Very friendly and polite staff offered a warm welcome upon arrival. The bed was comfortable, the room had really great air conditioning and the walk in shower was wonderful. The added fee for breakfast (£7.50/continental) was very reasonable and the outside breakfast pod in the courtyard was wonderful. Great selection of cereals, baked goods, fruit, cold meats/cheese, fruit juices, teas and coffee. We would definitely stay again

The only downside, no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor, so 6 flights of quite steep steps to climb to get to our room

24/7 reception desk made it easy to request for amenities. Location is a 10 minute walk from a train station direct to Heathrow Airport

Hot water temperature from the shower could have been hotter, it wasn't close to 40 degrees as marked. It also wasn't consistent. It was hot to start with but then seemed to cool down

- Location was perfect - 5 min walk from the tube station. - They offer a continental breakfast for £7.50 which was perfect & great value for money. - You can store your luggage before you check in & after you check out, which was extremely useful for us. - Room was spotless & very quiet.

- Our room was small & the bed was directly against the curtains & there were often gaps where the curtains met where light could come through. The curtains need to be changed to one single curtain so that there are no gaps from curtains meeting in the middle. - Pillows could be better.

We were in a basement room. At 11pm, a light came on right outside our room. We were told it was the linen company restocking. Their "shed" was within 3 feet of our window. So, noise & light woke us up.

We booked this due to its location being close to 'The Lost Estate' and easy travel to Richmond and Twickenham. Close to 2 train stations, easy access to the city. Staff friendly and room clean, modern and comfortable, albeit a little snug. Bed comfortable and air con was very welcomed in this hot weather. Seemed a nice area and the street was off the main road so nice and quiet.

The only thing that would have improved the stay would be to have a bigger selection for breakfast, but it was fairly good value at £7.50.

Hotel was perfect for what we needed it, just for the night after a concert at the Apollo. Rooms were clean enough, and had everything you needed for a night, it was quiet and comfortable. The air con was nice as well, cooled the room very quickly.

The bed in the petite single room was very small, but I am tall, so something to consider if you are 6ft or over! You might be better on a single or double room. I could also hear the guests upstairs, because the street is quiet so any other noises are amplified, so if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs. Same for the aircon, it was a bit loud in the small room, sounded like water running.

Great location to get to by train after arriving into London Heathrow. You can get on and off at either West Kensington or Baron Court stations. Probably just 2 stops out from central London stations to make it an easy walk to and from London's major tourist attractions. But easy to get into central London by train. Room is comfortable and bathroom is good. Breakfast is good value for money.

The only thing that was missing was a small bar fridge. Not sure if this is because of local health laws. But being Summer it would be great to have a small fridge to put small drinks in. We could get ice from the front desk.

This is a great hotel - nicely decorated, clean, and comfy. The room was small, but standard for London, and enough room for 2. The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. The beds were incredibly comfy, the best I've ever slept on in a hotel! The room had a TV and kettle, with coffe/tea. There was also air-conditioning, which was great during a heatwave. The staff let us keep our luggage in the storage room after checkout, which we collected later in the day, so very convenient. Great location if you're attending any events at the Olympia!

Nothing, everything was good! I didn't have breakfast though, so can't attest to the food.

Location was great, staff were friendly and always on hand to help, view from window was lovely, we didn’t have breakfast but the outdoor area to access it looked beautiful - overall very good!

There was no elevator, the tv stopped working midway through stay (we weren’t there much however and so didn’t bother staff to come fix it), the AC was extremely weak and the shower head holder was broken and therefore had created a huge crack in the floor of the shower where it had fallen off previously, meaning that the issue had been like that for longer than our stay.
