The location is great - next to the beautiful Hyde Park and close to bus and underground stations. Actually, we walked to the Natural History Museum and the British Museum. Also small shops and pubs are near there. Rooms are in good condition. They're small but designed smartly, so that my daughter and I felt comfortable to spend a week there. A very quiet place. A modern Samsung TV was a good addition to watch some British programmes in the evening. There was instant coffee, milk and tea supplemented each day and a kettle to boil water in the room. The breakfast was very convenient - toasts with cheese, ham or jam, various yoghurts, 4 types of cereal, delicious orange juice and coffee. The personnel was friendly. After the check-out on the last day we could even leave our bags at the reception for hours for free. And they allowed us to borrow the utensils from the dining room. That was nice of them.

No ventilation in the bathroom. Any vegetable (sliced cucumber, tomato) or green leaves at breakfast would be wonderful and more healthy.

As a budget hotel, this was really good value for money. Yes, the rooms are small, but if you are just looking for a place to sleep, then this will more than do. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. It had a small smart TV which came in hand when I needed to entertain my daughter and it came stocked with plenty tea and coffee. The inclusive breakfast was lovely, it is continental but had good variety of cereal, yoghurt, toast with cheese, ham etc. and again a variety of hot drinks and fruit juices.

Some things I think could be improved on but still do not affect my outlook on the hotel include: 1) Juices in the breakfast room were warm, maybe some ice containers etc. for guests to use. 2) The staircase to the downstairs rooms is quite tight and narrow. Just mentioning so if you have some bags and a pushchair (as we did) it can be a bit of a struggle. 3) Although the bathroom was visibly clean, there were a few spots in the corners of the showers which look like water mould spots? Nothing major, but worth noting for cleaning staff. 4) Lastly, the bedding sets and decor of the rooms are a bit outdated. Again, nothing major but could potentially be more attractive to guests with a bit of an update. But as I mentioned, for the price - it is SO worth it!

Location was great. Room was very clean, bright with lots of light fixtures. Sheets were new and 100% cotton. (Twin) Room was small but very efficient use of space. Furniture and toilet/shower facilities seemed new and were of good quality. We occasionally heard a little noise from the adjacent room, but this was rare, not so loud, and not bothersome for us. We had a nice street view out our top-floor window. Breakfast room was in a neighboring building, and it was adequate for us. We are used to some tomato and cucumber with breakfast, so we bought those at a nearby store and took with us daily. Breakfast items stayed well-stocked until the end of the service period, including warm milk for the tea, For the price we paid, I was very happy with everything.

The stairs were a bit narrow and steep -- especially the last flight to our top-floor room, but we got used to the challenge. It was good exercise. Wrestling the suitcases up when we first arrived was a bit difficult, but we had to do it only once, so no big deal.

I liked how helpful the staff were, they made check in and out very easy. The shower was hot and easy to use and the beds were all very comfortable and clean. So all in all, very good and reasonably priced for London. We were even able to leave our luggage the next day, so I could take my children to the frameless art gallery before having to catch our coach home. Good stuff!

The only thing I didn't like was that breakfast was only served until 9.15am. As we had quite a late night after travelling from camping at the south/east coast me and my children were tired and not up early the next morning. We awoke around 9am and didn't have very long to eat before being kicked out of the dining area. As check out was 10.30am I feel it would make sense if breakfast could at least be served until then?

Close to plenty of eateries, many halal food a walking distance away. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We had a window overlooking the street and it was nice. Oh and the room had a heater but did not have AC. However, there was a wall fan so it was nice to have some breeze in the room when it got a bit warm. A plus for this hotel as many hotels did not have AC and no fan either!

We booked at White house hotel but actually stayed at Seymour Hotel at the corner of the same road. I guess it is under the same management. Hotel did not have a lift. Luckily we were on the first floor so dragging our suitcase up was not too bad. The stairs were carpeted and narrow so if you have big and heavy luggage, then I would not recommend to stay here. The bathroom was clean but tiny with a small sink where you could hardly bend forward to rinse your teeth when you bend over. We stayed in a twin room and it was rather tight. I had to put my medium sized luggage on the bed in order to have space to open it.

The room was small and basic. It was nice and clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a wall mounted tv and fan. The bathroom again was on the small side, but it was clean. It consisted of a toilet, sink, and shower. Shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap were provided in dispensers. We were on the 1st floor and had to walk up a flight of stairs, never noticed if there was a lift as we didn't need one.

Breakfast was continental and was very limited. There was cheese, cooked meats, and a choice of cereals (which were in dispensers, with no idea how long it had been in there) yoghurt and toast.

This was a last minute reservation as I needed an accommodation near Paddington Station. Only 5 minutes walk from the Station and on its way there were many restaurants, take aways and supermarkets. White House Hotel was full and there was a sign to go to Seymour Hotel so I ended up staying there. The rooms are small when compared with other franchised hotels like Premier Inn or Travelodge but the room and shower room were clean. The breakfast was OK in general, not huge variety but reasonable value for money.

Having a bedside lamp would be helpful. Also the pillows are not comfortable.

This is a good value hotel in a great position (5mins walk from Paddington). Breakfast was continental but plenty of it (toast, yogurt, ham, cheeses, cereal). Staff were friendly. Room was good size for city hotel (a bit dated and maybe not hospital clean) but it was clean. Shower was hot (bit cramped but hot and clean). Plenty of tea/coffee in the room. No AC but a fan to use on hot days. Room TV wasn't too small. Overall very happy with our stay and will stay again! Thank You!

Booked hotel at a very reasonable price. Upon arrival there was a notice on door directing us to check in at sister hotel around the corner- and it really is a 30 second walk round the corner. We actually stayed in the sister hotel - I was aware this might happen having read the hotel reviews - no problem. Room was small but clean. Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean and basic. Tea and coffee provided. Excellent location - 5 min walk from Paddington Station with pubs and restaurants en route. Basic continental breakfast provided - bread/toast, one kind of jam, ham, cheese, yoghurt, few cereals but when it's included in the price I'm not going to complain.

Very basic breakfast. Not guaranteed a seat at breakfast.

I liked we are close to where we wanted to be near the aquarium and west field shopping centre, and that , we was near Paddington so up the road they was Costas and Macdonalds and that and gift shops there . Taxis was easy to flag too in London, the hotel could phone a taxi but it was a little more , next time I'll probably use Uber , The receptionists was greAt helping with directions say we needed to go some where Heating was fantastic and extra blankets .the breakfast bar was ok self serve toast cereal and that cheese ham etc , it is busy so I recommend go early before 8 am but u cud fill up , whatever u needed. I did get the top floor which I struggled with , but I will deffo book next time if I go to London and just request a lower ground floor. Deffo would have loved an extra pillow yes. But the bed was comfy and facilities clean not bad really for London we paid for a twin room 270 for 3 nights. The water was hot too and shower 🚿 good .towels was provided and extra coffee if u needed it etc. And always some one on the desk say u needed it .and u could store your luggage 🧳 if needed. It is situated 20 mins drive from London Victoria coach station. We had a warm welcome too. Bank machine they is a shop around the corner if u need it. Too. And corner shops too and a lovely church too a short walk which we listened too some music free from royal college of music, absolutely an extra treat .

How busy london was the bridge and that and the check in point to aquarium but other than that u got to expect that from London
