Very convenient location, just a couple of blocks away to where the airport train arrives. Very nice hotel too.

The room cleaning system didn't work at all. When you check in, the first thing they say is that room cleaning is not foreseen every day, so you need to choose on which days you will want the cleaning. However, the schedule was not respected and, on days when there was no cleaning, they would come and knock on the door. On days, when the cleaning was foreseen and we really needed it, it wasn't cleaned and it needed quite lots of complaining that they would eventually find someone to clean in the evening. So this is something they should improve on.

The location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast... all of these are very good.

The bathroom drain was clogged and overflowed with water while taking a bath. We cleaned the bathroom drain by ourselves. The carpet in the room was full of hair and was not cleaned well. The room lamp was full of dust.

The room was spacious and boasted design features such as a gorgeous lamp and comfortable sitting area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel's breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide range of choices. Despite the fact that our room faced a busy street, it was quiet throughout our stay.

We wish there were more space for holding our belongings, such as a dresser or cabinet. The small closet did not provide enough space, and we ended up having to keep most of our clothes inside the luggage. Also, the glass partition in the bathroom did not prevent the water from spraying everywhere during a shower. We also wish there were a fridge in the room.

Breakfast was included with the room and there was decent variety. Our room was cozy and the shower was great. We liked the decor. The location was great. It was 5 minutes from central station and there were a lot of restaurants/cafes at walking distance. I would recommend staying there to anyone I know. It's an eco-friendly hotel like most places in Stockholm so there was no fridge in the room, which was perfectly fine and it's optional to have your room cleaned. You just inform the staff at reception if you need it cleaned and need anything.

The only downside was the lack of options for pillows. They only had soft but we still survived and enjoyed our stay.

Location was spot on for us travelling with a toddler ,close proximity to shopping streets, restaurants ,metros and airport connections. Family room was perfect, spacious for our toddler to play , space for 4 bags and travel stroller, came with a nice cozy crib as well. Staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety similar to other scandics , late breakfast option until 12 was more helpful than we thought.. Everything made our stay comfortable and hassle free

Totally nitpicking here, bathroom could do with a heated floor and breakfast could be taken up a notch with a chef counter :P

Location was great. Close to the city's attractions. The room was big which was important as we were travelling with our 3 month old baby. This was the first time travelling with her which was scary but this we had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing with so many options.

The heating controls in the room were not completely obvious how to operate. When we first arrived the room was very hot and it took a while to bring that down. The breakfast room was very busy but that was to be expected during the peak times. They provide clear guidance in the lifts on the quieter times for breakfast (before 8 and after 10).

I like the sauna very clean. Location is great and the staff is great and helpful, though it’s on the main road it’s really quiet at night, room is spacious for the 3 of us. Breakfast area is big. Clean rooms and they also serve dinner and can order breakfast in room if you like

Although I like the sauna, it’s a bit of a maze trying to get there. As it can only be accessed on 1st floor. You have to change lift. Also the breakfast area, it’s not clear that there’s another area on the other side where they served fried eggs and hash browns. Because it’s so further/hidden from the main buffet I didn’t see it until the last day, I would have loved some fried eggs. But apart from that it’s all good. Can’t complain

This impressive building enjoys an excellent location in downtown Stockholm, just opposite a theatre and 5 minutes walk from the central station where all metro and commuter train lines merge. For the most basic sightseeing you don't need any local transport because the sights are within walking distance such as the shopping street Drottninggatan (10 minutes), Gamla Stan (25 minutes) and the posh Östermalm area around Stureplan (20 minutes). The breakfast buffet is excellent as you would expect from a Scandic. The public areas look very stylish and there is a sauna which I regret to say we did not have the time to try:(

Our room was quite small and I did not like that not only the mattresses were separate but even the beds. Good foe business travelers, bad for couples. Also, I would have wished for tee/coffee facilities in the room.

The location was very convenient. A rather large hotel, which was very busy during our stay. Room was comfortable and large with a king size bed. Breakfast was very good but located in several sections in the dining area. You had to walk around to explore the options. Liked the coasters on the tables to indicate if a table was available or reserved. No questioning on where to sit for breakfast!

Room was comfortable, however could have been cleaned better. I asked if the room was being renovated as there was spackle on the walls, as if they were going to paint. The front desk advised me that was not the case. The hotel rooms were a little dated but not a deal breaker. Had to ask every day by 23:00 for housekeeping if you wanted it. That was not terribly convenient.

Great sociable areas and good location within easy walking distance of shops etc. Fabulous buffet breakfast with a variety of fresh hot and cold dishes fruit and cereals to choose from. Staff replenished food stuff regularly, and kept tables cleared to accommodate the flow of guests. The hotel has a restaurant, bar and theatre, and hosts live music. The decor is tasteful and well maintained. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed and staff were, in general, approachable and helpful

Our room was on the basement level, and had a large window which gave a view of the busy street outside. Although the bottom part of the window was obscured by opaque glass screening, I was aware that taller pedestrians could still see over the screen into our room, as well as people in the building across the street. so we had to keep the curtains closed, especially when it got dark and we had the lights on
