The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us a great advice on what things to do and visit while in Qatar. The spa was exceptional. Lovely pool. The restaurant looked amazing too but a bit too pricey. $25 ( Australian) for a coffee. The location is amazing, a 10min drive from the airport, 5 min drive from the old town and a short walk from the metro station if you want yo explore Qatar by metro- sooo easy to use and very cheap.

Everything about my stay was amazing! The staff, the facilities, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. However, I would suggest improvements to the half-board menu. While the quality of the food was good, I felt that the half-board dinner did not quite justify the price. It wasn’t as satisfying as expected, and I believe there’s room for improvement in the variety and quality of the meals offered. That said, I would definitely return soon, but I would skip the half-board option next time. Thank you for the wonderful experience overall!

Everything except the first day which was a disaster and I had never experienced such things on whole my previous trips to any hotel in the world. I arrived to hotel at 12:00 pm and completed all the paperwork and being told the room not ready as i came early (i.e. check in at 3:00 pm) which was fine with me and I told them I will go around the city and come back later. I arrived 4:15 pm where I expected my two bedrooms suite id ready; unfortunately, I had to wait until 6:15 pm to get to my suite despite the fact every half-hour I go and ask agin and they said the room not ready and it is under cleaning which was not the truth because after three hours of waiting and talking to the manager I went myself to see the room to see what was the hold’s up, I saw the housekeeping working at my room at 6:00 pm!!!!! That’s mean since I came back 4:15 pm until probably 5:45 pm, no one was working on my room while the customer service always told me “they are working on my room” every time I asked (Not telling the truth) I was traveling by car from KSA since 7:00 am in the morning and got my room almost after 12 hrs so we lost the whole day as we were so exhausted and have three kids imagine that. They send us an apology card and gift the following day which we appreciate their acknowledgment to the problem; however, the hotel staff/management should have better way of handling customer service and have s contingency plan as honestly speaking many other families were delayed as well on that date Other than that occasion, every things is fantastic and the facilities super clean

Luxurious feel, love the Babar elephant statues, tall ceilings, the abundance of fresh flowers and chosen colours- blue/ pink. Very comfortable beds and bedding/ pillows, nice size suite on 7th floor and good bathroom.

Food in restaurant was less good than expected as Italian style, not authentic, but still quite good. Could put a shelf closer to water in long shower as more risk to slip going back and forwards to her shampoo/ conditioner/ soap. The amount of staff layers- manager/ manager assistant/ cleaning staff to wipe some water stain of water...was quick....but first person could have done it...but only protected site- impressive that message communication to cleaning staff was dealt with within 20 seconds!

Every thing was perfect along our stay. The location is close to Doha corniche, 974 Stadium and Doha old port..👌🏽

The hotel is magnificent. The room was spacious, very clean, very well equipped. The decoration is absolutely beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and make you feel welcomed. The pool and the gym are very good as well. There is also a kid-club. This hotel is perfect for a stay with your family.

The restaurant gets busy for dinner and you can wait a long time for your order. But the food is very good, tasty and the ingredients are good quality. The staff is very nice and friendly.

The hotel is amazing. From the lobby, breakfast area to the rooms we felt everywhere was very luxurious. Shower was powerful & lovely. Towels high quality. Staff were attentive & friendly. Definitely recommend.

I would have liked some complimentary biscuits/snacks in rooms to go with coffee/tea assortment. Also found lighting in toilet quite dark which made shaving or putting on make up a little difficult. However, these were small things in an overall amazing stay.

I was really impressed by the quality of materials on the premises and spotless cleanliness of the room and all of the facilities in general, the hotel it's very quiet and very private which added a bonus for us. Marvelous stay I would definitely come back with no hesitation.

Honestly nothing... maybe the location is a little far apart but it wasn't a problem setting the location as a base to be visiting Doha.

I have stayed in quite a number of hotels in Doha.The Plaza is the CLEANEST , nicest most comfortable hotel so far.The food is exceptional. The staff are very friendly and anything i asked for was done in minutes.

If only there was a breakfast buffet.The courtyard breakfast menu is amazing, portions are large, it's just the wait when you have kids. Overall i will return to The Plaza soon.

everything was great, luxurious feeling, very clean, friendly staff, specially Alaa (علاء) he was very helpful during our stay and made sure we are satisfied. Will definitely visit again !
