The staff was superb and extremely helpful. The location was fabulous. Five minutes to Placa do Comercio at the water, less than a block to the Baixo/Chiado Metro, and less than five minutes to the Santa Justa Elevator and hundreds of restaurants and cafes. The morning breakfast was very good and had an abundant amount of both hot and cold foods displayed in an appealing manner. The hotel was spotless. I would highly recommend staying at the 7 Hotel if you want to experience all that Lisbon has to offer, right outside your doorstep.

The location cannot be better. My 2nd room was amazing and bed was very comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I forgot my charger and they kept it for 4 days, until I return from Porto to pick it up. They also kept our luggage safe for free after we checked out.

I was asked to change room without earlier notice, but the new room was much better. There was no coffee machine in the first room. Also no room service/kitchen. The hotel is very central though, so there are many options to eat something in 1 min walk around. Overall, it is a very good option, but it could be less expensive.

The room was so nicely decorated- just loved it! Very handy location. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

I really liked this hotel very much - but the last hotel I stayed in (same street) gave my husband and I a little glass of port and a small pastel de nata when we checked in. I was hoping all hotels in Portugal did this as it is just so memorable!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The 7 Hotel, Suites, Studios & Apartments for three nights in their Junior Suite, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. First and foremost, the location was absolutely perfect. Just a short 5-minute walk away from everything I wanted to explore, it made my trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Whether I wanted to visit local attractions, dine at fantastic restaurants, or simply take a leisurely stroll, everything was right at my fingertips. The Junior Suite itself was a true haven of comfort. The room was well-appointed, spacious, and beautifully designed, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that I looked forward to returning to after a day of exploration. The staff at The 7 Hotel, Suites, Studios & Apartments were exceptional. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their genuine hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to my stay. Overall, my stay at The 7 Hotel was an outstanding experience. The perfect location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made my trip memorable and enjoyable. The location and the service of the staf was very good. The was a good breakfast. Thay store our luggage before the check-in Early check-in and a Late check-out. We like also the welcome red wine and the snacks.

The price was very high. No view from the Windows in the room. No Window of venta in the bathroom. We received twin beds

I loved the location of this hotel. It was walking distance to just about everything. You also get a really nice view of the sunset which is just about a 2 minute walk. The metro is next to the hotel as well it’s a perfect location.

This is just me nitpicking but the AC was making a weird noise so it was hard to sleep at night a little but either that it was fine.

The location is great, central and very close to almost everything with walking distance. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and bed hard (comfy) as I like it. If you plan to spend most of your time outside, I strongly recommend.

I didn't mind that at all, but note that room with internal view was basically a small window with sticker on it and so, no day light. Just dim due to the sticker covering the window and another building right in front of it. The room is very small, pictures may be bit misleading. Possibly the rooms with exterior view may be bigger (for sure their windows are).

The location is perfect for being in Lisbon Centre close to all the sights a walk away from the just about everything if you like walking. Room is comfortable with a bedroom and comfortable sleeper couch, amazing hot shower and bathroom amenities you need, blow dryer and clean towels daily. Nice bedding and cleaning of room daily. Small kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, cups, plates etc and a small fridge and microwave. Also have a nice small hand held steam iron and safe in the bedroom cupboard. Two tv’s with nice international channels one in bedroom and one for the space with the sleeper couch. Really nice layout for a small family or small group of friends. It was perfect for us as you spend most of the day outside sight seeing and just need a nice space to come back to to relax.

No much that we did not like and any issues we had was resolved by the staff who are very helpful. A special shout out to Nikolas for his assistance with room change as there was a smell in the room and hotel transfer to airport. He was very attentive and helpful as was all the other staff.

The hotel is very welcoming and helpful. A guest can always feel reassured when the staff is always available to help, as they are. The breakfast is full of choices, enjoyable to eat, and worth the price. The dining room is comfortable. The lobby has plenty of comfortable places to relax. The rooms are up to date and will fit your needs.

There isn't anything to improve upon.

Convenient to train, restaurants, shops and other sites

Noise from neighbouring rooms was very noticeable, we could hear tv from one side and people talking on the other side and then upstairs walking around, going to bathroom etc. I don’t think they were being excessively noisy but perhaps soundproofing could be improved. By the way, noise from the street was not noticeable.
