Great location with a beautiful lake view, the dining ammenities were great too. Lovely and helpful staff. Clean rooms and well maintained. The hot chocolate in reception was a lovely treat to come home to each night.

While in the care of valet, our fuel card keychain was snapped to multiple pieces and no one acknowledged it until we went back and reported it. They were very apologetic and compensated us, however it was a shame that no one was upfront to us when it happened. $30/n parking is steep, would have preferred to drive ourselves in and pay less.

The location was fantastic. Our receptionist Emma was very welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely young lady who looked after us in our room with housekeeping named Caitlin who was such a delight. This made our stay even better.i also loved how they had free hot chocolate available when it was so cold outside. The restaurant food was fantastic especially the peri peri prawns and lamb shank delicious.

That you couldn’t self park your car and had to pay valet parking per day. Even though you use to be able to do it before. We had issues with room service, we ordered yet about 15 minutes later get a call to say no sorry we only have 1 of these when we ordered 2 and then to be charged the same I thought was not right.

The location of the hotel is great as it is literally by the town center in front of the lake and the bus stop is also in front. Staff were great and they offer hot chocolate in the afternoon for check as it was winter. Room was clean and the internet was good.

The hotel is essentially great. Maybe more couched in the reception as it can be quite crowded when there are a lot of people coming in and going out all at once. It would be great if the staff cleaning the room would make sure that all the kits and beverage replacements are taken care of everyday.

The location was great and the room was quite nice. If you’re driving, it’s not too far to walk into the centre of Queenstown from here, and it’s also very close to the lakeside.

Parking at the property requires handing over your car key to the staff, as they are the ones who park the car for you. They keep the key during your stay, which means if you need to access your car or go out again, you have to ask them in advance to retrieve it. I found this arrangement quite inconvenient, especially since there was no clear mention of it when booking. It’s really not ideal for guests who need to drive in and out frequently — I even had to bring down all my luggage at once.

We liked the very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was a problem for them. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was good. Excellent location in Queenstown. We also appreciated the valet parking although you do pay NZ$30 per day for this.

We were not satisfied with mountsin view room 407. It was over the hotel canopy at the front and right opposite the main road and shops. Although we could see the mountains, we did think that the view was not described well on the website and we were disappointed. The reception staff were very accommodating and helpful and ended giving us two alternative options, one of which was a complimentary upgrade. There was no fuss and they dealt with everything efficiently.

Great location to centre of Queenstown and restaurants are so near. They gave us complimentary laundry and drinks during our stay. We loved the buffet breakfast in the morning. Rooms are simple but clean. They also offered hot chocolate in the lobby but we didn’t have time to try it. Valet carpark was convenient. Next time need to book the balcony as it’s very popular.

We really enjoyed the location of the property, was walking distance to the heart of Queenstown. The views are amazing. Staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful. Our room was cleaned everyday . The kindness of the staff with a complimentary wine , chocolates, laundry vouchers, fruit platter , photo book. I couldn’t have asked for a more memorable 40th birthday holiday! The staff even sang happy birthday to me and gave me a muffin! Breakfast was Devine! Thank you so much ☺️ Ohh and my children absolutely loved the free hot chocolate and playing chess in the lobby. The Crowne Plaza is in a great location and it is very easy to walk to restaurants and shops, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable and we loved having access to movies.

The only thing was that we hired a car and parked at the hotel and we were not told until check out that there was a $30 a night fee. I would like to be told that on booking a room or at least at check in, not check out.

Suppose to be a 5 stars hotel. Look at the view！！I've check in on 28th Dec 2022. The Lake view King size room is $770 and exactly the same as advertisement. So worthy！！1 mins to CBD 2 mins to lakeside. The lady at front desk is so friendly and always trying to help even at this busy Christmas period. But i am so-so sorry about forgetting to ask her name. There is another lady called Lilly at the bar. I asked her to warm up my take away foods at 10.30pm. She put them in a beautiful white plate，warmed them and covered them with stainless steel cover. That's just sosososo sweet. Crowne is 100% recommended！

The location of the hotel and orientation of room was really good. We could enjoy the view & sunshine (when it was out) every morning. The restaurant and bar staff was super friendly. We did not have to deal much with reception staff much but they were friendly too.

The parking was bit expensive. There's really no need of valet parking. It would be better to have either free or cheap parking for customers.
