We had a great stay in the hotel. Staff are friendly, super helpful and efficient. Rooms are cleaned regularly, towels changed whenever we wanted. Swimming pool on the roof is good fun, as is a gym which is opened non stop. Breakfast was good and they slightly change it every day in a four day cycle. It can get a little busy but again, staff are doing their best. We really liked the location, there's Mall of the emirates nearby with metro and buses to get you anywhere in the city. There are many small shops and restaurants around, no posh eateries but all delicious food for prices cheaper than in Europe. Also some cool other shopping options in nearby outlets. Nice bonus is a possibility to leave your luggage at the premises after checkout. This definitely shouldn't be a 3 star accommodation but 4. If we come back to Dubai we'll stay here again!

You can eat there at reasonable prices. There is also a large supermarket in the Mall with cheap and tasty food. There is also a Metro station in the Mall and with a Nol card you can use the bus and metro. The location is very good in the sense that you will reach Kite beach in less than half an hour by bus 801. Marina Dubai is about half an hour away by metro and then tram. Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are about 15 minutes by metro. Taxi is quite affordable, so consider a combination of public transport and taxi. The rooms in hotel are clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The rooftop pool is great.

It's a working class neighborhood so you might be disappointed because this is a different Dubai than the one we often see in pictures. The room doesn't have a balcony. The big complaint is the breakfast which is really not good. The food is really bad and the same from day to day.

Some lady on reception called multiple times to sell offers like travel, jet ski, safari? Rental etc. Woke me up thrice. Was very annoying of her pushing hard. Also on booking.com it said free airport pick up available but hotel said none.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to Mall of Emirates. And other places are also easy to visit with the metro and bus station at Mall of Emirates. Small but very good breakfast place. Many options for the breakfast. On the roof a swim pool with a beautiful view at night. Thank you also for every day cleaning. And about the rooms, it is very nice, modern en new! Are you traveling in dubai? Book Studio M Al Barsha, you won't regret it!

Amazing hotel which is nearby to the Mall of Emirates, metro station, bus station, plenty of restaurants around. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfy beds. Cleaning was provided every day, water refilled every day. We loved the receptionists who are working here, they are so friendly and lovely, ready to help you with every wish. We had breakfast and dinner included, breakfast was a buffet, not a lot of food options, but still good enough. For dinner, you'll receive a menu card with just a few options, which were quite repetitive, to choose from, but they were tasty. Also, there is not enough space where to sit during breakfast as the dining space is quite limited, so sometimes we have to wait a little for a table to be available. All of the staff were amazing. Overall, it's a good product for nice money, we would love to definitely come again.

It would be nice to have more options for dinner. Also, there is just a bath tub in the bathroom, so if you are disabled or older it may be inconvenient to you. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I have been to much fancier hotels, my own home even and never felt a bed as comfortable as this one. Incredible. The staff were also really kind, friendly and attentive (both restaurant and reception). Gym was small but clean and had modern equipment.

The car park was often too full but they outsourced to a car park next door. Some families were allowing their children to play in the corridors all morning and evening screaming and shouting which is not conducive to a restful stay. There was a lot of building work going on in the area so car getting covered in dirt. One man using the car park drove into and damaged another car. The staff were lovely but the quality of the food was not good, the breakfast made us both unwell. They need a bigger budget for ingredients

He is highly professional, an outstanding leader, and provides excellent customer service, which made my stay at the hotel truly enjoyable. He was very helpful, always smiling, and efficiently assisted with all my requests. I also want to thank the hotel management for the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be returning soon!

I've been to this hotel multiple times in the last few years. Out of all the nice things about the hotel, I notice the same staff has been working here. The owner must be taking good care of the employees, which in turn welcome guests with genuine smile. This hotel is not the biggest, the fanciest, the best in Dubai. But it's always sparking clean, comfortable and practical. The rooms are small but well designed. The beds are comfy. It's only two blocks away from the Mall of the Emirates, very close to Marina. All the good things about the hotel and the price is very modest. You get way more than what you pay for.

Can't find any faults, especially considering how much they charge for a standard room. If I have to type something, they could have a larger reception area or a business section where you can work, but again, this would be the tiniest "complaint" about this hotel.

It was an amazing place very near to the mall and metro station..comfy beds, the room was nice and clean..more english channels on TV.
