24/7 reception desk made it easy to request for amenities. Location is a 10 minute walk from a train station direct to Heathrow Airport

Hot water temperature from the shower could have been hotter, it wasn't close to 40 degrees as marked. It also wasn't consistent. It was hot to start with but then seemed to cool down

- Location was perfect - 5 min walk from the tube station. - They offer a continental breakfast for £7.50 which was perfect & great value for money. - You can store your luggage before you check in & after you check out, which was extremely useful for us. - Room was spotless & very quiet.

- Our room was small & the bed was directly against the curtains & there were often gaps where the curtains met where light could come through. The curtains need to be changed to one single curtain so that there are no gaps from curtains meeting in the middle. - Pillows could be better.

We were in a basement room. At 11pm, a light came on right outside our room. We were told it was the linen company restocking. Their "shed" was within 3 feet of our window. So, noise & light woke us up.

We booked this due to its location being close to 'The Lost Estate' and easy travel to Richmond and Twickenham. Close to 2 train stations, easy access to the city. Staff friendly and room clean, modern and comfortable, albeit a little snug. Bed comfortable and air con was very welcomed in this hot weather. Seemed a nice area and the street was off the main road so nice and quiet.

The only thing that would have improved the stay would be to have a bigger selection for breakfast, but it was fairly good value at £7.50.

Hotel was perfect for what we needed it, just for the night after a concert at the Apollo. Rooms were clean enough, and had everything you needed for a night, it was quiet and comfortable. The air con was nice as well, cooled the room very quickly.

The bed in the petite single room was very small, but I am tall, so something to consider if you are 6ft or over! You might be better on a single or double room. I could also hear the guests upstairs, because the street is quiet so any other noises are amplified, so if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs. Same for the aircon, it was a bit loud in the small room, sounded like water running.

Location was great, staff were friendly and always on hand to help, view from window was lovely, we didn’t have breakfast but the outdoor area to access it looked beautiful - overall very good!

There was no elevator, the tv stopped working midway through stay (we weren’t there much however and so didn’t bother staff to come fix it), the AC was extremely weak and the shower head holder was broken and therefore had created a huge crack in the floor of the shower where it had fallen off previously, meaning that the issue had been like that for longer than our stay.

Well the rain shower was awesome really enjoyed that the bed was very comfortable and the air con was great to

1 the bed was to small for me in length as I'm 6 2 tall 2nd to to many pillows and cushions on rhe bed 3rd the black out curtains didn't really work as the were to short both in length and width. So the Sun came through very early and got woken up very early. May be to have a black pull-down blind also might be an idea Apart from those small thingit was a good stay

Great location, close to two subway lines and many nearby bus routes. Very quiet, safe street, with charming Kensington style homes all around. Close to grocery stores too. Staff were mostly friendly. I appreciated that I could leave my luggage early and that the check-in time was early too. Rooms were clean and modern. Felt safe as a solo traveller, both in the hotel and in the surrounding areas.

The rooms are very noisy. You can hear the guests walking in the hallway, in the room next door and also you can hear the faucets and water running. This makes falling asleep at night very difficult, so bring ear plugs. They also use a very strong spray or cleaner in the rooms, which if you are sensitive to scents it might be at issue.

Great location, comfort and very helpful staff.

We have stayed here many times before because of its good location, cleanliness, comfort, and above all, its quietness. However, this time, people in the neighboring room were shouting, arguing, slamming doors, etc. all night long. The soundproofing walls couldn’t handle it, so we requested a room change, which the staff provided for us without any questions. I’m only mentioning this because it’s not the hotel’s fault, and if anyone else experiences something similar, feel free to report it and you will receive the necessary assistance 🙂
