I really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here three times already, and we’ve always been satisfied. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the staff are polite. There’s a nice pool on the rooftop. The breakfasts are good, the hotel restaurant as well, and I really appreciate the location (very close to a metro station, with a pharmacy, supermarket, and café right next to the hotel).

As a minor drawback, I would mention the lower quality of the hairdryer. Also, it’s worth noting that there is very intense and long-term construction going on around the hotel, so you may hear noise from the nearby construction sites (but this is common in Dubai).

Breakfast was very tasty. Had buffet dinners one of the nights and it was very good as well. Hotel is clean and staff extremely polite and helpful. Definitely worth the money.

Lack of carpet flooring in the rooms and location isnt perfect, but not the worst neither.

I liked the location of hotel, metro station Al Jadaf is 5 min walk, you can see it just in front of the hotel. I asked for the quite room and my request was completed. My room was on the 12th floor and it was very quite there. The breakfast was quite good and I was happy with all options offered. I was able to watch movies using my phone and streamed them via TV. All requests were completed, do not be shy to ask for it.The personal is very helpful and friendly (Marlon and others staff were very professional). I was able to arrange the tour to Abu Dabi via hotel and bought a ticket to Burj Khalifa via reception. The location of the hotel is close to airport : via metro or taxi Careem ( about 30 AED., 10-15 min). The bed was super comfotable in my room, it was changed every day, the bottles of water supplied every day, the room cleaned every day..There was a kettle to make tea or coffee..You will not need any adaptors to use outlets in the room to charge your phone or any other devices. There was no problem with hot or cold water in the room. The hotel is new and this was one of the reasons I have chosen it. There are a couple shops around to buy things for every day. A couple of cafes to eat. The swimming pool is not too big, more than a meter of depth, but it clean and the view on the roof is cool, though there are some consructional works around ( like everywhere in Dubai as it is still developing ). But they might be completed by the time of your arrival as it went quite quick while I was there. The drugstore and barber shop are just one min walk in case you will need it. Hope my review will help other travelers.

A lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff. Room was spacious, well designed, clean, comfortable. A fridge is available in the room with complimentary water bottles. There's supermarket in the area if you needed snacks. The location is good with the metro station close by, 1 min walk, overlooking dubai creek. Breakfast was good, a buffet of international food for everyone and I was able to ask for gluten free bread and walnuts that were missing from buffet.

Room didn't have the fresh coffee that was advertised for, only the pot, was nescaf sachet. Location to metro in summer with hot humid weather isn't great to walk, expect discomfort.

Location is great, close to airport and downtown. Breakfast is amazing. Loved all the choices and the omelets were perfect. Friendly and helpful staff at every turn.

Peaceful location, however, there were not many dining options around. There was a metro station nearby. Staff was nice and accommodative. Biggest relief was room, bedsheets, pillows, bathroom etc were very clean and up to date. Wifi / internet never disrupted, not even once. Found the per day rent little pricey though. Would have loved if breakfast would be included in this price. Overall, we were satisfied and comfortable.

We reserved the room for 3 people, when we reached at the room, there was no 3rd bed arranged. Although, it was arranged within an hour, but since the booking mentioned 3 people specifically, it should have been pre-arranged. Further, it was a double bed room in the first place. By adding the 3rd bed, the room got quite congested. Since, we were charged extra for the 3rd guest, the room should have been bigger to accommodate the 3rd bed. When we turned on the TV, we found that there were very limited english movie channels available. Most of them were Arabic channels and hence were of no use for us.

I liked everything about this hotel, we stayed just for 3 nights but arrived early and departed late in the day and they successfully met all my expectations and indulged every request I made to the staff. The room was pretty nice and with a nice view to the new harbour. The position is also pretty good because it's not far away from the airport but still it has metro station really close, so you can take it and in no time you''ll be close to the beach and old city. Loved the breakfast, the pool and the gym which I used 2 mornings.

Nothing in particular, I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The only thing that was a bit strange was the shower on a side of the room and the toilette on the other side behind a door, it feels strange but still useful.

The hotel is located literally one corner away from Al Jadaf Metro station which you can access easily almost anywhere in Dubai. ( Burj Khalifa Area, Dubai Marina, Gold Souk). The Staff is very friendly and welcoming and they are 24/7 there to help. I would like to point out the Guy who works at the roof in pool area. He is one of the best employee i’ve ever meet in my life. He helped me in a lot of things, gave me tips and directions all the time. The breakfast is also very good, lot of variety. The room was very clean and everything was like we expected in the photos. The Hotel has a nearby ATM, 24/7 pharmacy and 24/7 supermarket close. The rooftop are with the pool has a beatiful view, you can see the Burj Khalifa and when to sun goes down the pool is lighted and the view is just amazing. They provide free water at reception and they also have an option to store and weight your luggage. They also have a smoking area , nice terrace next to the lobby which was very good as im a smoker.

The only negative thing i can say that the Pool time is 8pm and after you can not do much at the Hotel. It would be nice if they had some Billiard, ping pong or any activity to do.

Form Hotel is home, away from home! The fact that it is located where Metro is 3 mins walk and Festival City Mall at 5 mins, you find various restaurant options and 24 hours Convenience Stores. The Team at Hotel Form is the Best. They spoil you so much with their friendly nature and hospitality that you'll never stay anywhere else whenever you travel to Dubai. My Fav. Janel...Emanuel, Merlin and Bilal will make sure you're looked after. You can for room service and by the time You hang up the item you have requested is at your door. These gems of individuals helped me with the bestest and most convenient if Metro routes. Lastly, Ziad and Waleed, thank you for everything and for Your hospitality and care. I can't wait to be back and once again, thank you for all your help in making my stay a memorable one. Special thanks to Azad bhai and the other guy I forgot the name of who was there in the morning today at my checkout.

Our stay was for than 10days,enjoyed breakfastbfor the first 3 days than it became monotonous.... same same thing all through. Breakfast entry staff taking down room numbers was abit partial....giving more preferences to other guests...dont know why. After the complaint n issue discussed with mr walid the manager sorted.
