We could not find the left side of the shower door so we could not use the shower.

Despite requesting twice in advance, the personnel did not recommend any parking next to the hotel and said, come first, park in front of the hotel for a few minutes and we give you the recommendation at the reception. Upon arrival there was police giving penalties for wrong parking in the street and in front of the hotel was a parking lot only for taxies with a queue of them. Like this we picked up the nearest parking we could quickly find which was of course not the cheapest nor most optimal choice.

The breakfast was good. The location was good. It was very peaceful and quiet hotel, we had the window open the whole night and could not hear too much noise (a crow exluded). The weather was warm (it was August) but we had a fan in the room and apparently there is one in every other room too. There were signs that indicated that the hotel was non-smoking but we could smell a cigarette smell in our toilet/bathroom. The cleaner was really kind. When it was our last day and check-out, we could leave our luggage to the hotel for at least 5 hours.

Hotel location is good. About 5 mins walk from main station. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. There was a mix up with rooms but he sorted it without fuss. Bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately there was a grumpy woman assisting with breakfast ! Breakfast was 7am to 10am. I got there for 9.30 looking forward to some scrambled eggs only to find none there. I enquired and was brusquely told "finished !!". No apology or will see if the chef could do some more. Very rude.

Hotel located close to Munich main railway station. Staff is helpful and nice. Room is clean and sufficient for business trip.

The shower should be improved, at the moment there is small pressure of water out of shower and it is very difficult to regulate the temperature (a slight rotation of the handle change water temperature from cold to very hot). There is a night club on the ground floor and it makes low-frequency noise that could be heard even at the 4th floor. However, it is not related to the hotel itself.

We were unable to pay for our stay with MasterCard, and had to pay cash. This was an inconvenience, as we had to make a trip to a bank to withdraw some Euros. Perhaps the hotel website should mention that international cards are not accepted as a form of payment (that was the reason given to us by the staff).

Great location, only a couple of minutes from the Hauptbahnhof. Close to trams and S Bahn. The room was comfortable, and I did not find it too loud. The area was busy, with plenty of shops, restaurants and takeaways. I suppose it looked a bit 'rough', but I did not feel it was unsafe. The breakfast was reasonable for the price; not 'lavish', but enough to keep you going until dinner.

The walls were a little thin, but it was quiet at night The lift door sometimes gets jammed open because of an uneven floor on the top floor. When this happens the lift is stuck, and you have to walk up the stairs. This needs to be fixed.

The room and the hotel in general were super clean. Breakfast is very complete and served at convenient times. The bed was comfortable and the single room I took had all you may need for a short stay: a desk with a chair, a small armchair, a wardrobe with hangers, safe, TV, night light, enough sockets to charge your devices, trash can. The bathroom was also very clean and had a hair dryer and toiletries. Water temperature and pressure in the shower, perfect. The staff is nice and helpful.

The location is not bad if you arrive in the city by train and do not wish to take public transport, since the hotel is just one block from the main train station. However, it is in a "red light district". Still, it was safe. As a woman solo traveler, I never felt afraid to walk in the street. Also, it is within walking distance to Marienplatz and many sites of interest in the historic center. Moreover, many guided tours for places outside Munich (such as Neuschwanstein castle) leave from Karlplatz, only three blocks from the hotel, which is very convenient. The area is also a bit noisy in the afternoon, but there's nothing the hotel can do about it. It gets quieter by the time you go to bed.

Amazing location! Close to Karlsplatz, Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt. Also located just 2 short blocks away are all the buses and trams and the central DB station! The single room is very utilitarian but comfortable. Water pressure and hot water is top notch. Wi-Fi connection is the best I’ve experienced in any hotel I stayed at anywhere! Breakfast is great yet practical.

Although location is excellent, the area can be rough at night. Locals are extremely loud late into the night which makes the area seem seedier than it really is.

Great Hotel and nice staff. It doesn't look that big on the facade but as soon as you get in and take the elevator up to the reception, everythinh really shines and gves you positive impression. Breakfast was good and rooms nice as well. The location is in walking distance to the city and the Main Station and even the Theresienweise where the Octoberfest is kicking off every year.

Nothing really, everything worked out as expected and highly recommended.
