The bathroom was spacious and included a shower and tub. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of outlets for charging. The coffee in the room was good. There was a refrigerator but no microwave.

The price was very high for the accommodations (summer rates). The television was quite small. There were no perks except water at the desk. I booked a "city view" room, but the view was blocked by a building that appeared to be under construction. The parking was way too much, 52 dollars per night. At least there were in and out privileges.

The bed was very comfy and soft. We loved the room size - not too big but cozy and spacious with a nice closet. The bathroom had great lighting and plenty of mirror and counter space. The lobby was stunning. We ordered in food in the morning and it came fast, hot, and delicious. They had tote bags in the closet that you could take home for $5 CAD, pretty good deal and cute souvenir!

We didn't realize there was no hot tub. The pool was nice and good temperature, but a bit messy in the room/pool could've used a good cleaning around the edges but still nice.

The location is terrific, a short walk from the cruise ship terminal and the shopping precinct is a few steps away. Our room was good and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, there were plenty of choices on the menu and it was delicious. We loved that this hotel is dog friendly, we miss our dogs when we travel so it’s always a treat when we meet pups and get cuddles. We’d stay here again.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property

The hotel is fine. Everything is modern and functional. Didn't notice any specail problem. Didn't have enough time to try hotel's pool. No homelesses and drug guys around the hotel what is fine. The WiFi is not paid, it's free. The Pacific Center mall is near the hotel.

I booked the room with the option to purchase breakfast for 20 dollars. When I asked at the reception what is included in the 20 dollars I was answered that I just order in the menu for 20 dollars. It's ridiculous as you can just enter the restaurant and order a la carte. After my complaints this option was removed from the booking options. But I wonder what guests get for a breakfast when they book a room with a breakfast included. Anyway, it's not a buffet. According to the reception they do not provide buffet options for their breakfast.

Location is great. Central to downtown, quick access to transit, lot's of restaurants around with a range of prices. The bathroom is nice, with a lot of counter space. Great if you don't want to keep your grooming supplies in your luggage.

The price when there is an event in Vancouver goes up really sharply. But that is the same for all of the downtown hotels. For 3 people, the room is tight quarters (standard, 2 queen beds).

Great location with easy self parking where we left the car for our entire stay to explore the city on foot supplemented by a couple Ubers. Very clean room with a window we could open (important) and a luxurious comfortable bed. Our package included breakfast which was fabulous. The staff were all wonderful especially Anastasia at the front desk.

Staff, especially Irá at the front desk and Josh and Vance in the bar were very accommodating. Location was great , close to everything. Hotel and room very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Price is probably comparable with other properties in the area. It was very quiet too.

Cant think of anything

The staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. It was in an excellent location with Walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Transportation was also readily available. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, however a self laundering service would have been nice since you must pack likely when traveling. I find it a bit expensive for the hotel to do your laundry. Also a microwave in the room would also have been nice since the price of the rooms were expensive but comparable to the surrounding hotels.

The Breakfast was lovely in Diva, with efficient and pleasant service. Location is good for exploring waterfront. Management sent up a bottle of wine when they discovered that it was our China Wedding Anniversary.

The on screen tv guide was incomprehensible to us, with many of the channel numbers not corresponding to what was actually shown.

Location was excellent. Price was right. Room was comfortable. Service by staff at the front desk and the valet was superb. Breakfast in the Diva was very good - well prepared.

Robes in the room would have been appropriate and appreciated.
