Hotel was immaculate and service was great.

They charged $20 per room for adjoining rooms. Hotels are already over priced.

You can walk from the hotel to the mall without going outside.

I asked for no housekeeping and they still cleaned one of my rooms.

Location to the mall was great .

Free parking would be nice when paying $250 a night for a room. Cleanliness could use a little work

Location! Being attached to the mall, my family could enjoy the day while I was attending work activities downtown. We were in 538 and had no issues with the room. it was clean and comfortable. TV selections were good (at least I didn't get any complaints from my family about it). The lobby was nice with the fireplace and the basket-chairs. Our grandson really enjoyed stretching out down there to read and do his schoolwork.

Only thing short of perfection was that the room didn't have a microwave. They brought leftover food back to the room but had no way to reheat it. Other than that, I can't think of anything that could be improved.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu! From the time we pulled up, the valet was extremely helpful! The staff at the front desk were so kind & helpful! The rooms were clean & this location is perfect! It's connected to the mall, which made our stay even more wonderful. We didn't get a chance to actually get into the pool, which is located on the 4th floor, but it was spacious, clean & family friendly from what I saw. Parking was $25 per night. However, we were able to come & go as we please with no extra charge. I rated this 10 out of 10 simply because I was vacationing with my children & they absolutely loved it.

Even though I rated Radisson Blu 10 out of 10, the only 2 recommendations I would suggest are to have a microwave in the room & a fully closed shower door. Other than that, I couldn't find any flaws & I will definitely be back. Great job staff! You all are awesome

Love that it’s attached to the Mall of America. Parking was easy. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Rooms were spacious. The gym was great, the restaurant serves great food and the coffee was amazing.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest, but I’ve stayed in worse. Rooms are super humid during the day even with the AC on max. Open concept showers splash water everywhere on the floor. These things wouldn’t deter me from staying here again though, it’s super convenient and half the price of the JW Marriott on the north side of the mall.

The Double Queen room was very clean as spacious. Under the large TV was a collapsible area for setting a large suitcase. Also, there were generous outlets available for charging electronics. A standout feature was that all sides of the beds had their own dual lamp setup. So you can stay up reading without bothering your family. The direct access to the Mall is most likely what you're here for, and it's fantastic. It stays open 2 hours outside of the normal mall hours.

The bathroom sink area was much smaller than average. This will become an issue if traveling with 2+ people. I'm also not a fan of paying for on-site parking, so be prepared for that. Also, our room did not have a microwave.

Super convenient to the Mall of America. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived and the shuttle to the airport was ready when we needed it. Perfect location for shopping at the Mall of America and worth the price for the convenience of being right there.

I didn't care for the rain head shower. I like having the option to turn on the rain head. Other than that, shower was nice and bathroom was clean.

Room was clean and had a great view. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we got enough sleep, which is not always a given. Being able to go shopping in MOA and just walk back to the room was very nice.

Room had a bit outdated interiors that felt a bit tacky. As per usual with hotel rooms, some time had to be spent on trying to figure out the shower controls. Our room was at the end of the corridor, and the walk to the elevators felt unending.

The staff was great! Very friendly and accommodating. Loved that we just walked to MOA. Room service was great and good food.

No hot tub! Also, it was confusing with the parking. It charges you if you leave the ramp, but there were no empty spots to park. We were not sure what to do. We spent a lot of time just parking. We do not like using valet even though I know it was offered.
