10/10 – Highly Recommended! We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the rooms were really comfortable – exactly what you need after a busy day in London. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from Victoria Station, making it really easy to get around the city. There are plenty of great local places nearby too, from cafés to restaurants and shops. We’d definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in London. Top marks all round!

The hotel was far better than I thought it would be. Central location in Victoria close to the coach and tube station; plus all the sights. The hotel was spotless and smelt very good. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of plug sockets near the bed. I felt safe in the hotel too. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I got an upgrade from reception into a bigger room with a bigger bed which was fantastic. I have been in London and stayed in Victoria a number of times. Hands down this hotel has been the best I have stayed at.

The rooms were clean and compact, enough for 2 people. Price was very good considering it was London.The staff were lovely and very helpful, it's a great place to stay in London if you are looking for a place to rest and refresh.

Some of my family complained that the rooms were too small, including the bathroom, I was happy with the level below the ground floor room. The bathroom was an excellent size, and the bedroom was enough to place your bags on the floor and rest on the bed.

Clean, comfortable, bijou room in an ideal location with friendly and helpful staff. Thick curtains that kept the room dark in the morning and a sash window that opened - nice to have the option of fresh air as well as the air con. Brilliant shower - powerful and hot!

The room was very small. I think it would have been too small for more than 1 or 2 nights but it was comfortable and nicely decorated.

Fabulous quiet location that was easy to access London’s best places. Staff were very kind and welcoming and the room was very clean and modern!

It’s was certainly a cozy space but well layed out to make the most. There were just a couple of odd placement of things in the bathroom that could easily be fixed (hand soap very high up like eye level, no hook for towel, shower gels etc on the cramped side of the shower.) Also the bedside table was very small and didn’t allow you to put much of anything on it. This could also be improved by maybe a larger vertical multi shelf bedside installation that would give enough space for the phone/teapot/remote as well as guests items like chargers, wallets, etc. Also room would greatly benefit from 1 additional outlet!

The location was really good. We only had to walk about 20 min to get to the Big Ben and 10 min to get to the next train/subway station. It was in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants around. The room was small but we only slept there so therefore it wasn't so bad

The stairs to our room were soo many and the last set of stairs (our room was on the top floor) was really narrow. We are young and had only backpacks and a small suitcase to carry but I only can imagine how difficult this must be for older adults.

The property is in a lovely part of London and near main transport. The staff were amazing and accommodating to our needs. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Big tv in the room. The room was very clean and the best part is the showers, the water pressure was amazing and the temperature was really hot.

It's a great location, everything is close, you can walk to Big Ben in 25 minutes in a leisurely pace. The staff is very kind, attentive, you feel safe in the hotel, as well as in the surroundings of the hotel. There are various pubs and cafes nearby. The rooms are soundproofed, we were perhaps lucky, but we didn't hear the neighbors at all. It was a very nice stay!

It was a good location to walk to attractions. The staff was very pleasant. It was very clean.

We had a double bedroom. The room was extremely small but very clean. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. This could be the norm for London, but I'm totally not used to rooms with this little space. I'm still quite pleased with everything else.

The staff were very helpful , manager amazing , very clean , very tidy , always someone to help.

At one point there was a mix up and we were told we would have to move for our last night. The next morning tho the manager told us we didn't need to move, apologised and gave my wife chocolates for her birthday. The rooms are a little small, but when you're used to using a caravan, it's no problem hahaha ,
