Great hotel, about a 10/15 min walk from the old town. We arrived very early, but they let us check in. The bar was nice, breakfast very good - hot food: sausages, beans, bacon, eggs. Selection of breads and cheeses and salads. Nice conservatory type bar.

Yes the bathroom is very small. Shower small even for an average size woman. The only thing I didn't like about my stay was that the cleaners kept barging in without knocking... they even did so when the do not disturb sign was on the door... not great.

The botel albatross was ok overall not ideal if you want to be closer to everything, premises were very clean and rooms were made up Daily for you. I had two issues with the property and that was cleaning staff entering room while in bed even when do not disturb was displayed on door and there was an annoying dripping noise all day and night but couldn't figure out where it was coming from, dinning on board was nice but breakfast was always busy so would recommend getting up as early as you can. We paid for a deluxe cabin with river views but if I was to go again I wouldn't bother paying the extra as it was a pretty standard room with no working tv, the rooms have no where to make a hot drink so this was a bit of a let down especially with the freezing temperatures.

Nowhere to make hot drinks. Bit out the way for sightseeing. Rooms were all similar even the deluxe rooms with river views, personally I wouldn't pay the extra again. Very noisy especially in mornings when staff are cleaning.

Perfect location right in the centre of Prague, easily accessible to all the attractions on foot. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The decor is a bit dated could benefit from modernising an AC, tea/coffee maker, hair dryer etc. breakfast is great and good value for money. We had dinner one night, food was delicious. There are other places with cheaper prices and has better facilities. Overall, if you’re looking for something quirky this is the place to be.

Dated decor. Wifi is quite weak. The cigarette smell wafting into our room we ended sleeping with the windows closed despite the stifling heat as there’s no aircon.

Rooms were nicely decorated (still had a boat feel!). We didn't try food but the beers at the hotel were great. Staff very friendly & helpful, and the hotel is 24h access. Its a little walk into the centre (e.g. the clock) but there's plenty of food and drink en route! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The radiator was a little noisy in the night. I also found the room a bit too warm, but overall this wasn't an issue, more a preference. My husband didn't mind the temp. Neither of the above would stop us staying again.

Cozy, quiet room. Good breakfast. Close to the old centrum.

There was a very dirty fan

Good location about 10 minutes walk into old town and handy to walk to other side of river for castle etc. Good amount of choice for breakfast. The whole feel was old fashioned and quirky which made it a special place to stay. View right out on to the river was brilliant and would pay a lot more for that view in a mainstream hotel. Room was small but expected as was cabin-sized. Warm and cosy. Bed nice and firm. Luggage store for last day was also handy.

Bathroom could do with updating and maybe different solution to shower curtain.

Very very nautical and fits in in Prague beautifully!! Staff on reception, at the bar and at breakfast couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. Felt welcomed straight away and although we checked out in the morning, we didn’t need to leave until 5pm for our flight and we could used the baggage room for our bags and use the bar until we left. Wonderful experience.

The bathroom is VERY small, but I do understand they have done what they can with the space. Shower curtain was in the way (a glass screen would be much better) and as the shower area was so small, the shower head couldn’t point down enough so did wet the bathroom entirely. I had to hold the shower head in one hand and rinse my hair with the other.

Nice location close to a popular hike

My wife and I are very pleased with the staff who were very kind and helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the air conditioning should be turned on because the space is small and there is not enough oxygen. The breakfast was excellent and worthy of every praise, lunches and dinners too. When we decide to visit Prague again, we would be happy to book a place in your Botel and in the meantime we will recommend you to our friends who will visit Prague.
