The breakfast was well done. It was difficult to rate as I arrived very late at 4.30 am due to airline issues and I was charged the full amount and only stayed for 5 hours.

There was no shuttle bus at the time I landed and I had trouble securing a lift to the venue from the airport. In the end it cost me 30 pounds cause I was directed to use the car park shuttle and then got lost. Luckily an Uber driver came to the rescue

We had a pleasant stay! The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the full English breakfast in the morning. The place is very clean and well-maintained. A big plus for families: there are thoughtful spaces for kids and even high chairs available at breakfast, which we really appreciated. The rooms are a bit small, but for a one-night stay they are more than fine. One suggestion: the shuttle service to the airport should ideally be included in the price. Also, the light from the fire alarm was a bit disturbing at night. Overall, a good experience — especially for families.

Super close to the airport and easy to get there on an affordable shuttle. Breakfast included which was a nice touch. Friendly staff and easy check in/out.

They said they had a grab and go option for early breakfast but this wasn’t the case which was a shame. The aircon in the room was super noisy, difficult to get to sleep.

We needed a hotel which is very close to the Stansted Airport because we had a really early flight the next morning. After arriving from London to the Stansted airport, there was a shuttle bus which takes you to the hotel in less than 15 minutes. The staff was polite and nice, the check-in process was painlessly fast, the room itself was spacious enough with a bed, sofa and AC. The breakfast was also delicious and with plenty options.

The bed had wheels so everytime we wanted to sit or lay down on it, it would move a bit. Not the worst thing in the world, but a mild annoyance. The bed itself was comfortable to sleep in.

Loved the clean and well appointed room with just what we needed. Choice of pillows, a firm bed with good linens. Good iron and ironing board, tea making facilities, usb charging points as well as plugs (though 2 instead of one by the bed would be very helpful). Loved the clever use of space, especially in the bathroom! The designer found an interesting way to maintain total privacy for someone using the loo while another person still uses the shower or hand-basin :) The shower was great too, hot water, good pressure. The room was remarkably quiet, given the proximity to the airport. Room temperature was comfortable and we had a view of greenery, very private. Excellent free breakfast, with bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, very nice hashbrowns (like tater tots I think), toast, selection of tea/coffee, juices, cereals, natural yogurt and some fruit, There were also pastries (mini muffins, croissants etc), Nutella, several jams and honey. .Oh and marmite, if you like that. They had a separate toaster for gluten free toast, which I thought was great. The staff were very polite and helpful. We were very grateful for a late check-out (free, as we are club members?), which allowed us to enjoy our stay even longer. There is a safety latch on the room door, which I appreciate. The housekeeping were very respectful of guests peace and quiet, which really means a lot. The common areas were clean and bright. Wonderful dining space, with even some quite outdoor space to dine when the weather suits. There are a couple of seating areas with tv screens and also a really nice looking area with a pool table, great for older kids and teens. It looks like there is a well stocked bar but we didn't get to try that out. And a fine looking pizza oven, which we also did not have time to try.

One slight note is that the light-tightness could be improved around the black-out curtains. We needed to engineer some ways to restrict light from seeping in on one side in the early hours of a June morning :) They have gotten so much else right, I' have faith they can work this out too!

We were in a handicapped accessible room which was well arranged and comfortable for my mobility-impaired sister. The breakfast was excellent. and plentiful. I think everyone staying there was going to Stansted Airport, so breakfast was busy with a lot of impatient people, but all of the trays were kept filled, the tables were cleaned quickly, and it was easy to find a seat. The facilities were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We could not take their shuttle as my sister uses a scooter, but they called a taxi for us. I use this hotel whenever I fly out of Stansted because you can't beat the value and location.

4am breakfast was really pleasing, not many places serve breakfast at that time, even though it wasent anything hot, a small continental was still a good start to the morning. We had an issue with the original inn we were staying in and had to book this room basically 30 minutes in advance, quite pleased that this was possible as most other places did not offer this (it was 11.30pm) and finally the room was quite big for what it was, I'm used to Hostels so it was a nice change not to be cramped and the Air conditioning worked a treat.

The bathroom floor in our room looked grotty, the lights were above the beds, so in the morning when someone turns them on it's quite blinding to the other, I did like the continental breakfast at 4 but it could of had more continental options, paying for parking was ridiculous but acceptable, it is London afterall.

Parking should be wider, food delivery came and blocked the entrance of the hotel where the shuttle bus comes and therefore stops the shuttle bus going around. I would think to have the shuttle bus come from the entrance of the car park. Adding about check out; I wonder if the price could be discounted if the hotel knew I was only staying until 6am for my flight the next day as I did note on booking I was checking in from 10pm. For half a morning stay, I wonder if the system could discount me: but the breakfast gave that a waiver for me, because everyone wants to eat after sleep, I think every booking should just come with breakfast.

The staff were very polite, professional, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The room was equipped with clean towels, shower gel, and a thermostatic shower, which was a nice touch. Thanks to an anti-noise window (sealed shut), the room was impressively quiet — ideal for light sleepers.

Our main issue was the air quality. Because the window couldn’t be opened, the room felt stuffy, and the only ventilation option was the AC unit. Unfortunately, the AC only blew either hot or cold air — there was no "fresh air" or neutral setting, which made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. We didn’t bring this up with the staff, so we can’t say if there was a workaround — but if you’re sensitive to indoor air quality, this could be a problem, especially for longer stays. One night was manageable, but a full week would likely be tough. The double bed was quite small and had just one shared blanket. If you’re traveling as a couple and value a bit of space or separate bedding, we recommend booking twin beds instead if available.
