- Friendly staff, always ready to help (especially Slavek and Adela) - I requested a quiet room on a high floor and received exactly that - Room cleaning service was excellent - There is a bus and tram stop right next to the hotel; the tram runs continuously, and I could reach almost any place with just one ride - Good breakfast with a relatively wide variety - There were enough bathrobes and towels provided

- The shower is very uncomfortable, getting into the bathtub is difficult and even a bit dangerous. It’s narrow, water spills out, and although there is a barrier, it’s loose and unstable - The elevator doors are hard to stop once they start closing, which feels unsafe — even if someone is in the way, the doors keep closing We got stuck in the elevator once for about 10 minutes - The air conditioner is relatively noisy - There’s no place to hang towels near the sink

Comfortable room, nice staff and good value for money. Breakfast was included in the room, on the morning of my departure I left before breakfast and they provided me with a to-go kit with plenty of options.

The toilet had a weird smell and the door to the bathroom didn’t close all the way, but didn’t bother me.

Staff were really helpful. Enabled me to park up early, check in early, dump my luggage in the room and go and explore Prague. The room was large and spacious. Well equipped. Free WiFi. Bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. The AC was effective and quiet. Blackout curtains kept the room dark. The windows keep the room quiet. Really good night's sleep followed by an excellent breakfast. Plentiful and varied with dishes cooked to order in the restaurant. House keeping staff were lovely and friendly too, nothing was too much trouble for anyone.

There was nothing not to like.

The breakfast was really diverse, most of the days it was really busy but it was open for enough time for everyone to enjoy. The facilities were very comfortable. The AC was a bit too high on the first day but we were able to turn it down and also off. The staff was very nice. Our room faced the back of the building and was almost at the end of the corridor so we didn't have noise problems. The hotel was around 15min from the old town square, which for us was perfect. Great value for money

Didn't really enjoy the 2 single duvets instead of a double one. The WiFi sometimes stopped working, but no big deal.

An exceptional hotel! We were a couple with a two-year-old child and booked 5 nights including breakfast. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Florence Central Station and about 15 minutes from the city center with all the main attractions. The rooms are large, spacious, very clean. The breakfast was excellent, varied and rich. The hotel staff is very kind. We wanted to rent a car from today to the next day and the hotel staff helped us and gave us recommendations for rental companies which can rent a car at short notice. On 31.12 we booked the New Year's dinner. The event was very well attended, singers, music, a luxurious meals, drinks and delicious desserts. The hotel staff even offered a dish for the child and even wanted to heat it up. We had a wonderful evening. We had an excellent stay at the hotel and we definitely recommend it!!

Reception staff and bar staff were very friendly. The location was good. The hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms were comfortable.

The cooked breakfast wasn't great quality. The kitchen staff pushed you out of the way without any communication when she came into the breakfast room to refil the food stations. Had to keep asking the cleaner to refill the tea, milk etc. She never did it automatically when she made up the room.

Most beautiful and comfortable hotel, rooms are large, absolutely clean and first of all - so quiet. Stuff is extremely nice and lovely, location perfect. So far the best hotel in Prague for me. Here I will come back for sure.

Nothing, really, for me this hotel is TOP.

Breakfasts were excellent. My daughter who is Celiac had a great choice and bread was brought to the table for her in a sealed packet so no chance of contamination. Rooms were spotless with chamber staff smiling and helpful

Quite happy

1. Awesome location. The tram stop is right there as you step out of the hotel. Given the excellent public transport network in Prague, this means it is soooper convenient to visit any part of Prague from the hotel. It is also very close to Náměstí Republic, the Municipal Building and the Powder Tower and hence walking down to the old town is also a breeze. 2. The hotel has its own parking space underground. This can be very useful to those with rented cars. 3. Very spacious rooms. The rooms were large and well appointed. Housekeeping was regular and efficient. 4. Great breakfast. The spread was huge, seating always available despite the large number of guests, and the staff polite and helpful.

Nothing, except a small, rather funny point. There is no drawer of any kind in the room! All the furniture, whether the bedside tables, or the cupboard, or the desk came without any drawer. Maybe it is a design statement, but it does become awkward to keep everything including small pieces on the surface only.

Beautiful building with a very comfortable feel. Rooms were presented perfectly, all amenities as expected. House keeping were excellent also. Breakfast was very varied with lots of good stuff. Overall a lot was very good!

The lifts were temperamental which was annoying Occasionally felt the staff were a little dismissive and not as welcoming as I’d have hoped. Including an instance where our room card didn’t work and when I mentioned this to the reception staff instead of quickly swapping out for a working card, told us the card did indeed work and they wanted to go back to our room on the eighth floor with us to test it. Mood of the staff changed immediately after they tested it and also saw it didn’t work.
