Good value for hotel accommodation in this price range - definitely one of the better I've stayed in, in terms of tidiness, windows that open, clean/working en suite shower and toilet, tea/coffee provided, functioning TV. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment, but good at least that some is offered.

I can't really fault it for the price range. It's a little way out of the centre, but only an issue as I tend to walk everywhere. If it was nearer the centre it would cost more.

The breakfast was lovely , the whole experience was fantastic. Our room had just been renovated to a high standard so everything was brand new. The size of the room was great. Lovely area central to loads of shops, pubs, restaurants and tube and train station within 5 mins walking. Well worth what we paid for our stay.

Everything was great.

From the onset the staff were very friendly and helpful. This continued throughout our stay. The room was a nice size and had the average facilities for this type of hotel. Access was easy with a key card for the main door and yale key for our room. The room was cleaned each morning to a good standard.

The en-suite was a little on the small and tight size. The restaurant breakfast room was quite small and each morning their were people queuing up to find a place to sit down and have breakfast. Some of this was down to the people already in not sitting in a way for others to share their table. In other words 2 people sitting at a table that could sit 4 but they sat in such a way another 2 people could not sit down easily.

Went for the basement room that was newly furnished. Though had some paint smell initially but eventually got used to it. Room was clean and toilet was newly built. Breakfast was usual english breakfast with bread, butter, jam, cereals, milk, tea and juice option. Room service would clean the room and replace the free tea stuff Value for money location is perfect

The location was just what we needed, the receptionist was friendly, the room was clean, there was a kettle with sugar, coffee, milk and tea in the room, and excellent free wifi. The breakfast was good.

We didn't have shampoo in the bathroom. It would be nice if there were fruit for breakfast

how convenient it was to get to places

not much choice for the breakfast maybe some fresh fruit being made available bedding was stained on pillow cases and bottom sheets. the person checking us in wasn't very helpful however the other guy was lovely and helped with any questions

The location is amazing. We had a room on the ground floor in no94 the room was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and looked like new! We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of the room. Very happy!

Desk staff good, i had requested as few stairs as poss, they had done this but apologised as was in annexe not main building - not a problem, so did their best, many thanks, much appreciated. On last night could not locate remote for tv, i hardly use it, probly there but i could not see it, no hand towel, but i suppose is better for planet, bathroom 'pod' in my room cramped shower, clean room, breakfast a bit thin, room very clean, decent decor, always plenty hot water for shower - this can be a prob in many hotels from my experience - no shampoo so make sure you have some, i always do anyway, good location, handy for local facilities, only a short walk, 7 to 10 mins to tube platform depending which way you go, my tip is that Praed street entance is best, paddington main much longer, all staff helpful, overall a positive experience, will doubtless use again

Great location and had a parking space available for £15 a night

It was the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen! More of a wet room really. The toilet was practically in the shower 😅 Also, we were put in the overflow hotel round the corner so would have had to go back to the main hotel for breakfast which finished at 9.15, which I thought was a tad early for the weekend, so we never made it. Also, there was a cigarette smoke smell in the hallway 🤔

Good location, room was small but you got everything you need. Close to Oxford street, cafes and restaurants. Close to busses and underground as well. Breakfast was fine. Polite personnel, possibility to borrow European charger adapter.

As we used the room only for sleeping and taking a shower, nothing really to complain about. Maybe that keyholder was too big to carry with you all the time, but we could probably leave it at the reception as well.
