The central location close to Mariahilfer Straße and Westbahnhof

Considering we stayed for a total of 10 nights, this comment will likely be relevant to longer stays: The storage space was a bit odd. It would benefit from a bit more intentional storage space such as bigger nightstand, perhaps a small table with chairs instead of one long “desk”. Also the design of the showers was a bit odd. Because there is no door, it’s inevitable to not have water end up on the floor area, which then needs wiping and drying with the shower mat etc. bit inconvenient but manageable.

The rooms were beautifully clean with huge comfy beds and a large shower. We noticed the room came with a guitar amp and a label that said grab a guitar from downstairs to play in your room which my partner (a musician) loved! The hotel bar was lovely as were the staff and the rooftop terrace was just perfect for an evening drink overlooking the city.

Our one and only problem was a lack of hot water in the morning. On the first day we assumed it’s because we’d slept in and it’s a large hotel so maybe the hot water was limited. Later that evening we had hot water again. However on our second day the same problem occurred even earlier in the morning. As we were only staying for three nights we didn’t get the chance to question this with the staff but it really was the only problem we had the the hotel our entire stay. Everything else was just perfect.

It was a modern , self chek-in facility, clean, with very practical sens, with many options and opportunities, managed by a young team with excelent communication skills.Even young, the personell ,was very focused in solving problems, occured not from their fault. Highly appreciated. The low quotation for facility was not because of the quality of the facility or services but for some missalignment specified below.

It was a missalignment between the size of the room booked and the room distributed. Probably computers AI fault.The personell tried to ofer a compensation involving breakfast. Was let say a kind of solution but I chosed this hotel exactly for the room perspective. I canceled another booking at a different hotel for this. Was unconfortable but at the end accepted by both parts.

We were truly amazed by this hotel from the very beginning. Communication was excellent throughout, and the check-in process was seamless—automated, yet with friendly staff available if needed. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to explore the city. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had! There were plenty of delicious vegan options (a big plus for me), and the coffee was excellent. We also really enjoyed spending time at the bar in the evenings. A thoughtful touch we appreciated was the option to skip housekeeping. In return, you received a voucher for a free drink at the bar—such a smart and sustainable idea. Overall, this was a fantastic stay from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

I liked the hotel right away and when I checked in I wanted to stay another day. So I requested and was denied the ability to get a room. The receptionist suggested that I go back on Booking to get a room for the next day. So after checking in I went to the cute sitting area outside and found a booking available. Alias, it was for the same day! The receptionist immediately came to me to alert to this problem..."Do you want another room for today?" "Of course not. I am alone" She suggested I contact Booking right away. I did, but I was still charged the full amount. This review could be for the room I didn't stay in.....So sad.

A comfortable bed and a very quiet room

A large bed in a small room with 6 ins to get around to the dressing table and the other side of the bed. Didn't like the fact that the shower didn't have a door. It seems now that due to Covid hotels are now taking advantage to only clean rooms and changing towels every three days even when you pay £125 per night without breakfast.

The room was extremely clean, a bit spartan, but with lots of light and a great balcony. Perfect for our needs. Breakfast was excellent. Large selection of food stuffs which was constantly topped up and every thing was kept clean and tidy by the staff. The area where the hotel is located is well situated. Most sights, inner city and museums reachable on foot within 30 to 45 mins, and only a few minutes walk from the main shopping area. The staff were incredibly friendly and highly professional. The bar/restaurant area has a great ambience. You felt extremely comfortable and relaxed as soon as you entered the hotel proper.

To be honest, there was very little, if nothing, we didn't like. I suppose if we were to nitpick, it would be that the shower water pressure was a little on the low side, but that was no big deal at all.

Good location, close to a U3 metro line. Clean rooms, good lit up mirrors. Comfortable double bed with two separate blankets. Strong shower stream. Cleaning every day. There was a kitchen and a snack machine on our floor where you can help yourself with hot water and free tea.

The curtain on the shower is only between the bed and the shower so if you walk through the corridor the shower is transparent. There is no iron / ironing board in the room. The toilet door has a gap so you can still look in. The Marshall speakers did not connect.

I was in a one day exhibition in Vienna, and I choose a hotel close to city and and best traffic. I choose Hotel Ruby marie at Mariahilferstrasse, and it was the best I could do. Just a half minute walk off the mariahilfer street, a modern trendy hotel, designed by the latest trend , as the reception is on the 5th floor, the lobby has a nice garden roof terrace, open air, the reception stuff was very kind, and they could welcome me hungarian language as his name was Roland, and i could get a top barista QUALITY COFFEE at the reception bar , the barista lady name was Boglárka and they both give me very good impression at the beginning, then I knew I am in the right place my room was on the top floor feeling like a penthouse, view to the vienna city, which is the most liveable city by the votes of european people. And its right, as the sun was shinning I took a walk around the hotel neighboring streets, no plan, just street were popping up as they come I like that even small hidden streets, the shops are existing, no closed shops around the streets are clean and very safety The mariahilfer is an old famous shopping street, with all the famous international brands its a half pedestrian half limited slow traffic street, and every 5 min a police car was crusing along to give a safety feeling to everybody walking over there. back to the hotel room, my room was very spacious, very comfortable bed with big shower , with a big side glass wall, As the penthouse level has a open air terrace belonging to the room, you can enjoy the Vienna over top look, which is very interesting visual experience Must try, book once this roof 8th floor room The breakfast very fine, premium , superfood quality, best was salmon and supercheese creams, and the coffee in the end was again perfecto as my favourite barista lady was again in duty called Boglárka and she made absolute top cappuccino. I cannot say anything wrong, really But as no more space above in the likes section, I finish here best price / ratio, very kind staff, good location, Must try this hotel, I will surely come back when next time in Vienna

Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was quite satisfactory but only boiled egg (not fried). Terrace of the hotel was very calming and peaceful full with many plants. Location was superb, close to main station and many tram andnbus stops. Along a very popular shopping sites and restaurants. Staff gave us useful advices for visiting the city during our stay.

Everything was satisfactory but only the shower was inside the room without any cover nor curtain.
