The breakfast was well done. It was difficult to rate as I arrived very late at 4.30 am due to airline issues and I was charged the full amount and only stayed for 5 hours.

There was no shuttle bus at the time I landed and I had trouble securing a lift to the venue from the airport. In the end it cost me 30 pounds cause I was directed to use the car park shuttle and then got lost. Luckily an Uber driver came to the rescue

Super close to the airport and easy to get there on an affordable shuttle. Breakfast included which was a nice touch. Friendly staff and easy check in/out.

They said they had a grab and go option for early breakfast but this wasn’t the case which was a shame. The aircon in the room was super noisy, difficult to get to sleep.

The staff were very polite, professional, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The room was equipped with clean towels, shower gel, and a thermostatic shower, which was a nice touch. Thanks to an anti-noise window (sealed shut), the room was impressively quiet — ideal for light sleepers.

Our main issue was the air quality. Because the window couldn’t be opened, the room felt stuffy, and the only ventilation option was the AC unit. Unfortunately, the AC only blew either hot or cold air — there was no "fresh air" or neutral setting, which made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. We didn’t bring this up with the staff, so we can’t say if there was a workaround — but if you’re sensitive to indoor air quality, this could be a problem, especially for longer stays. One night was manageable, but a full week would likely be tough. The double bed was quite small and had just one shared blanket. If you’re traveling as a couple and value a bit of space or separate bedding, we recommend booking twin beds instead if available.

Really lovely hotel, very comfortable and clean, the staff were very welcoming. I thought it was so good that they start breakfast at 04:00 to cater for those with an earlier flight. We were only in the room for about 8 hours but it served us well and wasn't ridiculously expensive. My only issue is getting too and from the airport, you don't really have a choice but to get the shuttle and I think £4 per person is a bit ridiculous for a 5 minute journey. The journey isn't walkable either, even though Google tells you you can, there's no pedestrian paths so you'd have to walk to the verge on the side of a dual carriageway. Also, the breakfast does boast that you can take it away, however you're not allowed a coffee on the bus, so make sure you drink your coffee before hand.

My flight was delayed so I arrived about 2am. As I was checking in there was a man waiting to also check in, I am a woman. The receptionist, a young man, whispered to me my floor number and had written the room number on the key card holder rather than say it out loud so the man waiting would hear. Although he was a young man he had the awareness of the situation. As a woman I just wanted to convey how grateful I was to your receptionist and was very impressed with the service he provided..Please, please commend that young receptionist for his utmost professionalism! I will definitely recommend your hotel to my female friends and family.

The staff are excellent. Very helpful and polite. I have stayed at this location on numerous occasions, and the staff have always been top-notch. I was limited mobility during my stays and on each occasion arrived slightly early for check in due to miscalculation on my part, I was still able to check after staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I was assisted in getting my breakfast with patience and respect by the staff. I worked in a Holiday Inn a long time ago, and the staff were way above the standard I had worked with previously, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection and prepared and displayed well. 9/10 in every department.

Not much. The worst thing I might say would be that the shower water might be a little hotter and a few more milk and sugars in the room, but was given extra upon request so it's not really a complaint. The staff there were more than able to assist, and the water thing isn't really something within their immediate control, so again, not really a complaint or criticism.

Good, basic hotel for an overnight near Stansted airport. The shuttle service was convenient and timely. I had previously stayed at a hotel within walking distance to the airport, but I found the hotel with a paid shuttle better than dragging my bag down to a hotel at a distance further than I would like, albeit "within walking distance."

The breakfast was fine, but the attendant kept clearing my place before I had finished. How can a single person set up their table and go back to a breakfast buffet without having their teacup whisked away while retrieving other items? it was extremely frustrating. I told the employee after the first time that I was still eating, but I came back to the table and... gone again.

I requested my room to be cleaned on Friday the 27th of September, 2024 after it was not even cleaned a day before. To my greatest surprise, the bed was layed again with the old dirty cover including the pillow case (the dirt/stain on the cover was so obvious that anyone could see). that was really bad for an hotel of such standard. Pls try to improve on the cleanliness. Also during breakfast, the idea of cleaning/kitchen staffs coming to ask people if they are done eating while having having breakfast because they want to clear the plate and clean the table is a bit annoying because they could see that people were still eating.

The location is superb! We loved it was so close to the airport and shuttle bus service was a spot on! It was just what we needed. We didn’t look to go around London too much as we had less than a day between the flights, but if we were it would be super easy as there’s many connection to the city from Stansted airport.

First day the heating was still set on winter time, so it was super hot in the room. With sunshine getting through the windows and no AC it was impossible to stay in the room during the day. Since it was May, that was a bit odd. However, on the way back (7 days later) that was sorted and really pleasant to be in the room then.
