Just minutes away from either Shandaoshi MRT Exit 2 or 4 and plenty of convenient stores near the hotel. Spoil for choice breakfast spot near the hotel, it is only 1 stop away from Taipei Main Station and you could also take a bus further up to places like City Hall.

There are ants in the bathroom near the bathtub and on the mini table which makes it inconvenient to do editing work on the laptop or ipad.

Everything (see my ratings above). Good spa too, if very expensive.

The Starbucks breakfast tokens set-up - having to queue with people from outside the hotel, all the tables being occupied by students with laptops/shoppers. It was stressful, as a result of which I wish we hadn’t included breakfast in our reservation.

The facilities are quite new and well maintained. I like the spacious rooms given to us. My family and myself like the Starbucks cafe that provide morning breakfast to the hotel guests. The ambience is really nice. The hotel staff are really friendly and attentive to our requests. I will definitely book this hotel again in my future Taipei visits. The hotel location is excellent, just a short walk away from the MRT station, and about 10 mins walk to Taipei main train station. The best hotel in terms of accessibility.

If I am really picky, I would say the door separating the bed area and the bath area can be improved by having more privacy. One can see the other through that door and if the other person is showering, there is a lack of privacy.

What I liked most about the Valora Hotel Resonance Taipei, Tapestry Collection by Hilton was its modern, elegant design and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well soundproofed—perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The location is ideal, with easy access to the MRT and major Taipei attractions. Breakfast was varied and delicious, offering both local and international options. Overall, it was a high-quality Hilton experience with the unique charm and character of the Tapestry Collection.

One suggestion for improvement would be to expand the breakfast options for guests with special dietary needs, such as vegan or gluten-free, as the current selection, while high quality, may feel limited for some. It would also be helpful to add more international or USB power outlets in the rooms, especially near the bed, for the convenience of international travelers. Lastly, enhancing the Wi-Fi signal in certain areas of the hotel, such as the lobby or fitness center, would ensure a smoother experience for both tourists and business travelers.

The location is unbeatable – right across the street is one of Taipei’s most famous breakfast spots, perfect for starting the day with delicious local flavors. Additionally, the nearby cultural and creative parks are a delight to explore, offering unique shops, exhibitions, and a vibrant atmosphere. The service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout, their professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. Every corner of the property, from the lobby to the rooms, is immaculately maintained, creating a fresh and inviting environment. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines convenience, outstanding service, and pristine cleanliness, Hotel Resonance Taipei is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Taipei!

The interior design of the hotel both common area and room excellent. The staffs are very good and attentive. Location great as within walking to MRT Station and only one stop from Taipei Main Station.

Some might agree and some might disagree. Breakfast arrangement was a bit misleading. Was not aware of it til after completing my booking. I am saying the Starbucks pts breakfast was not good. The place is excellent and service good. But paying so much for a hotel stay ,could expect better. I have been a frequent family traveller, all of us always look fwd to the buffet breakfast or dinner. Wide range n food choices for everyone and bonding time. Starbucks is good but daily. If known earlier I could choose not to include in. Then I could have a breakfast there one morning and the rest outside. Plenty stalls on local food within walking distance surrounding hotel

Modern, clean and well layout rooms. Big enough. Attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is close to Taipei Train station but away from the crowd. Easy MTR access. Enough breakfast places nearby. Fuhang Soy Milk is one block away. Not much line if you go before 6:45. That's the tip from my taxi driver and it's true. If you want to try a different soy place you can go to 天津豆漿Soy Milk. Overall an excellent stay in this hotel. Thanks for the good service.

Room was well designed, clean and modern. You can tell a room is well designed when there are sufficient power sockets in the right places and a nice touch when it is the universal plug so you don’t need to use a travel adapter. Location was great and easy to get around to key places. Easy access to metro station shandao temple exit 4. This line connects you to Taipei main station which is useful for transfers to other cities or airport.

Very clean, comfortable & modern room. Friendly staff. Convenient location, very close to metro. Breakfast is in the Starbucks - per day that you stay there, you receive a number of points you can deduce in the Starbucks. While Starbucks' breakfast area is less cozy, it allows you to go to the Starbucks at any time of the day to use your points, which is great for people like me who skip breakfast.

There was an issue with the sliding door in the bathroom, it got stuck but luckily I was on the bedroom side so I could call reception. They were unable to unlock the door but could not fix it until after check-out.

The property is new and very clean. Also the location is great. If you’re going for work and there for two nights it’s ideally located with a 10 minute walk from North Linsen Road which has great food and nightlife.

Overall it was great. But had this small incident where I wanted to get my US dollars changed from the hotel and was in a hurry.. even though they had my passport details on file as I had checked in and was willing to give a digital copy.. they still made me run upstairs to grab the original document. Also they don’t serve any BEER at their little bar area 😭
