Just minutes away from either Shandaoshi MRT Exit 2 or 4 and plenty of convenient stores near the hotel. Spoil for choice breakfast spot near the hotel, it is only 1 stop away from Taipei Main Station and you could also take a bus further up to places like City Hall.

There are ants in the bathroom near the bathtub and on the mini table which makes it inconvenient to do editing work on the laptop or ipad.

Everything (see my ratings above). Good spa too, if very expensive.

The Starbucks breakfast tokens set-up - having to queue with people from outside the hotel, all the tables being occupied by students with laptops/shoppers. It was stressful, as a result of which I wish we hadn’t included breakfast in our reservation.

The facilities are quite new and well maintained. I like the spacious rooms given to us. My family and myself like the Starbucks cafe that provide morning breakfast to the hotel guests. The ambience is really nice. The hotel staff are really friendly and attentive to our requests. I will definitely book this hotel again in my future Taipei visits. The hotel location is excellent, just a short walk away from the MRT station, and about 10 mins walk to Taipei main train station. The best hotel in terms of accessibility.

If I am really picky, I would say the door separating the bed area and the bath area can be improved by having more privacy. One can see the other through that door and if the other person is showering, there is a lack of privacy.

The interior design of the hotel both common area and room excellent. The staffs are very good and attentive. Location great as within walking to MRT Station and only one stop from Taipei Main Station.

Some might agree and some might disagree. Breakfast arrangement was a bit misleading. Was not aware of it til after completing my booking. I am saying the Starbucks pts breakfast was not good. The place is excellent and service good. But paying so much for a hotel stay ,could expect better. I have been a frequent family traveller, all of us always look fwd to the buffet breakfast or dinner. Wide range n food choices for everyone and bonding time. Starbucks is good but daily. If known earlier I could choose not to include in. Then I could have a breakfast there one morning and the rest outside. Plenty stalls on local food within walking distance surrounding hotel

Very clean, comfortable & modern room. Friendly staff. Convenient location, very close to metro. Breakfast is in the Starbucks - per day that you stay there, you receive a number of points you can deduce in the Starbucks. While Starbucks' breakfast area is less cozy, it allows you to go to the Starbucks at any time of the day to use your points, which is great for people like me who skip breakfast.

There was an issue with the sliding door in the bathroom, it got stuck but luckily I was on the bedroom side so I could call reception. They were unable to unlock the door but could not fix it until after check-out.

The property is new and very clean. Also the location is great. If you’re going for work and there for two nights it’s ideally located with a 10 minute walk from North Linsen Road which has great food and nightlife.

Overall it was great. But had this small incident where I wanted to get my US dollars changed from the hotel and was in a hurry.. even though they had my passport details on file as I had checked in and was willing to give a digital copy.. they still made me run upstairs to grab the original document. Also they don’t serve any BEER at their little bar area 😭

Location was great, staff service and politeness was awesome. Help and support is within minutes whenever we needed it. Kudos to the team for making my stay enjoyable.

The room's main door can't be kept open, it is difficult for families having to move luggage, bags and baby stroller out of the room. So someone has to stand by the door to keep the door open while the other person has to move all the other things. It is very inconvenient for us especially when there's only 2 adults and 1 toddler. Room trash bin is too small and there is no centralised bin for me to dispose at my level, had to bring to level 1 to dispose. If the fridge temperature can be colder to cater for families needing to store medicine for children. The current temperature is barely cold to keep anything in there. Hope to have all these changes when I return

Good location and clean facility.

Timing of room cleaning is bit late cosidering the size of the hotel. It was always after 4-5 PM. Since the hotel was located in the middle of Taipei, we would like to comeback and rest in our hotel room befoe going to the next visit but our room was being untidy so we could not relaxed. First request to clean up our room in the morning was ignored. Did not feel happy about the way house keeping staff attitude. We received applogy from facility manager later though.

The location was perfect, close to Taipei Main Station (airport express train) and direct line to the 101 tower, also quite close to the subway station Shandao Temple

The breakfast is served at the Starbucks, you may have too many points to spend considering your appetite, but points can be spent throughout the day.
