Hidden on the streets just steps away from Praça Luís de Camões, this elegant, well-equipped property will charm you from the minute you walk in. The host was waiting for us as we turned up and processed us quickly to our lovely two room accommodation. Spacious for the two of us, we especially loved the Juliet balcony, with its large windows. The kitchenette was just enough to provide our two night stay the necessities. The unit's design and style was very boutique-y with lovely lighting, fittings and finishing touches; also, super clean and tidy. Great location to walk and explore,, with excellent choices of bars and restaurants.

A bit pricey for our budget, but it was our Lisbon-splurg and happy we booked!

Decor, space and location excellent. Liked the separate kitchen/dining/lounge area. A small cafe right next door was great at end of a day exploring Lisbon. Tram terminus and Square also had a great vibe and only 100m from Hotel. Of our 2 weeks in Spain and Portugal we rated our stay in Lisbon (Boutique Chiado Apartments) the best!

A small suggestion would be a hand rail on the flight of stairs from reception to 1st floor.

There was good communication before arrival about how to check in and some additional tips about Lisbon. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The front desk gave us some super local restaurant suggestions, helped us work out how to use the safe in the room, and allowed us to leave our bags with them after check-out in the last day until we left for the airport. The room was smallish but clean and functional (had a tv, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, air-conditioning and a fridge). The location was great for the things we wanted to see.

Provision of a lift, size of room and outlook onto the street plus being a quite street in the heart of the city with little to no traffic but just a block from everything the city has to offer. So it is comfort plus location location, location.

It would be good to have recommendations for real Portuguese food not touristic places. The breakfast place, around the corner and nearby was expensive and did not represent value for money. It would also be good to advise airport arrivals to watch for taxi hacks who ripe you off. Recommend Uber or Bolt to first time arrivals. I am Australian...so what's with the American flag on my name?

The hotel was in a perfect location, a couple of mins walk to the square, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, tram & train station. The staff were so helpful giving us advice on what to see and how to get there. The room was very clean, bright & cheery and the bed was soo comfortable. We will definitely return, thank you.

Our room was bright and clean. Lovely and quiet from outside noise. Nice comfortable bed. The staff were outstanding. We had a minor medical emergency and they couldn't have been more amazing. Went above and beyond. We are so very grateful. Highly recommend for location. Short walk to lots of cafes and shops, but away from traffic. Easy walk down to main areas.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The king bed option was 2 twin beds put together which created a cavity in the middle of the bed that was uncomfortable. Also, only 2 pillows were provided. I prefer having 4 pillows in full, queen, or king size beds. Only 2 pillows is adequate for twin beds only in my opinion. Most places provide this amount of pillows without having to ask for them.

Location of the property, and Carlos were great. We were an easy walk to many of the sites and attractions in Lisbon. Carlos, who was ever present gave us great references, and directions to things we wanted to see. Very helpful in a country that you don’t speak their language.

The rooms while very clean, were very small. I am a large person, and had an adventure getting in and out of our bed. I would definitely stay there again, if a room that was a little bit less “ challenging” was available.

Easy access, close to metro, churches and restaurants. Felt very safe. Beds were comfy and nice to have the use of Netflix! Room was warm and always had hot water. Elevator and staff were friendly and helpful. Also let us store our bags before our flight.

Being on the 1st floor, it could get loud with the sound traveling from the ground floor lobby. If sound dampers were added it might help reduce the noise into the first floor rooms. Also, we weren’t offered a city map. But also forgot to ask.

Lovely old building with gorgeously renovated rooms and excellent facilities. The whole place is very clean, quiet, and well situated. Staff were outstanding, super friendly and helpful - gave advice on the area and recommendations. Would absolutely recommend - thank you to the staff for making our stay so lovely☺️
