The location was absolutely fantastic. A very quiet area, with cafés and supermarkets close by, metro and bus stations too. You could get everywhere from there! The location made it worth every £ spent!

The room is quite small, just for sleeping and personal hygiene. It also needed air conditioning and it was not possible to open the windows. Personally, it also bothered me a little that I didn't see or contact any of the hotel staff directly. When we arrived on Tuesday night, reception was already closed and we did a self check-in, and on Sunday when we left, reception was also closed and we left the key in a box at reception. Everything else was dealt with / discussed via booking.

I had a really good experience. I was afraid after reading the comments about this hotel, but honestly it was not bad at all. For the price and location, it was actually pretty good. The toilet was clean (they cleaned it every day), towels and bed linens were also clean. Our room was very quiet and had a great view. We stayed at the 107 building. I cannot comment about the heating since we stayed during the summer. We are not that demanding with hotels (we are about cleaning, and that was ok), so we enjoyed our stay here

Now for the downsides, you might have a lot of stairs, depending on what floor your room is on. The fan from the bathroom is very loud, and it turned on with the light, so it was very annoying during the night. The kettle was not clean, so we could not use it... But nothing so terrible, if you are not so demanding with hotels, then you will be ok!

The room was much bigger than I expected! Beds were decent. For the money I paid I dont expect anything more. It was good enough. Shower was nice and clean as well. Leaving the bags is NOT in a secure area! So I didnt leave my passport but it was all fine nothing happened. Just want to warn ya! Once you checked in, they give you the code so you can go in and out whenever you want. This also means when you check out, you can just leave your bags ( in the non-secure area ) and just come whenever ( with the code ) to pick up your belongings.

I rather have a secure area for my bags, but I was still happy I could leave them free of charge.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and smiling. The single room I stayed in was small but had all the amenities such as heating, hairdryer, kettle, coffee, shampoo etc. The bathroom also had plenty of hot water. The hotel bed was comfortable, the duvet was of reasonable thickness and there was no noise at night and it was very quiet. It is worth mentioning that the hotel has an excellent location with supermarkets, restaurants, tourist attractions, metro, etc., so it is really convenient to stay here. Therefore this hotel has great value for money and is perfect for both business trips and family trips.

No WiFi signal in the room

Needed to stay near Victoria and was only a 10/15 minutes walk away, myself and daughter had a twin room on the same level as reception which was great for us as I find it very painful doing lots of stairs whilst waiting for an operation so worked out brilliantly, room was clean and so was bathroom.. would stay again for the convenience and staff were friendly

The only problem we had was with the TV, just couldn't work it out at all the instructions on wall weren't very handy we followed them but there were no channels working, liked we could have a choice of signing into netflix but also couldn't do that as it was in another language and had no clue how to change anything as didn't understand the words on screen.

Our second stay here, great value for a weekend in London. Love the location as its only 20 minute walk away from central London and places to have breakfast and dinner just around the corner. We will probably choose here again. Clean room and bathroom, with toiletries provided

Pillows are very thin and no spares kept at all - would be nice to have the option for a second pillow each

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! The beautiful decor, spacious and spotless rooms, and delicious breakfast made for a perfect experience. The location is ideal—close to main attractions yet peaceful. The hosts were outstanding! Their kindness, attentiveness, and local insights made our stay truly special. We highly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation!

Hotel was basic but had everything I needed. Guy on reception was very informative and helpful. Room was spacious enough and bed was very comfy. Pimlico tube station is just a short walk away however I opted to walk into Central, which took roughly 40mins. The walk ran parallel to the Thames so time went by quickly and was a lovely walk.

The mirror on sliding wardrobe was broken into multiple pieces and helped together with duct tape, I would have that replaced. Other than that I have no complaints.

Location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Victoria Station. I have been to London over 30 times and this is the best hotel value by far as you get a lot for what you pay. The single room is spacious and the view from the window is quite pleasant.

The cleaning staff members seemed to be efficient and hard-working but the hotel cleaning standards are a bit poor. There is a broken window glass in room 206.

The location is perfect. Close to underground and coach stations. The room and bathroom are big enough in comparisom to what you usually get in similar accommodations. What is more, the bathroom is quite renovated and has good water drainage.

It takes time till water warms up in the shower. The bed mattress requires changing as one can feel the springs.
