Close to everything on Southbank and walking distance to Melbourne CBD as well as public transport options. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast option was great.

Windows were incredibly dirty, took away from the city view which was the intent behind booking the corner room - staff were very understanding however and did their best to provide solutions. Lack of powerpoints beside bed. Room soundproofing could be improved slightly. Room facilities (coffee, tea, sugar etc) very lacking for a premium room.

Staying at Crown Promenade made my visit to Melbourne even more memorable. The hotel is centrally located yet very quite and private. The staff were very friendly and kind and always eager to help. Rooms are spacious (I had the standard king), very clean and well equipped. Great sound insulation so you can barely hear anyone from the other rooms. I stayed at an upper floor and I could see St Kilda from my window. Hotel facilities are excellent, from the elevators to valet parking or the pool. I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting the city for leisure or business. I was sorry to leave and hope to be back again to Melbourne soon. I would stay at Crown Promenade again.

Nothing really, the hotel met and exceeded my expectations. The hotel does not offer in room dining, yet there are plenty of options for dining or take away nearby.

I absolutely loved everything. I freaked out because I am afraid of heights, and my wife and I were on the 21st floor. xD I also freaked out because we did valet parking for the first time ever, but the valet guy explained everything, how secure it is, and everything, really took his time to explain the in and outs.

ONly two small things that i didn't like, was the room we stayed in, the light above the table in front of the tv, kepy flasing/going on n off. and there was no powerboards or anything that we could find near the bed, to allow us to charge our phones overnight, so we did it in the bathroom.

Our room was exceptional with city views on the 16th floor. It was clean, spacious and met the high standards of exceptional hotel rooms out there provided by Crown. I would definitely stay there again. The beds were very comfortable and windows were top to bottom providing a lar but these were soft. Breakfast was filled with a huge selection and provided a wide variety on their Buffet. I don't usually swim in most hotel pools if their located outdoors with no coverage and freezing temps, but my family swam in the pool which offered the best indoors, warm temp and wonderful view of the back streets. The spa was just to die for and spent hours upon hours in there. This was suitable for families and offered full relaxation for anyone that needed calm and relaxing moments in the pool and spa. Pool was shut by 7pm. The Promenade was also interlocked with the Crown Casino and other outlets which meant you didn't have the need to walk in the actual streets to get to the food courts and other shops located nearby in the same complex. 10/10 overall.

Parking prices are not for the fainthearted but was manageable if you took your car in and out regularly from the multi story car park.

Great location as we stayed to watch a show the next day. Convenient, comfortable, surrounded by loads of choices in shopping and eating. Staff helpful with recommending Gradi which we enjoyed for dinner.

Having music blasting from a neighbouring room from 10:30pm until midnight clear enough to hear the lyrics and feel the bass in my brain, only to resume again in the morning from 8am-9am when we would have enjoyed a Saturday sleep in. Calling front desk at 8:15am didn't help as the music continued another 45 minutes. Didn't realise that would be tolerated at a hotel at the inconvenience of others.

The property was Big. It had spacious rooms that were very clean. The bed was absolutely comfortable and easy to sleep on. Shower had amazing pressure. Mini fridge was well stocked which was amazing. Can’t go wrong with a few cheeky drinks. The view was absolutely amazing can’t go wrong with that. Will happily recommend this place.

Level 19 with the room that we were in when we got off the elevator, it’s smell like an animal had died. The room itself was absolutely amazing. There was no smell within the room. The view was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t change that for the word. Navigating around was a bit hard.

The facilities, room, ambience, and location were excellent. I recommend the breakfast buffet at Mesh which was very good.

Upon check-in the staff were lovely, however, upon check out I had a staff member refer to me as "Mister" when I present as female, and another staff member in the luggage area was very curt and rude in manner with me when I was enquiring about validating my carpark ticket to exit. If all the staff were trained to be as hospitable as the staff I encountered at check in my experience would have been much more memorable.

Great views from our room over Melbourne. Handy location for access to Southbank and Docklands and direct link to Crown casino. Had a corner room which gave us a bit more room, bed was really comfy and had fox sports on the tv. Nice big shower and noticed we couldn't really hear much noise from the rooms next door, Great buffet breakfast at a reasonable price in the hotel, the chef was very helpful when I asked for some clarification about ingredients in some items.

Check in took about 45 mins because everyone was checking in at the same time! We were told that we could have checked in at midday and avoided the queues, thought we had to wait until 3pm.

We enjoyed our stay and found check in and out easy and efficient. The staff were very helpful when we required extra coffees and sugars. The position of the hotel was excellent and central to the places we went to, eg DFO. The complimentary chokkies and wine made our 40 th wedding anniversary celebration that little more special. The little personal not congratulating us on reaching this special milestone was very heartwarming. Thank you.

The only minor detail was probably not having enough coffee and sugars for our 2 night stay.

Staying at Crown Promenade truly made our visit unforgettable. The hotel is perfectly located—central, yet quiet and private. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. The room we stayed in, a standard king with city view, was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped. The sound insulation was excellent—We could barely hear a peep from neighboring rooms. Being on an upper floor i.e 18, We had the pleasure of enjoying a stunning view of city from our window. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, from the smooth and efficient elevators to valet parking(Highly Recommend) and the pool. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to enhance the guest experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend Crown Promenade to anyone visiting Melbourne, whether for leisure. Without a doubt, We will choose Crown Promenade again for our next visit!

They should increase timing to access pool. Close at 7pm is too early.
