Very convenient location, just a couple of blocks away to where the airport train arrives. Very nice hotel too.

The room cleaning system didn't work at all. When you check in, the first thing they say is that room cleaning is not foreseen every day, so you need to choose on which days you will want the cleaning. However, the schedule was not respected and, on days when there was no cleaning, they would come and knock on the door. On days, when the cleaning was foreseen and we really needed it, it wasn't cleaned and it needed quite lots of complaining that they would eventually find someone to clean in the evening. So this is something they should improve on.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel in Stockholm. We arrived by a rented car, and it was very convenient that we could park for 15 minutes right in front of the hotel, perfect for unloading our luggage easily. Although we had to wait about an hour before accessing our room, it was well worth it. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, very copious with a wide variety of choices. We also appreciated that the hotel clearly indicated the best times to have breakfast to avoid rush hours. That was a very helpful tip and made mornings much more relaxed. We requested a travel cot for our baby at check-in, and the staff quickly arranged it for us, much appreciated! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back!

The only minor downside was the short wait for our room at check-in, but we used that time to grab some food, so it didn’t really bother us.

Location, breakfast, the size of the family room.

My 2 year old got sick one night right in front of the lift in the lobby. When I went to apologise and notify the staff at the front desk, one employee literally lashed out at me. Shouted at me, gesticulated, was coming in my face, spitting all his hatred. I was totally shocked by the reaction, couldn’t place a word, showed a total lack of empathy, just pure rudeness. Luckily another member of the staff came to my rescue and sent the rude person away. We later received an apology basket in our room. Ok. Still, won’t be staying again at this specific location that’s for sure. Iam sorry this person was having a bad day and ended up having a nervous breakdown on me, but a bunch of sweet won’t make the incident go away for me. Iam still shook.

We absolutely loved many things about this hotel. The rooms were clean, beautiful, stylish, and incredibly comfortable! But what truly stood out to us was the staff. They were angels fallen from heaven! We stayed there for two days – one day before and one day after our wedding. We couldn’t believe how helpful, thoughtful, and cooperative the people at the front desk were. I won’t go into detail about the favours they gave us, but they truly made our stay easier, calmer, and less stressful. A special shoutout to the staff who worked between 4 and 6 July – you were amazing!

We would have loved if there was even a small fridge in the room.

The room was spacious and boasted design features such as a gorgeous lamp and comfortable sitting area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel's breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide range of choices. Despite the fact that our room faced a busy street, it was quiet throughout our stay.

We wish there were more space for holding our belongings, such as a dresser or cabinet. The small closet did not provide enough space, and we ended up having to keep most of our clothes inside the luggage. Also, the glass partition in the bathroom did not prevent the water from spraying everywhere during a shower. We also wish there were a fridge in the room.

The location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast... all of these are very good.

The bathroom drain was clogged and overflowed with water while taking a bath. We cleaned the bathroom drain by ourselves. The carpet in the room was full of hair and was not cleaned well. The room lamp was full of dust.

Breakfast was included with the room and there was decent variety. Our room was cozy and the shower was great. We liked the decor. The location was great. It was 5 minutes from central station and there were a lot of restaurants/cafes at walking distance. I would recommend staying there to anyone I know. It's an eco-friendly hotel like most places in Stockholm so there was no fridge in the room, which was perfectly fine and it's optional to have your room cleaned. You just inform the staff at reception if you need it cleaned and need anything.

The only downside was the lack of options for pillows. They only had soft but we still survived and enjoyed our stay.

Location was spot on for us travelling with a toddler ,close proximity to shopping streets, restaurants ,metros and airport connections. Family room was perfect, spacious for our toddler to play , space for 4 bags and travel stroller, came with a nice cozy crib as well. Staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety similar to other scandics , late breakfast option until 12 was more helpful than we thought.. Everything made our stay comfortable and hassle free

Totally nitpicking here, bathroom could do with a heated floor and breakfast could be taken up a notch with a chef counter :P

Great location Very rich and nice breakfast

We are a family of four. The hotel does not have family rooms. When I booked two double rooms 6 months prior to our trip I requested that the two rooms are close to each other. Even though it is a huge hotel with a lot of rooms they did not manage to accommodate this request. We were on the same floor at that was the best they could do! Moreover we asked for our rooms to be cleaned every day and that was not noted. The first day rooms were not cleaned.

Location was great. Close to the city's attractions. The room was big which was important as we were travelling with our 3 month old baby. This was the first time travelling with her which was scary but this we had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing with so many options.

The heating controls in the room were not completely obvious how to operate. When we first arrived the room was very hot and it took a while to bring that down. The breakfast room was very busy but that was to be expected during the peak times. They provide clear guidance in the lifts on the quieter times for breakfast (before 8 and after 10).
