The staff was really nice. Knowing it was my wife's birthday, they organized a nice and tasty surprize which produced the expected reaction: a lot of happiness ! Clean room, daily changed towels, good prices at the restaurant. Very good wi-fi quality. Centrally located, very well connected to 2 meteo lines (covering also the airport), a lot of buses, including Hop On-Hop Off. A lot of restaurants very near to the hotel. I fully recommend it especially because of the staff friendliness !

The walls are very thin but it did not disturbed us too much.

Location was so close to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rainfall shower head was my favourite. The staff were honestly the best, because I was travelling as a solo traveller, I really wanted to have some human connection during my stay and the receptionists were so accommodating to having a chat with me. I can not remember names but the female was your trainee and the male was the long hair dude (sorry guys if you get this, I promise I forget everyone’s names as soon as I hear them, I hope you enjoyed your Aussie snacks!!). These 2 were honestly the highlight of my stay, even with my work event I was actually in Lisbon for. Please, please, please make sure they get to read this or they are told how much I loved chatting with them and answering my hounding questions!

Lovely and modern hotel. Cosy bedroom with fab shower. Loved the buffet breakfast. Great selection to offer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice Italian restaurant right next door. Fab pizza and cocktails! Casually mentioned to receptionist it was our wedding anniversary and received a lovely note and cakes to our room the following day. Really nice touch!! Would highly recommend and stay again in the future.

Location was great and staffs were awsome! So friendly front house, and room was clean! Being one of IBIS chain, room is not spacious but was enough to accomodate one person! I was put on the top floor with balcony and it was wonderful! Had issues with my flight and arrived a day late, but hotel staffs and booking.com customer service was kind enough to accomodate the changes! Much appreciated. I will surely come back to this accomodation when i return to Lisbon. For those looking for a clean and well located hotel, this should be your choice!

sound proofing was quite bad. Could hear everything from the next door... I could hear everything that the next door customer was saying on the phone =<

Great central location, very friendly staff, clean good size rooms, very comfortable beds and a lot of football TV channels.

The breakfast could be a bit better but it is acceptable for the price.

Delicious, varied, and abundant breakfast. Good location, next to the starting point of the hop-on hop-off buses. Friendly staff. Free snacks at the reception: apples, candies, and tea.

The staff were super kind & friendly. I found the location of the hotel to be very convenient, it’s near the metro & easy to access everywhere ( tourist attractions & airport). The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a little fridge in my room which was handy and there were plenty of channels on the tv. I thought it was excellent value for money. Breakfast had a good variety of food options. On a separate note, there is a lovely pizzeria next to the hotel entrance. I would recommend it.

The only negative for me is that I didn’t really like the coffee served in the cafe downstairs. It was a bit bland.

Very central location near to Metro. Well equipped room, very clean and a great buffet breakfast. Parking available nearby. Very helpful staff. Loved the complementary Pasteis de Nata that were in reception every day We use Ibis Styles a lot and this one was of the usual high standard.

The hotel also had a fun, modern vibe that made it feel welcoming and fresh. The buffet breakfast each morning was very good, with a nice variety of options to suit all tastes—plenty to fuel a day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the bar, which was well stocked, reasonably priced, and a nice spot to unwind in the evening. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable stay—we’d happily return and recommend Ibis Styles Lisbon for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located base in the city.

Staff were great, stored our luggage on an early arrival, always helpful. Room was large and comfortable, great bathroom, serviced every day. Air con worked well, as a couple of comments by others say the walls appear a bit thin, can hear other guests occasionally. It's on a busy street so expect some traffic noise, but you are in a city so not unusual. Restaurant, we didn't have breakfast so cannot comment, but it is only a snack bar for the rest of the day not a full on sit down eatery, yes tables and service but only burgers, toasties, pizza, not a huge choice, but what we had was fine. However the other side of the coin is there are a dozen places to eat in a few hundred metres, from a location point of view this hotel is great, walk to 3 metros, pharmacy, supermarket, HoHo bus stop , & a nice park, and as mentioned dozens of places to eat. Good value for money, and we would stay there again.

The room should have a kettle, come on guys, for 20eu, you could put one in every room, we managed to borrow one but apparently there are only a limited number. Thanks Raul in the kitchen for telling me that when I tried to get hot water for a cuppa.
