Comfortable room, nice staff and good value for money. Breakfast was included in the room, on the morning of my departure I left before breakfast and they provided me with a to-go kit with plenty of options.

The toilet had a weird smell and the door to the bathroom didn’t close all the way, but didn’t bother me.

The breakfast was really diverse, most of the days it was really busy but it was open for enough time for everyone to enjoy. The facilities were very comfortable. The AC was a bit too high on the first day but we were able to turn it down and also off. The staff was very nice. Our room faced the back of the building and was almost at the end of the corridor so we didn't have noise problems. The hotel was around 15min from the old town square, which for us was perfect. Great value for money

Didn't really enjoy the 2 single duvets instead of a double one. The WiFi sometimes stopped working, but no big deal.

An exceptional hotel! We were a couple with a two-year-old child and booked 5 nights including breakfast. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Florence Central Station and about 15 minutes from the city center with all the main attractions. The rooms are large, spacious, very clean. The breakfast was excellent, varied and rich. The hotel staff is very kind. We wanted to rent a car from today to the next day and the hotel staff helped us and gave us recommendations for rental companies which can rent a car at short notice. On 31.12 we booked the New Year's dinner. The event was very well attended, singers, music, a luxurious meals, drinks and delicious desserts. The hotel staff even offered a dish for the child and even wanted to heat it up. We had a wonderful evening. We had an excellent stay at the hotel and we definitely recommend it!!

Reception staff and bar staff were very friendly. The location was good. The hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms were comfortable.

The cooked breakfast wasn't great quality. The kitchen staff pushed you out of the way without any communication when she came into the breakfast room to refil the food stations. Had to keep asking the cleaner to refill the tea, milk etc. She never did it automatically when she made up the room.

Breakfasts were excellent. My daughter who is Celiac had a great choice and bread was brought to the table for her in a sealed packet so no chance of contamination. Rooms were spotless with chamber staff smiling and helpful

Rude service at the reception. No smiles - seems as the reception staff were doing us a favor. 1st. question after approaching the desk would be: "who are you? I don't know you" Thats crazy :) This only applies to a few women at the reception. The hotel is great, but the reception spoils the atmosphere of the picture.

Good breakfast with many options. Very clean, and the housekeeping staff are available in the hallway mornings til the afternoon. Locationwise, there’s a tram stop just in front. A good many restaurants and grocery stores around. A bit of a walking distance from the central bus and train station, and from the Old Town. Bottled water in the room is not free, so don’t think the bottled water is a welcome treat, the price is doubled from outside stores. Delivery of meals ordered from the restaurant in the lobby is not free, there is a certain payment so better just pick it up. Otherwise, everything is perfect and a good place to stay for a short vacation

A nice hotel close by the main attractions in Prague. I booked by mistake twice the reservation and normally I should have paid the price of one might due to non free cancellation policy, however the staff was very kind to exceptionally waive my fee and they accepted to cancel the second reservation for free. Very good breakfast!

The crazy amount paid for the parking.

Amazing hotel! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Prague. The hotel room that we were allocated was huge, immaculate, and had a balcony too! Plenty of choice for breakfast, the food was delicious and we looked forward to going down each morning. You can easily walk to the old town square in 10/15 minutes - lots to do around the hotel area as well (Namesti Republiky Christmas markets and the Palladium shopping centre). There’s a great Italian next door called La Corte and I would highly recommend the Indian restaurant across the road K The two brothers. Thank you Grandior for a fantastic stay over Christmas.

The welcoming in the evening at the reception was really good. We felt welcomed. He explained us everything and a guy acompanied us to our Room, which was the Suite on the 9th Floor. He was also very professional and showed us the room. The room has nice standards. A little older but still good. The beds are every comfortable and you even see a bit of the skyline of Prague. The Location is very close to the city centre. You can walk there easily. It goes about 15 min.

The Breakfast area is huge but where the food is placed is way to small. For example there's one Waffle machine and you need to queue for it. So we also didn't took it. The Room is so big why not more machines for it. So it's difficult to go there at 9. They warned us that certain times can be crowded but we think it's still super small. The Food is not worth to stand up early and go there when it's not crowded. You find better options throughout the city. The Gym wasn't well signed out. We couldn't find it. We saw it at the end of our trip that it was behind the toilets of the Lobby.
