The river view was stunning and the design from the furniture, colors, etc was on point! I honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer. Also, I accidentally left my wallet upon check-in and I asked the staff and they 1) knew exactly what I was talking about 2) got on it immediately to retrieve and get back to me. The morning staff was so personable, friendly and professional!

Inside of the bathroom, there were products to use but they weren’t replenished prior to our check-in. If it’s going to be there, it should be there…if that makes sense.

Great location near the river, short walk to the blue train station for the O'Hare airport. Lots of places to eat and hang out. Close enough to most attractions, for cheap Lyft rides. Room A/C was nice and cool on the 23rd floor. Very environment friendly, options for recycle, giant pumps for bathroom. The lounge area on the 15th floor was comfortable and a great place to eat/drink. They have a breakfast buffet for guests for $20-25 per person. As well as a "Mart" across the bridge with Starbucks, Dunkin donuts, lots of food and shopping without having to go outside in the rain or heat. The pool was fun with complimentary noodles for floating or playing. The staff kept the towels stocked and the bathroom/changing rooms clean. We spent hours in the pool relaxing from the humidity and heat at night. Housekeeping came by daily around 9-10am to freshen up the room, make the beds, throw the trash, etc. Check in/out was quick and easy (maybe 5 mins) but it depends on the time and day. Sometimes there can be a long line, good to call ahead with any requests.

Fridge doesn't have a freezer. There were a few spots on the pillow linens but the staff quickly changed and apologized. One of the guests on the 16th floor mentioned their A/C wasn't working.

Breakfast was wonderful; healthy options such as natural greek yogurt and healthy toppings. Also, the oatmeal is not sweetened which is appreciated. A variety of pastry for those with a sweet tooth, several fruits not just apple and bananas, and a variety of hot breakfast. The view from the sining area was also so amazing. The bed and pillows were excellent!! We appreciated the view and also it was very nice to have a seating area in the room. It was very nice to see that the room is updated :)

From the front desk on, the hotel was lovely. I was checked in early without any issue. The hotel's main lobby is most impressive and beautifully designed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bonus feature, the hotel connects to the Merchandise Mart, so I didn't have to brave the COLD weather.

My biggest complaint is I couldn't work on the room wifi. I had a business meeting that I was unable to attend due to the poor service/speed. Also, I could hear other guests' full conversations through closed doors in the corridor.

Location was really good and it’s legit by the river, so walkable. Staff was friendly and their 24/7 store was a great convenience!

The room we were out in wasn’t the one specified in the booking but didn’t bother me much expect a city view I booked but instead was given a room facing the inner walls of the building.

Very nice hotel - spacious lobby. The hotel restaurant was very good and the bar has massive Tv's which was nice to watch the world series on.

Location was a bit hard to find- nearby parking was not that accessible, im sure the hotel offered parking but it was probably 60 per night I would assume. Also - the elevators are drastically slow.

Great location next to Merchandise Mart. Floor 23 was very quiet. Also parking was very easy. Also the staff was very communicative and even helped us with a minor issue with our room very quickly.

The floor needs a nice deep clean. It felt very run through.

Location was wonderful ,easily accessible by train and very close to the Riverwalk. Close to restaurants and a beautiful view from the 15th floor.

They turned the hot water off earlier than notified so one of us didn't finish getting ready :)

Loved the roomy, lobby and view

They can't change this but it was a little inconvenient to go from parking garage to building entrance to elevator to 16th floor where you finally get to the lobby. That said, the hotel was beautiful and a great stay.

I liked the style of hotel

THe price was ridiculous. THe hidden unknowns. Noone told us it would be a $200 deposit for one night.Noone told us it would be $61 a night to park across the street. It was ridiculous and very overpriced for the time of stay and location.
