The room was clean and nice, the bed was very comfy, pillows soft and bedsheets felt soft and clean. The view from my room looked into a street and was nice. The hotel is located close to the Cathedral and old city centre (under 10 mins walk) There are many bars and restaurants around. The train and bus stations are very close to the hotel (for me a bonus - 5 mins walk from the train station) It was my second stay at this hotel and every time I have to go to Santiago I am definitively staying in it. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of options.

The room and bathroom are clean. The place is close to the train and bus station so it’s convenient when you have your luggage with you. It’s also close to the city center or the cathedral. Maybe 5mins walk if you walk fast. It’s also near grocery stores and places to eat. The breakfast is great considering this is a small hotel. They have warm food. The Spanish omelette and sausage tastes good. Plenty of bread, croissants, pastries, jams, cheese, cold cuts and butter. They have juice, soy milk, regular milk, coffee, cold and warm cereals too. The staff are also very nice. The hair dryer stopped working in my room and they let me borrow a nice powerful hair dryer which is much appreciated.

Only a short walk away from the city center, the family room was extremely spacious and cozy - perfect for our two preschooler to run around freely. The room was very clean and well equiped, exceeded my expectation in every way for the type of room ordered. Best part was the water pressure - I don't remember being in a room with such good water pressure, the shower felt amazing. Another great thing was the rolling blinds on the large windows which enabled us to sleep blacking out all light and we even slept through the breakfast (a rare thing with small kids to sleep in). Overall our stay was very pleasant, and that is thanks to the accomodation as well.

All staff were very friendly and helpful - even with unusual requests for cups of hot water ! We were even given a kettle to use in our room . We enjoyed the breakfasts - a good range of food and everything was topped up as needed. Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean . Great location too .

I think we paid more than we might have expected because Santiago was very busy those few days . Still not too expensive for location and service.

Lovely, helpful & friendly reception staff … comfortable and clean rooms although could do with some insulation as can hear showering, voices etc (?!) from neighbouring rooms although otherwise generally quiet! Central location near station and old town - great spot with nearby local cafes. Would definitely stay again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it was a great experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quite. The location, in my opinion, is great. Itš about 5 minutes from the train and bus station and about 5-10 minutes from Santiago Old Town. There are cafes, stores, and restaurants nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The last time we stayed at the hotel, we forgot something. The staff contacted us and arranged for the forgotten items to be shipped to our location.

Due to the tourist season, the pricing was much higher than during our previous stay, which was off-season (during the spring). It wasn't really an issue for us, but may be beneficial information for someone who has more flexible travel dates.

Way exceeded expectations in just about every way. From the start with the excellent attitude of the staff, who seemed really invested in the hotel and the customer, the room, to the amazingly good breakfast. An excellent location if you're leaving by train or bus; it's just a short stroll to the stations. A little walk into the old town, but perfectly reasonable. Comfortable bed with good linens and towels. Good fittings and fixtures and lighting. Great value.

Close to the train station but still recommend getting a taxi to any hotel if you're older like we are! The hotel was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see, our room was clean & comfortable, and the breakfast was also good. Would stay there again!

Being British would have liked a kettle in the room. Would have been happy to provide coffee, milk etc.

I tried to use the stairs because the lift was busy. Got lost in the back rooms of the hotel, could only get out through a service lift, then a door to the street. Hope that's not the fire exit! Like a Murakami novel. .
