Excellent breakfast, one of the best varieties and tastiest I have had at any hotel anywhere. Room was large and comfortable with a luxury finish. The mini fridge and comfy beds were highlights inside the room. Showers were nice and hot. Air conditioning was very effective and easy to control. Staff were more than happy to let us keep the bags secure in concierge after check out which was a big help. Nearby public transport was nearby with a tram stop around the corner and a train station a few minutes walk away.

The spa area was under construction while we were in there March 2023 so we were unable to avail of the sauna.

Room was spacious, well equipped and clean. Location was good, since metro and tram lines were practically next to the hotel, though walking to the Old Town was also quite easy, i.e half an hour. Quiet rooms and quiet neighborhood, without the fuss of the Old Town district.

Breakfast, though adequate and of good quality could be improved easily by adding savoury options (i.e pies) and almost all of the cakes need a flavour improvement-they didn't, actually, tasted as sweets. Bathroom, though large and finely equipped lacked adequate water pressure in the shower. Tap/control of the shower was also a bit weird.

The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are quite spacious, providing plenty of comfort during my stay. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed and clean. The breakfast offered good quality food with a wide variety of choices. However, the quality of the fresh juices could be improved.

Compared to my previous stay in August, I was not as satisfied as the last time with the housekeeping services. While the beds were made, it seemed like the staff overlooked a few details, such as not replacing the used tea cups. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired; the walls appeared a little ruined or dirty and could use a thorough cleaning, and there was a bleach stain on the carpet floor.

The staff is welcoming and professional. The location of the hotel was very accessible and practical. The bathroom and room had a decent size. The breakfast area was organized appropriately though the hotel was full.

Repainting some parts of the rooms could improve the cleanliness perception. Prague attracts people from all over the world with diverse level of respect and politeness. The hotel guests can get really noisy and better sound proofing is essential to have a rest during night. I really recommend at least enforcing some common rules about the noise level during each check in.

Nice breakfast with lots of options. Fridge in room, window opens. Soundproofing quite adequite. Friendly staff. Location is excellent if you're willing to move with public transport: Metro station about 100m, tram 50m.

Showers could benefit from door or curtain, its quite easy to wet the floor which has no drain. Breakfast coffee comes from automatic dispenser - its not bad, but just not at same level as the rest of the breakfast. There is luggage room, but no coupons/tags are used: you'll just pick up your own bag, or maybe someone elses if they are alike.

The hotel is located a bit off the city center, but there are multiple public transport options available, just a minute away. We arrived by car and had a parking spot reserved for us in the hotel underground parking garage, at an extra charge, which was really convenient. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, mini fridge available, good lighting, air conditioned. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was overall fine, I did expect a larger variety of available products. The ones available were of good quality, but the sweets were rather dry and the coffee was only average. Some of the staff was friendly, others seemed rather cold and bothered when approached for assistance.

We did have an issue with the hot water in the shower, which was initially not working. Upon informing this to the reception, a technician came and fixed this, in a way. The hot water was still not hot enough, rather lukewarm. I think there were some issues with the faucet, because no matter in which directions one would turn it, the water only remained lukewarm.

Good location - near to the yellow metro line and trams stops. A few good restaurants nearby and a few coffee shops (near Lidl). Slightly out of the tourist area so (restaurant) prices are cheaper. Hotel was a little basic compared to western European standards but clean, tidy and functional. Breakfast buffet excellent and all staff very friendly. Would recommend and happily return.

Tv, in room, had no English speaking channels. Hotel is located in a more commercial part of town - not pretty, but it's only a base and with good transport links wasn't an issue.

The Hotel is very good, -Located in a great location. (near restaurants /bars/supermarkets etc..) -The room was very spacious with sofa and desk which made it very convenience. -There was a large tv and double sink in the WC. -The rooms was recently renovated. -The metro station (krizikova) is two-minute walk, and from there you can access the old town in 5 minutes (two stops).

Remove the carpets/rug from the rooms. Slippers will be a nice touch in the room.

Really great location, attentive staff, nice size comfortable room. Good in room facilities - smart tv, fridge drawer, safe, lovely shower, double sinks. Decor was more traditional- it didn’t feel like a chain. Breakfast had a really good selection. Really great transport links - tram and metro a minute away on foot. Local Lidl around the corner and plenty of eateries and shops nearby. Just excellent.

The spa was shut when we visited but we did know about that. There is nothing we didn’t like. It was excellent.

Every working person at the Royal Prague Hotel was very kind. The hotel seems to be new and was so clean. It’s located in Karlin a calm area with some offices, flats and some restaurants. A supermarket (Lidl) and a drugstore (Rossmann) is around the corner. The famous center of Prague is 20 - 30 minutes by feeds away. Public transfer doesn’t seems to be a faster option to get there. The breakfast was very good and recommended.
