The air conditioning is not good The accommodation price is somewhat high. A five-star hotel is supposed to have staff who are experienced with guests. For example ( Smile, welcome and body language ) Providing easy solutions if the customer encounters a problem Unfortunately, all of this was not available to the employee of the reception They asked for a very high security deposit of 600 euros Upon checkout, an amount was deducted for breakfast, and I did not order breakfast. They asked me for a tip in an unwelcome manner. And many things... I hope the management will reconsider the qualification and training of employees in receiving guests.

I am still waiting for return of my deposit 600 plus pounds since 4th of October almost a month ago

Perfect Location , very clean , secretly all time

The mattress is very bad; it’s too soft, sinks several centimeters, and causes back pain. All four of us, staying in the two deluxe rooms, agree on this. The housekeeping staff does not fulfill our requests, and we have to call multiple times. They requested a pre-authorization after we booked through Booking.com, even though it was stated that no advance payment was required on Booking.com. This pre-authorized amount has still not been refunded to the card, even though two weeks have passed since checkout.

Reception upon Check-out in Early Morning of 23/June was Clueless and in-efficient...Accounts were all Wrong and Took A Long Time.Have Informed Repeatedly the Facts But Ignored the Facts on Amount Deposited...Upon Arrival at my Destination,Received Email to Correct the Mistake and That what was Relayed to the Staff was Right but Repeatedly Ignored. Spoiled the Whole Image and Our Expectations of High Quality Service of Nobu Hotel

Great location, comfortable bed and really nice lounge / bar area

The amount of the final bill was higher than the rate at which I’d booked because the hotel had added an additional service charge. When I questioned this I was told that it was in fact discretionary so I asked them to remove it which they did. I don’t think these charges should be added to bills as London rates are already high and you don’t actually get any extra service. If it’s discretionary guests should be asked if they want to pay it before it goes on the bill.

This was my third time staying at the hotel, primarily due to its quiet location near Oxford Street.

I didn’t like several aspects of my recent stay. First, my request for rooms on the same floor wasn’t accommodated, and the access cards only worked for one of the family-connected rooms. The check-in process was also problematic; despite having already paid for the first night, I was mistakenly asked to pay for the entire stay, which led to a lengthy delay. This was frustrating after a long 7-hour flight with kids. Additionally, some of the front desk staff were unhelpful and not as welcoming as I had experienced during previous stays. Overall, these issues made my visit much less comfortable compared to my prior stays.

The hotel is really great. The lobby is spacious and great for lounging, and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. The room itself is very sleek and well designed, although a bit small. All the food on the property is amazing, whether in-room dining or the restaurant. The gym is great, it has all the basics and the reformer pilates studios were a nice bonus. Location is very central. I cannot wait to come back.

I don't have anything negative to say - maybe that the rooms are on the smaller side but that is very typical for a place like London.

I had a fantastic stay from the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next visit!
