The location was near everything we needed to see and do. Food was great (both in the bar and at breakfast). We ESPECIALLY want to give a shout out to the front desk gentleman--I believe his name is Eurico (young, brown hair, relatively new to the hotel--I think he said he's been here 2 months) He was so welcoming, informative, and engaging. Above, I mentioned that our4 special request was not accommodated. We are thrilled it wasn't! We'd asked for twin beds, thinking the usual European bed would be too small for me and my 6'7" husband too comfortably share. It turns out the bed was big enough, and was very comfortable.

This is a different privileged hotel that makes you feel like you are at home, where the young and dynamic smiling staff welcomes you as soon as you enter the door and strives to help you. A special place that has not lowered its standards for years and I have always been happy to stay. You are in the heart of the city here, the blue of the sea and the magnificence of Terra Paco Square welcome you as you step in. While experiencing the liveliness of the city, when you enter your room, you are in a quiet and peaceful place. A place where you can stay with pleasure in the center of culture, entertainment and life. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, the breakfast is more than enough to start the day well before experiencing the pleasure of Lisbon. The products are high quality, fresh and meticulously prepared. I believe that the biggest feature that distinguishes a hotel from others is the staff that gives spirit to that hotel. Young and dynamic people who are always smiling, helpful and problem solving work here. The staff who make eye contact with the customer and make them feel safe and peaceful - the secret of this hotel being so good. A large Design Museum is opening right next to it this year. In a beautiful city surrounded by history, culture and art centers and delightful restaurants. The focal point of all of them is Pestana CR7.

Everything about this place is perfect The location is amazing as you are right next to Praça do Comércio and very close to Rua Augusta with plenty of things to do around The rooms are very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable I stayed in a rooftop room and had a stunning view of the Rua Augusta Arch the 25th of April Bridge and Lisbon Cathedral The staff were very respectful and attentive The cheeses at breakfast were amazing Everything was simply outstanding

Location, Location! Close to all restaurants and old streets of Lisbon and sightseeing, I choose this hotel because my 8 years old grandson is a big fan of Ronaldo and he wanted to stay in this hotel. Very clean rooms, they left us a bottle of wine and traditional Portugese pastry in the room while we were out with a very sweet note which was a big bonus, There is a municipal parking closed to hotel which was convenient, although expensive (32 Euro per night) Didn't try breakfast as we were leaving early morning.

I was impressed by cleanliness in every corner. The staff was so helpful and polite all the time.

Everything was great, however I think the breakfast could be improved (some things were undercooked). Also the staff during breakfast may need more training as they were bringing food and drinks without cutlery, and this happened for the duration of the stay- especially for coffee during breajfast( I had to use the fork to stir the sugar).

The breakfast served at the hotel is exemplary in terms of protein, carbohydrate and vitamin balance. The products are fresh, not kept in the fridge, the display and presentation is very nice, the beverage section is more than sufficient compared to the first time I stayed, new coffee machines have been purchased and the variety for coffee lovers has been increased. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Having a healthy breakfast with fresh products in a nice atmosphere while starting the day is the first step to start your day in Lisbon pleasantly and happily. The location of the hotel is simply perfect. Staying at Pestana CR 7, which we chose when we first arrived because it was close to the square, is like staying in the heart of the city. Moreover, when you are in the center, you are also in silence and peace. You can reach the metro with about a 2-minute walk and reach all centers of the city easily and quickly. If you want a different means of transportation, tuktuks departing from in front of the hotel (cute, airy and nostalgic) can be an alternative and enjoyable transportation method.

There is nothing I don't like about the hotel.

Location is fantastic, rooms tidy and clean. Booked breakfast on the last day as had eaten out each morning but this was so much better than where my friends were staying or anywhere else if you like an English breakfast. Bonus of a gym which was accessible if required, would stay again and I am not a Ronaldo fan either !!

When I compare where my friends stayed at two other locations, there was nothing to complain about at all.

Service was exceptional. From our arrival and request during our stay, staff was very accommodating. Even their trainee, Sofia, was very professional and was very hospitable throughout our stay. Location was perfect too. It was walking distance to the musuem, plaza, and other tourist site. Will definitely recommend and will come back again on our next trip to Lisbon.

The hotel is perfectly located: easy access by foot to most os the attractions,Rossi train station is 10 min walking distance, available public transportation near by to get to Belem for ex. We didn't have breakfast included, it was an additional 20Euro per person. We thought it's a bit expensive considering there are ton of cafes around with freshly baked pastries and other oprions for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Thereis no option to adjust temp in the room, but once we contacted reception, staff adjusted it for us quickly. It's a small inconviniemce though in the design of the hotel I think.

Location is perfect for exploring Lisbon with fabulous landmarks, shopping, restaurants etc within a short walk. Hard to beat for that. Trams and tuk tuks right outside if walking isn’t your thing!

No real complaints. Perhaps a little more air conditioning in the breakfast area but that was minor.
