Location location

Being asked for id at check in ! Not good really when you have all booking references ! Stairs 3 flights …. work going on on the inn , should have been mentioned !

The location was very good nearby the Marble Arch and Oxford street. There were several supermarkets, cafes and restaurants with delicious food. The room was quite. The restroom with a shower was good enough. The bed was quite comfortable. I did not take a breakfast.

The room was very small, little space for things. The view from the window was a bit unexpected: small "well" 1,5*1.5 meters. I didn't open the window and curtains because it felt unsafe.

Nice personal, good location near Oxford street and lots of supermarkets.

The toilet was downstairs and if you have to go in the middle of the night is a bit unconfortable.

I stayed at Marble Arch Inn for five nights (March 17–22) while visiting London for leisure. The room was cozy—on the smaller side—but fine for a short stay. The shared bathroom and shower were a pleasant surprise: super clean and very comfortable to use. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and central London attractions. The in-room kettle with coffee and tea was a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated. What stood out most was the staff—everyone was super mega nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. While the room might feel a bit tight for longer stays, it’s a great budget-friendly option for a few days in the city.

I have spent one night in this hotel. I had a room including a private bathroom. The room was very small, but I had not much luggage and was here only for the night. Therefore, this was not a problem. The bathroom was modern, everything was perfectly clean. The location is quite central, and there are nice pubs and breakfast places around. If you just need a place for the night(s) and do not have a lot of luggage, I can absolutely recommend this hotel, especially if you consider the low price.

My room was small, so there was not much place to put your luggage.

The property is very well situated in the Westminster area and is priced very competitively .The staff are exceptional helpful and friendly in approach.If you are just seeking a very basic comfortable room ie a comfortable bed /tea coffee making facilities /a compact and well appointed ensuite bathroom /tv then this is the place for you.Very clean and well maintained throughout.A+++++

No negatives it lived up and beyond to the expectations I had for the price and location of the property.

My two friends and I stayed at the Marble Arch Inn for a quick weekend away and to attend Winter Wonderland so the location and price of this property was ideal for us. The property is located within walking distance of Hyde Park which was a major plus for us but also the Marble Arch tube station, shops, pubs, restaurants and Sainsbury's. The room was cleaned while we were out, the staff was extremely helpful in allowing us to check in early as one of my friends arrived separately to us, and they also let us leave our luggage at the front desk at check out as we had a late flight. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend and would stay again!

In general, the hotel offered a very good value for the price. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. The staff helped in every way

I thought it was a normal hotel... It's not a hotel in my opinion, but a small guest house. There was no elevator and considering the fact that we had to carry 5 heavy suitcases up, it was a bit difficult. Of course I would like to point out that the staff offered us to leave our luggage at the entrance but we preferred not to. Regarding the equipment in the room, some of the things specified on the booking page were missing but it was not critical

Had a private shower!!! Room was clean and neat. Hallway light didnt bleed through the door frame. Had a fan in the room as well. I didnt check if the tv worked, but it was a decent size.

Door didnt completly close when you exited the room. I didnt notice when i first left my room, came back to the door being open. Make sure you close the door all the way when exiting the room. But BEST AFFORDABLE ROOM I'VE HAD IN AGES. WILL REBOOK MY NEXT TIME IN TOWN!!

Staff were fantastic. Helped organize hop on hop off bus with us, hailed cabs for us, and arranged a ground floor room when he saw there was a mobility issue with our family.. The location was ideal for our planned activities, and the area restaurants were very good. I'm glad we picked The Marble Arch Inn for our London stay.. THANKS NASEEL.
