transportation. in 10 min walk you reach a station which can takes you to Vienna in less than 15 min. the staff is very friendly, the place is very clean and the price is very affordable in Vienna and not in a crowded touristic area so you can sleep well clamly. lets not forget in 5 min walk you have 2 supermarkets. the place is amazing and i will give it 5 stars. as a solo traveller the room is enough and comfortable.

The hotel has a very good location, close to the metro and train station. The late check-in process was easy and quick. The room was spacious and quiet with the right temperature. A positive aspect was that the used towels were changed daily, whether we requested it or not. The breakfast, considering the hotel's category, was quite good. The staff did their job as expected.

I wouldn't want to mention anything negative as my experience was mostly positive. Everything else are details that didn't significantly affect my positive opinion.

The location is close to the metro and train station, there are a lot of supermarkets, like Billa. Only 30 minutes by walk and you are in the city centre of Vienna. Good and tasty breakfast, a lot of variety of food. Nice stuff, very kind people. There is was a TV in the room to watch Netflix in the evening.

The room was a bit smaller then I expected, mattress was on the springs, so it was too much soft, that was uncomfortable to sleep. There was also toilet seat, which was broken and always to drop on us, so it was not comfortable to seat on it.

The hotel is walking distance from the Praterstern Underground station, so you can get to the city center in 15-20 minutes. There are supermarkets and pharmacies around. Also, the Prater is around the corner, so you can walk there and have fun in the rides, visit museums, or just chill in the park. The hotel doors lock at 10:00 PM, but they give you a code to unlock it if you're returning after that time. The staff is friendly, especially the person who welcomed you for breakfast. The breakfast is delicious and nutritious. The yard is cosy to have breakfast in the morning. The room was comfortable. The mattress was very soft. The closet area was good. The air conditioning unit kept the room fresh (I visited in August).

The toilet was weird. Especially for number 2. The view wasn't the best, but I stayed most of the time outside so it didn't matter.

Wonderful position, very close to the Praterstern station - 2 stops with the metro from the centrar Stepansplatz. There is a train that arrived directly from the airport and train who you can take to go and visit Belvedere. The staff was magnificent, very kind and helpful. The lady who spoke with us was incredible kind and educated, speak more then 3 languages. The room was very clean and in perfect condition.

the hotel is very good, the superior double room was amazing: spacious, comfortable, clean and beautiful. we had a spacious bathroom with a bathtub that was also very nice.

the internet was not working at all in the room. haven’t tried downstairs, but if you need to work in the room this place might not be a good fit. also the price for the day we booked was much higher than average, its not nice to see that the following days had the same rooms available for almost half price.

Excellent location and well fuctioning public transportation both from the airport (S7 train) to/from around the city. Breakfast was really good. The staff really friendly and helpful speaking good English. The clean and functioning room and bathroom (hot water and water running well, air conditioning etc)

Pillows could be better (really flat). You heard the people from the next room (space under doors and foors clise to each other) too well If you are not easy and sound sleeper I recommend ear plugs. The hotel wasn't noisy nor were there any extra disturbance, just take a note if you happen to get noisy people next to you. Would be nice to have even small minibar in a room since there is no restaurant open but just for breakfast, so one could put some snacks to cool when you are staying multiple days.
