We had a doubleroom facing the Spree river. The room was big with comfortable beds and the AC was working perfect(the control panel was hard to find though). The bathroom is clean and with amnities. The location of the hotel is 15min walk to museums island or 20min walk to AlexanderPlaz. A metro(U2) station right next to the hotel. Near the hotel there are 3 restaurants and a bakery from where you can get your coffee/breakfast if you didn"t opt for it at the hotel.

The bathroom didn't had any ventilation or window.

This was a truly superb hotel, friendly staff, extremely comfortable (I slept very soundly after walking all over this great city) and a great location. At first, on the map, I wasn't sure how central it would be, but it's a ten minute or so walk from museum island and the start of Unter Den Linden, a gorgeous, famous, and central long boulevard. A few more minutes in the opposite direction takes you to Alexanderplatz, in the former East Berlin and the S Bahn overhead train which we used to get into the city. The hotel is close to the U Bahn for those who prefer to negotiate the city without tired feet after each day. As said, centrally located, wonderfully comfortable, clean and modern but a beautiful layout with a wide choice for the buffet breakfast. The English speaking staff? They couldn't be more welcoming. We would return to this hotel in an instant.

Nichts, alles ausgezeichnet, as the locals would say. Everything first class.

The location is really great! Right in the city center by the river which has a good public transport connection and walking around is wonderful. Restaurants, cafes/bakeries and grocery store near by. I liked that they offered drinks! Staff was nice. Room was overall comfy with plenty of space to store your belongings, a desk, comfy bed.

The bathroom smelled funky. The shower was ridiculously slippery. Very dangerous! The AC definitely didn't keep up, even on the cooler days and since it was a hypoallergenic room, we couldn't open the windows. The key card wasn't working well either. Sometimes it took a minute or so to turn green.

Spacious room with super comfy beds and nice size bathroom. Great location near the Museum Island. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the money. It's a bit quirky but in a very amusing way. They give 2 beers and 2 waters in a mini bar for free upon check in ( awesome!), but other days they don't replace them, so I asked for it at the front desk and was given with pleasure. Also, great coffee shop around the corner with excellent coffee and breakfast.

Small thing but we could hear many doors from other rooms being slammed loudly in the morning (heavy doors and it wasn't intentional i don't think, but nevertheless it creates a noisy environment if sleeping without ear plugs).

Excellent breakfast. Lovely room... superior double with kitchenette and living area. The desk was most important and it was good. Lighting also good. Really cute windows with curtains and small sofa. Bed had a dip but I got used to it. I actually got sick one day and missed breakfast... in bed all day. Hotel sent me a sandwich, extra water, hot chocolate and a get well note. Very kind. I also did a dry cleaning order which was fine. Only concern regarded the bathroom. The tub is very high and curved, so it took some getting used to over 6 days. Also, I couldn't figure out how to detach the spray wand...if it detaches at all and it's installed near the corner, so it was awkward to get the spray angle desired. Maybe my fault due to lack of understanding about how to properly use it. Also had to position the shower curtain to be sure the water didn't spray out onto the floor. Otherwise, the bathroom was large with a storage shelf and everything was sparklingly clean. I enjoyed me stay and recommend this hotel.

Great location. Clean, spacious comfortable rooms. We had a lovely view of the river from our room. The mini fridge and hot drinks facility was welcomed. Good to have cold drinks as some nights were very warm. Loved that there was a decent size bath in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. About 10/15 minutes away from Alexanderplatz TV tower. There are plenty of nice restaurants close by as well as a few supermarkets.

The room was very warm at night. There was a fan provided but no air conditioning. The window could be opened but late at night it can be loud on the street below.

The staff are helpful, polite and smiley. Its very neat And the location is good 20 minutes to alexebderplatz and 30-40 min to important sites by foot, 10 to the lovely Catherine to be honest, the u ban is less than 5 min and transportation is easy to use. There is cafe at the corner near the station that has variety for all meals plus two restaurants near by, and the river is 🤍 although of the snow while my stay

At the entrance there are few steps that bother who has heavy luggage, none to help! I had travelled around the world especially in Europe, I didn’t feel the hotel fits 4 stars, I asked for sleepers, there were no shampoo only hand soap till i ordered, no coffee machine which nowadays you may find it in a three stars hotel. A ceiling fell on my head at night in the bathroom, could be injured but god blessed The breakfast is expensive

The room has its own kitchen

When you shower the water won’t run through the drain, therefore you get ‘flooded’ in the shower and have to quickly finish.

Located near the metro station and near restaurants or brunch areas. The place was very clean, staff very helpful. Even though it was very hot outside we didn’t feel the heat inside. Also, it is a huge plus offering daily 2 bottles of water/beer per day.

It’s more of a personal preference but I didn’t like the smell of the soap, shower gel and towels. Maybe I’m just sensitive to that smell

Location was great. We walked to everything we wanted to see. It was nice to have complimentary beer and water in the refrigerator, as well as coffee and tea. I like that you will give money to charity if we don't have daily cleaning. Getting robes and slippers for our stay was great. Lots of channels to choose from on the tv. Water was hot and consistant.

The bathroom had a constant sound, like someone taking a shower in a windtunnel; a whooshing noise. The other thing was the noise outside. I know you can't manage construction work, but we were awakened early every morning by trucks and workers just below our window. I wish we had a room higher up or on the other side of the building.
