From the moment we arrived it was an oasis of calm. The staff were amazing, Carolina on reception showed us to our room, which was ready early and explained everything we needed to know. Beautiful food drink and treats and nothing was to much to ask. The hotel itself is as it's name suggests kitted out in vintage, it's stunning and I'd highly recommend it. Next time we will try the Spa.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful and added real value to our experience with excellent recommendations. Great location to see the whole city, lovely air conditioned rooms with very comfy beds. I travelled with my wife, 18 year old son and 17 year old daughter and we were all really pleased with the stay, loved the dj on the roof terrace on our last night as well. Spa well worth going in to unwind after a hard day’s sightseeing…..would really recommend the hop on hop off red sightseeing buses to get round the whole city easily. Ubers also really cheap and loads available. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance that were great including Zero Zero Italian and 1 night we took a trip out by Uber to the Praca Do Comercio area to watch the sunset by the sea and I would highly recommend the local restaurants in the side streets for atmosphere . Finally if Football fans please do take a trip to the Benfica ground for a stadium tour…..excellent.

Everything was just perfect ! The hotel is super nice and the staff are excellent. Our room was amazing, more spacious than it looks in the photos. The spa isn’t huge, but it’s really nice and never crowded since you book your slot at the desk. Breakfast = absolutely delicious! We brought our dog along and he was welcome everywhere (except the spa, of course ). One of our favorite moments was ending the day with cocktails on the rooftop — the drinks were fantastic and the view was just stunning. We loved our stay at The Vintage Lisbon and can’t wait to come back! 💕

The concierge staff were amazing throughout our stay. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us as tourists not familiar with the area. The cleaners did an amazing job cleaning the room daily, and we were very pleased to have a nightly turn down service with little treats like cookies and chocolates left on the bed. The room itself exceeded our expectations! The colour scheme was perfect and the furnishing was a creative interpretation of the 'vintage' theme. We loved the stainless steel bathroom sink especially. The view from the balcony was a beautiful way to wake up in the morning. The hotel was very well located and we were able to get around easily on foot and/or Ubers. We also loved the swimming pool area and spent a long morning there during our stay as we wanted to take advantage of being the only ones there at the time. Finally, on our last day we went thrifting at a flea market and bought some plates that we couldn't take on our flight back due to weight restrictions. The concierge very kindly stored them until we were able to coordinate a collection at a later date. This really really helped us out and we were ever so grateful that they were able to accommodate this request. I think it speaks to their approach of going above and beyond to ensure that guests enjoy their stay. Overall a fantastic stay; I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for anyone visiting Lisbon!

We tried to visit the rooftop bar but it was very crowded and we couldn't find anywhere to sit so had to go elsewhere. My only suggestion would be to maybe reserve an hour or so in the early evening for hotel guests to have a little apero before it is opened up for non-hotel guests for the rest of the evening.

Staff and breakfast are exceptional. Pool facility is too small to swim. Only really for dipping after sauna but it does have jacuzzi jets. Nice small gym area and massage facilities but did not try them. SVery good local restaurants literally opposite. Nice rooftop bar area with small bar.

You can hear some traffic noises. Bathroom needs better lighting for make up or shaving. Slightly grimy bathroom but good separate wc and bidet. Bedroom decor dark but large sunny windows.

We had a wonderful few days staying at The Vintage. There was a nationwide power outage during our stay, but the team worked so hard to keep disruption at the hotel to a minimum and offered a calm, reassuring presence to guests who had concerns about what was happening. They were amazing, we wouldn't have even known there was a problem. For some of them it took three hours to get into work, but they managed the situation expertly to keep the guests happy and comfortable. We were so impressed by how they handled the crisis and the way they made us feel welcomed and relaxed for the duration of our stay. We also loved the design of the hotel, from the rooms and reception to the restaurant and rooftop bar, every detail was so well thought out. Our room was so comfortable and quiet, we hardly heard a sound the whole time we were.

Your staff are just wonderful. Always ready with kind advice and a smile. We stayed 4 nights and went to the Spa every day. Nicole was so lovely and warm. She even gave us a farewell hug! Diago was very quick to make sure we took ubers which are so much cheaper than taxis. Jefferson was very helpfull with our bags. We cant remember everyones names but want you to know your staff are outstanding in professional service and friendliness. I highly recommend your hotel as a most superior stay in Lisbon. Breakfast was marvellous.

as regular guests of this hotel we like the vibe, the mostly large rooms and decoration. we like the spa, although the gym is minimal size. we love the rooftop bar . location is great. reception is expedie nt and helpful.

Breakfast service is way below standard for a 5 star hotel in terms of food quality and food variety,. at times chaotic and inexperienced service. no vibe in breakfast restaurant. noisy room . this time we only got a small room and bathroom despite being regular guests.one has to reserve rooms in advance if possible . reservations needed for gym and spa as the space is small.

The location was excellent, walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. The rooms are gorgeous, very spacious and the decor is lovely. Lots of great little extras like robes, full tube of toothpaste, G&T drinks cart. Loved the pool and sauna/steam rooms. The best feature is the rooftop bar with spectacular food and the best cocktails in Lisbon. You know it’s good when non-guests go there. We had to force ourselves to try other places. And the breakfast was exceptional. Big thank you to Marcio for helping us during our stay. All the staff were lovely.

We booked The Vintage for a special three night trip and it did not disappoint. The place was super stylish and very comfortable, with gorgeous rooms, beautiful toiletries and little touches like a complimentary gin and tonic. The breakfast was worth the extra - fantastic buffet with tons of choice, very fresh, plus extra hot options. The spa facility is very clean and we booked a session to use the pool, steam and sauna each day. We especially loved the staff who were incredibly friendly and could not do enough for us. The rooftop bar has a wonderful view too!
