Amazing breakfast. Nice spa.

Bathroom in our room was not up to standard compared to the rest of the hotel.

The property was extremely well located, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was luxurious facing the river with views of the Charles Bridge. Overall we did enjoy our stay so any negative comment is minor and constructive criticism.

There was no one particular thing but we recently stayed in the 4 seasons hotel in Kyoto and could not help making a comparison. There were no items like facial products or cotton pads provided in the bathroom like there was in Kyoto. The property management just seemed to lack those extra things which I would have expected for a property of this level and cost, things which were provided in Kyoto. There seemed to be a lack of attention to detail.

The lobby smells wonderful when you enter the hotel. The flower arrangement is beautiful. The staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel's location is very close to everything. It was a delight to watch the Charles Bridge from the hotel in the evening. Thank you for everything. I will come back.

All the stuff is just amazing, attentive to every single detail. Location is perfect. The Cotto crudo restaurant is quite nice for dinner, but for some reason while ordering room service, the same dishes from the menu tasted and looked a bit worse. Breakfast selection was ok. Spa facilities are good.

Slight “old” odor in the corridors, but not critical; room is a bit old looking too, but overall experience with the stay is quite nice. Unfortunately the restaurant on the rooftop was not available on Saturday, because of some private event.

The staff, dining & location were all first-rate, as expected with a hotel of this class. The building was tastefully decorated & pristine.

My room had a river view, as advertised. However the ground floor location meant pedestrians were passing within a very short distance. Translucent curtains were in place, but I might have booked a higher floor/ suite had I known this in advance.

I really liked the hotel’s excellent location and the warm, solution-oriented attitude of the staff. Many thanks to the entire team.

Despite the warm weather, the hotel did not seem well-prepared for outdoor use. Also, unlike what is usually expected at this level, no water or welcome drink was offered upon arrival.

It was a memorable experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Great location, high speed wifi, but the best part of it all was the very professional yet friendly attitude of the staff. I will definitely choose to stay at Four Seasons Hotel Prague once again if I have a chance to return to the beautiful golden city!

Hotel is perfectly located; very luxurious and comfortable; staff was very nice; felt like a business hotel in some ways - less warm and homey than other hotels - but this was expected, so not a disappointment

Breakfast was fun, but could have been slightly less elaborate and included in the stay. Felt like a Four Seasons - in a good way, but also in a way it made it like a Four Seasons anywhere - once inside, you could be in France, or Italy, not necessarily Prague.

Loved our stay there given the best central location, wonderful room and attentive staff. Delicious breakfast buffet and small, but very detailed spa that has it all!

We recently celebrated our anniversary at the Four Seasons Prague, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel not only met our expectations but far exceeded them, providing us with the most memorable anniversary experience we have ever had. The staff members at the Four Seasons were exceptional, particularly Sue, Anna, and Vasylev at the front desk. They were warm, attentive, and efficient in catering to our needs, demonstrating professionalism and genuine concern for our comfort. They even graciously granted us a two-hour extension on our last day before our flight. The room keeping service was impressive, going above and beyond to ensure our requests were met. This was the first time a room keeper paid attention to our request to keep only two pillows on the bed - a testament to their remarkable service. We must also mention Roman, who greeted us warmly at the front doors. His cheerful demeanor and engaging personality made us smile and look forward to entering and exiting the hotel every time. The dedication of the Four Seasons Prague team to creating unforgettable experiences for their guests is truly commendable. We eagerly anticipate our next stay and will not hesitate to recommend this extraordinary hotel to our friends and family.
