James and Premala were so helpful and we were able to check-in at the earlier time of 1pm which we really appreciated after being travelling for over 18 hours. The room was amazing with a view of the Marina Bay Sands. The staff were really helpful and the hotel is well located within a short walk from City Hall MRT stop which made it very easy to get around and explore all the sites.

There was a leak in our AC system but the maintenance man in fairness came at short notice at 12am within a few minutes after us calling reception and fixed it which we were happy not to have to move room. The breakfast is outrageously expensive. We paid SGD78 and it was very basic for a 5 star hotel.

The staff were all welcoming, friendly, professional and could not have been more helpful. We had had a 13 hour flight from Rome and arrived very early - we were able to check in early with no extra charge and it was so nice to be able to shower, use the pool and relax after such a long flight. The room was really comfortable, there was plenty of room to spread out; there was complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The pool was super clean, well stocked with towels and chairs in some shade. It was a close walk to Chinatown. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Location have stayed their on numerous occasions over the years, room OK buy why do hotels insist on having a window looking out of the bathroom/shower into the bedroom!! Breakfast was great with a large variety of food to choose from. Upgrade has made a difference from previous visits but of course this comes at a price.

Room a tad nosily with doors slamming when other guests arrive or leave. Bed was a bit hard for our liking.

Close to Clarke Quay and metro station

At checking in when I booked with booking. Com it said I had paid the hotel said I hadn’t. Until I get back to Australia and check my credit card statements I can’t resolve and see if booking. Com took out the money so I had to pay for the hotel again. Unpleasant start to holiday after an 8 hour flight

The location is exceptional - so close to all the main sites we wanted to see and to the MRT from airport. The staff were lovely and, in particular the man at reception who helped me to print off and scan a document - outstanding service! 2 beautiful swimming pools. Lovely gym. beautiful bedroom. Excellent value for money compared with other hotels. We will definitely return.

Location is great with easy access to to Raffles Place MRT and Raffles City mall via a covered , air conditioned walkway. The hotel is reasonably priced for the location and the staff were very helpful.

The location near City Hall tram helped get directly from the airport in an hour for two dollars. The room was spotless and compliment tea and coffee.

The queue to check in had me wait until new lines were opened.

Great location near MRT, appreciated the early check-in that was available to us after a long flight. Comfortable room with an amazing view. Staff very helpful, especially Nafi at the concierge desk who retrieved my left behind item.

Location is good. Can walk to many attractions within the city. A subway station and several buses can be reached within 5 min walk. The Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful.

This high quality hotel is located very centrally, close to attractions and an easy walk to the City Hall MRT.
