I loved the location housekeeping was the best cleaned our room and it looked great. The view from the room was beautiful we had the panoramic view

My fiancé went down to look at the spa and was questioned what he was doing I didn’t like that I wasn’t aware that we couldn’t look around the hotel after we paid the amount of money we paid. Especially considering the gym was right next to the spa. I also didn’t like how we had a paper under the door stating no smoking there is a fee when we never was smoking in the room I don’t do that we made sure we smoked outside in the car. I don’t like feeling uneasy about where I’m staying especially since we paid money just like everyone else

I absolutely loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the property! The staff, led by Pablo and Christian, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The hotel's elegant decor and spacious rooms were also a big plus. But what really stood out was the team's exceptional service and attention to detail – it truly made my stay MAGNIFICENT ! I was also impressed by the prompt return of my deposit - receiving it back within a day was a lovely surprise and showed their attention to detail extends beyond the stay itself!

Honestly, I couldn't find anything significant to complain about! My stay was truly enjoyable, and the team's exceptional service made up for any minor issues. One minor challenge I did face was ordering room service, as the website seemed to be experiencing some issues. However, I easily worked around it by using Uber Eats instead. Not a big deal, and it didn't detract from my overall wonderful stay!

There was a Black Male working there. Now I’m a black male so this isn’t racist. He was very rude and obnoxious. I dozed off waiting on a friend in the lobby to rebook. He approached me and gave me a stern lashing for dosing off in the lobby area like I was a vagrant. He seemed to enjoy his authority as customers and staff watched baffled at his disrespect! Clearly that made me go to another hotel. So now I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone and I am a concert promoter. I bring thousands of people to the city every year. Eurostar would have been an option for this massive revenue.

This was my second stay at Eurostars Magnificent Mile. I absolutely love this hotel. It has newer, clean finishes. The showers are amazing. The building always smells so good. The rooms are very clean with comfortable furnishings. The hotel itself is nice and quiet. There is security stationed throughout the hotel, so you feel very safe. The staff are superb, and I was happy to see familiar faces a year between visits. The atmosphere is inviting and homey. The hotel itself is situated right in the heart of downtown Chicago. It's close to all the things I need: Bally's Casino, Trader Joe's, Eataly, and several other essential shops and restaurants. Michigan Avenue is only a couple blocks away. If you're like me and enjoy walking around a city, this location is perfect, otherwise you can jump on the Red Line only a block away and get everywhere you need to go. I plan to visit again next year!

I can't think of one thing that I would change. Everything was wonderful.

The staff was very nice and I ran into some of the customers on the way up and down and they were yeah, really cool and friendly. It was surprisingly shockingly quiet for accommodations in the city. I was on the twentieth floor and I requested a quiet room and they delivered. The shower was really unusual in that it was glass on both sides- so from the bedroom, if the curtain is open, you can give your partner a show hahah. If you're into that - i was alone in on a business trip, but yeah, I thought it was intriguing. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Keurig with complimentary coffee in room. Treats available for purchase as well as refrigerated.Beverages. stylish and clean. I parked my car around the corner at a superior place through spot hero. Ate dinner at Tzuco around the corner- it was fabulous. Truly. The restaurant in the actual hotel looked pretty great and had some outdoor patio seating. Not fancy but certainly accessible and people were enjoying themselves.

I'm a blonde hairdresser, and I did happen to find a super long wavy black hair on my pillow in my bed. Because i'm a hairdresser and I have long hair I realize hair is a pain in the ass and gets everywhere.. Hard for the cleaners to deal with I'm sure. I didn't. Consider the place dirty tin because of something minor but.. just a note

The staff was exceptional, everything between the front desk, the parking staff, spa staff, and dining staff. I was traveling solo, but I never felt more looked after and catered to, despite me also not having much to do for my trip. The location could not have been any better. All of the ammenities made me feel right at home and not stressed or feeling forced to leave the hotel on my own.

My bathroom door didn't close and the tap water was wildly chlorinated. The tv being cable was also interesting but not a problem at all since March Madness was on. It was also originally difficult to navigate parking/valet, (what side of the building to go through, that valet was inside etc).

Everything was great, but the shower was my most favorite thing!

It got a bit noisy in the evening. Elevator and room doors were constantly shutting and slamming all night. Unfortunately, our room was directly across from the elevators. Eventually, we were too tired to care and fell asleep. Also, the lighting was subpar. It was difficult applying my makeup, so most days, I opted not to wear any.

Location is great and staff is accommodating & friendly. Mag Mile suite was really nice with a great view. Hotel provided me with complimentary wine & chocolate for my birthday which was pretty thoughtful. Also had breakfast included at the restaurant on the first floor which was good but standard.

Some of the wear & tear on the suite was pretty obvious. Deflated bean bag ottoman, chipped door frame, and the TVs wouldn’t turn on the morning I was supposed to check out. Also couldn’t lower one of the blackout curtain panels as something was wrong with the chain mechanism.

The hotel has great ambiance and is very comfortable and clean. The area feels quite safe and I like that it's a few blocks away from the bustle of Michigan Ave but still has some activity at the restaurants within two blocks of the hotel. I arrived very early before check-in but my room was ready! The room amenities were great - the complimentary umbrella was important since there was a surprise downpour one morning and I enjoyed the robe and slippers offered. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and the view from the total panoramic windows on 2 sides of the room from the 18th floor was great (they also provide room lightening and room darkening shades for sleeping and privacy). The hotel is also two blocks from a subway stop which makes getting to and from the airport pretty easy.

Very minor, but the restaurant doesn't offer food after 9pm which seems a little early for a city. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to pick from as a backup though.
