The location of the hotel was fantastic for access to the city and many of the tourist and other amenities. The entrance to the hotel didn't give a particularly good impression, being through an arcade with restaurants, offices and a theatre all within the same arcade. However, once inside, it was pleasant enough. My room was large and spacious and the en suite facilities were very good. Air conditioning worked well and the mini bar was reasonably priced, although I didn't use it myself. Breakfast was good, with a reasonable amount of choice, but I didn't feel it was exceptional. Some of the hot food options seemed a little unusual and that was the part that, for me, let it down a little.

The way that you enter the hotel made it feel less than premium, and I would have liked something a little more comfortable to sit on in my room, such as a sofa or easy chair of some kind. I could either sit on the bed or on the desk chair. Getting into the bath for a shower took some effort and I would imagine some more elderly guests or those with mobility issues would struggle. The bath was very high to climb into, whereas a proper walk in shower would have been much more preferable to me. I don't think baths are really what most guests want these days.

The location of the hotel is amazing. We were right in the centre. Such a good starting point from everywhere. Trams, metros and bus stops all near to the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size too. We didn’t have a view from the room but we were hardly in our room we were out exploring. The breakfast was very convenient in the hotel. The staff helped out when I had any issues. The food court in levels is really good for options and reasonably priced. We ate here a few times. Fat cat (2doors away from the hotel) was really good. The food was delicious. We went for the all you can eat breakfast on our last day instead of the hotel to fill up before our day of travelling home.

Breakfast didn’t have much variety, it was the same sort of thing everyday. Basic but gets the job done. The pillows on the bed were non existent, I had to ask reception for another one which they did with no worries. The bathrooms were cleaned daily but the bedroom floor wasn’t cleaned at all, our socks were filthy. So much so that we went to Primark up the road and bought slippers. We made our beds before we left every morning and they weren’t touched or changed by the hotel staff. The towels were also not changed even though we were there for over their 3 day rule. The last night we had very noisy neighbours above us but that’s not the hotels fault. Overall a great hotel to use as a base.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elysee Hotel Our apartment was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. It was also spotlessly clean, a detail we truly appreciate and something that immediately puts you at ease. The comfortable bed and quiet surroundings ensured a perfect night's sleep every night. The breakfast was truly excellent! A wide variety of fresh, delicious options were available, catering to all tastes. And a great service. The hotel's location in downtown Prague was ideal, allowing us to easily walk from the train station and also to many of the city's main attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better base for our trip. We highly recommend Elysee to anyone visiting Prague. It truly made our trip special, and we can't wait to return!

The location of the hotel is amazing - right in the centre on Wenscelas Square, close to Trams, metros and a short 5-10 minute walk to Old Town Square and the river. Our 1 bedroom apartment was reasonably spacious and comfortable,. The bathroom was a nice size too. We didn’t have a view from the room but we were hardly in our room, as we were out exploring. The breakfast was good, and very convenient in the hotel. The staff were professional and helpful. We were lucky to get a car park, but this needs to be booked months in advance (like we did).

The only real problem in the room were the curtains, which were hopeless, so as soon as it got light outside, it also got light in the room. The breakfast coffee machine was effectively coffee from an urn, but made to look like it came from coffee being ground freshly, which it was not.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. Located right in the city centre, it’s just steps away from all major public transportation options, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Whether you’re heading to the main attractions or just grabbing a coffee nearby, everything is easily accessible. The room was extremely spacious and it made a huge difference in comfort. Everything was spotless — the cleanliness throughout the hotel is truly impressive and staff were really supportive. If you’re looking for a stay that combines location, comfort, and quality — you should definitely stay here. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

They answered my questions almost immediately during the booking! Upon arrival, check-in was very fast. The room has a full kitchen, a very good refrigerator, a coffee maker with free capsules. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower with toiletries. The view is of the courtyard, but we didn't come to look out the window 😀! However, there was no disturbing noise at night because of this! After the varied and very delicious breakfast, we arrive straight from the hotel to the city center, most of the attractions are within 10-15 minutes on foot, which is very convenient and gives a lot of freedom. The train station is 4 minutes on foot, specifically because of these reasons we didn't even come by car, but by train. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Prague again! I have to admit, that was my 5 time at this hotel. Always perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff, always polite, they helped me with everything, always, all my visit, i just fill welcomed, this time it was Abdulmalek ,during my visit, very smile and friendly, welcomed me in. The hotel is perfectly located, very clean, very good breakfast. Big rooms, quiet, a lot of cafes and restaurants, next to subway stop. I really enjoyed every my visit.

My room was next to cleaning office, and the cleaners came early in the morning to take cleaning things and new sheets etc.. and they were a bit loud talked in high voice next to my door, and it was a little disturbing , because i was still sleeping, but soon they left.

The hotel was at the center of the city, very comfortable location, as it was also super near the train station. It had a bit of an oldish palace-like atmosphere. But was really broad and comfortable. We received an apartment, although I had booked a triple room. This was a nice surprise. The beds were super comfortable, we slept perfectly. The apartment was spacious. Unfortunately we stayed for just 1 night and did not have that much time to enjoy it enough, but it had all that one would ever need in the kitchen and all around the apartment. There was a 24-hour reception as well, which for me is a plus.

The furniture was a bit oldish looking, but all well kept and functional. So this was not really a problem for us. Just telling, as some guests might be looking for more modern looking hotels.

Everything about the property was good including check in . The rooms were as in the picture. The apartment was well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. Value for money. Nice hot shower. Breakfast was okay. Internet was good. Location 10/10- you get everything around it

Don’t know why but the address was copied and pasted onto Uber but the Uber dropped us far away and we had to drag our luggage. Later we realized that the distance we dragged after the Uber dropped us was more than the distance if we had walked straight away from the Central railway station to the hotel.

Staff were very helpful, the location was FANTASTIC (short walk from the train station, right on Wenceslas Square ... can get anywhere from there). Breakfast was included and that was much appreciated. Beds and room were clean and had everything we needed. Great value for the cost.

The only thing that might have been improved a little was that the hot food in the breakfast buffet could have been kept hotter (I know, it's a little complaint!!). Still really enjoyed it, but we did notice that tiny issue. But we would stay there again in a heartbeat.
