The breakfast was really nice and the staff prepping breakfast was truly awesome, fun, and energetic. A great start of the day! The staff that checked us into the hotel was friendly and it took no time to get the card to our room. They also made sure we were next door to our friends.

There were stains on the lamp sheds, stains on the carpet, and stains in the bathroom on the tile in the shower. It's an older hotel that could use a little updating.

Jennifer was the front desk clerk when we checked in. She was VERY helpful and welcoming and put us at ease IMMEDIATELY. She was GREAT!!!! The Breakfast area woman was also wonderful, servicing so many people at the same time and keeping the breakfast area clean and supplied! At times, it would have been better to have two people working that area, as she seemed overwhelmed a little. But she soldiered on with a smile. The cleaning staff were wonderful. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely stay with you again in the future. The sheets, the rooms, and all amenities were all very clean and we loved it! The Hotel's proximity to everything we wanted to see and do was a GREAT Plus for us, as we often walked or Ubered to where we wanted to go. Thank you for providing an exceptionally well-run and clean Hotel. Lots of love and hugs to everyone and ALL THE STAFF. THEY WERE THE BEST!!!!

The pillows were a little lumpy, LOL. But we were ok with them.

There was no shower curtain. The phone and the TV didnt work.

Check in front desk clerk was great. Friendly and very helpful with the kids. Location was great.

The parking was not good at all. If you want close parking you have to back to hotel early. Lighting in room was not good at all. Too dark . Need brighter light bulbs or new lamps. We could not see any movies on tv,trouble catching channels. Cleaning should have been done daily. We had 4 kids so room needed to be vacuumed more. And should have more trash cans in room with bags. We carried our trash daily to first floor. The cleaning lady did not do trash or offer.

Floors are stained from being pet friendly which can be expected. Paying for parking was a bit annoying considering your paying to stay, guess I overlooked that when I booked the rooms. Breakfast was good but wish there was more variety of food, but it's free so no complaints, just a recommendation.

The breakfast was good. Sausage a bit salty but for free breakfast... Not going to complain. The staff at the front desk was wonderful.

We had one roll of toilet paper that wasn't a new roll from the start. Not enough towels were provided for the number of people we had. When they came and cleaned the room they took all the towels and only left 1 towel, 1 wash rag and 1 floor towel. There were 3 moms and 4 toddlers. Also one elevator didn't work and the working one had me questioning if it was going to break down with me inside. Electric car charging stations also wasn't working.

Tony the Maintenance was very thoughtful and considerate, I left my meds in room refrigerator, they found them ,I contacted the front desk and Christian was very informative on how I proceed to get My meds to me,the Magr. PatMAG.took over from there and took all steps for me in securing my property,,she went over and beyond professionalism to personally call me ,filled out my paper work for the shipping,both are an asset to the corporation and the company.

Not very much that we didn't like at all.

Breakfast was good, as expected. Parking was easy, would be better if it was free for guests but we did get our fee waived because our room wasn't ready on time. Room was very nice, huge and felt very clean. We had just stayed in another 3 star before this and Comfort Suites were brilliant in comparison, so we would definitely stay again.

We always use the gym on our trips so more gym equipment would have been good, but there was enough there for a decent workout. Also we had a long wait to get into our room, but the staff were very helpful and apologetic, and ended up waiving our parking fee which we appreciated.

The hotel is beautiful, the finishes and in photos it looks very beautiful. The beds and pillow are very good. All the people who work are very kind and respectful

When we entered the room it smelled bad. The bathroom was dirty, disinfected the entire bathroom. The toilet was dirty. In photos the rooms look beautiful but on the walls the wallpaper falls off. There are many stains on the floor. It does not have access to USB connections. I think it would be very helpful for them to say.

I loved the sitting area of the hotel room I was in which had a couch a light and it was decorated nicely. The breakfast was a little different each morning, it made for a good variety. Its within walking distance of the Alimo and Riverwalk so I saved on parking as well. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.

The floor in the elevator was broken. A cracked tyle. Just made it messy looking. Only one elevator of the two worked.
