I would like you to know our room was super clean! Beds were very comfortable. We were on a high floor. Everything in our room worked and one thing I would like to add is the two chairs that you had in the room were comfortable and we appreciated having the extra space in our room, meaning our room was not cramped. A very nice feature.

The only improvement was the front desk clerk who I first checked in with to see if our room was ready early did not have a personality. Maybe she should work behind the scenes didn’t make eye contact wasn’t friendly. She was just there. I think doing her job she wasn’t rude. She just wasn’t nice. Everyone else super friendly

Loved the app. There were a bunch of guests waiting their turns around the front desk when I arrived. I didn't need to stop there; just went right to my room. When I was ready to check out, there was a button for that too. All very easy. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. A few spaces to work, easy to access power outlets, dimmable lighting, stable wifi. Beautiful nightime view out the window of the Christian Science Center Buildings (pic). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the little details that made it comfortable.

Did not like the light around the bathroom mirror (pic). It was the biggest, brightest ring light for such a tiny space. It was painfully bright. Unfortunately, it also clearly showed how filthy the inside of the bathroom door was in an otherwise spotless bathroom.

The hotel was in a great spot to walk to Fenway for a game, wander around for coffee, shopping, good food and a fun night scene. The beds are comfortable and we had a great view

Things are kinda old and outdated although you can tell a lot of updates have been made. It just didn’t feel worth the price we paid for one night

Location and a substantial fitness center saved the day.

The room was a nice size but we felt like it was in need of a little facelift. The bathroom was small - a one person space without question. The staff needs to service the one Peolton bike in the fitness center - it never worked.

it was near Boston conservatory where we watched recitals of our daughter.

the hotel had to charge us additional usd100 per day of our stay which was a surprise. it was not explained upon check in. I just learned when my credit card was charged and I asked. front desk said usd25.00 was consumable and the rest was deposit and will be returned upon check out if nothing is chargeable during our stay. since we stayed for 5 nights, my credit card was charged usd500.00. of the usd500.00, we consumed usd 395.00 but the balance was not immediately returned to my card. what more, another usd500.00 was charged to my card upon check out which I was told will be returned after a few days. so a total of usd1,000.00 was charged to my card. now I am waiting what will really happen. I am confused of this hotel policy.

The location was great and walkable to our destinations. Friendly and welcoming staff. The bartender recommended a place for us to eat due to us arriving late and the hotel kitchen was closing.

I would have preferred to park at the hotel but the price of parking was extremely high. So we parked in a garage walking distance from the hotel.

The lobby was beautiful and it’s in the PERFECT location. Plenty of luxury shopping and Cheesecake Factory is literally right there. The breakfast was fantastic and they have a little grocery area where you can purchase toiletries and snacks. The Bar!!! Food and drinks were amazing! Every bartender was friendly and we legit spent every evening at that bar. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, huge clean rooms and bathrooms, supa chill air-conditioner, helpful staff, good spread of breakfast, awesome Bar, helpful and polite staff. The bell staff Mr Kevin too sweet and helpful to go out of the way to help.

Everything was absolutely perfect

I selected to come back to the Hilton/this location because it was perfect last time I went to Fenway! Perfect distance, comfortable and reasonable pricing usually

I specifically requested a king room but when I got to my room, it was 2 individual beds. I tried contacting booking.com, no response after a 30 minute wait. Tried the Hilton front desk and they said I had to contact booking.com. Tried to again but nothing. The price I paid, I expected to receive what I asked for.

Proximity to the Back Bay, Fenway Park, the mall at the Prudential Center, and Northeastern University (my son is a student there). The hotel is smaller than a lot of the other national chains in the area (Marriott, Sheraton, Weston and Marriott), and I like the scale of it (Think: no lines when you check in, fewer people in the lobby, parking lot is smaller and less hectic). The lobby bar is nice and usually has a small and manageable crowd. The staff at the hotel and bar/restaurant are friendly and eager to help.

I'm not particular about room size (Being that I live in NYC), but the one we had this time around was small and kind of oddly shaped. Not an issue for me but some might have found it small.
