The hotel is in good condition, clean rooms, elevator, corridors. At our request, our towels and bed linen were changed for free. Our double room had a large bed, it was comfortable to sleep. The staff at the reception was very friendly and hospitable. We were given a comfortable room on the top floor and it was really calm and quiet to sleep. There was no noise from the street, but you could hear other guests slamming their room doors very loudly (but here it is more of an appeal to tourists: "please respect other people and close your room doors calmly and quietly"). We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we come to Heidelberg.

1. The TV remote didn't work, but it wasn't a big problem. 2. The fan worked and didn't work, it wasn't clear in the end if it was in good working order or not, therefore there wasn't enough air. 3. A little humidity in the room

The location was very convenient to the train station and felt safe for walking. The room was clean, had AC and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet anyway, but with the window shut I heard nothing from outside, which was great.

I understand not cleaning during a stay, but with staying three nights it would be helpful to at least remove trash during the stay. Breakfast was priced a little high for what was offered, though I ended up getting it two of three mornings for convenience.

Staff is amazing! Especially Alan, he is very attentive and had a nice time chatting with him here and there. Room is fine, bed is very comfortable and location is ok but a little bit far from everything.

The wifi in the rooms is very bad. I was in the second floor and had to attend meetings online and the wifi was all the time on and off. Really need to fix this Breakfast is ok but limited

The breakfast was excellent and the bar area was really nice and relaxing for a quiet drink after exploring the city. They do a happy hour and serve food. The room was very comfortable and I liked there was a kettle in the room!!!

Its not thr nicest area as there is a lot of construction work surrounding the hotel but it is close to the central train station and near buses and trams that can take you into the centre.

The two guys at the front desk, one from Greece and one from Spain were exceptionally helpful. This was the only hotel on our trip that had air conditioning. It's a short hike from the main train station to the hotel and maybe a 15 minute tram or bus ride to the beginning of the main shopping street.

All was good. There is a convenient food court type setup outside of the hotel that we enjoyed. Heidelberg is a great city to visit. They have a branch of this hotel that is half the distance to the old town. Good value for money.

Our first day in Europe started off wonderfully with a stay at Premier Inn Heidelberg City Bahnstadt Hotel. Though slightly farther from the train station, requiring a short bus ride and walk, the warm welcome made up for it. Special thanks to Mr. Ekkarin, who noticed we were Thai and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. In December, it’s easy to reach the Christmas market via bus.

I thought that the variety of food for breakfast was really good, with a decent choice of cereals, cooked breakfast and delicious pastries 😋. When I asked the hotel staff for a taxi, they were very helpful and ordered a taxi straight away so that I managed to get to my cousin's wedding on time.

The only thing I didn't like was I unfortunately never had a cup of tea in my room as the cable for the kettle wasn't quite long enough to reach the socket.

The room was clean and very quiet, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was average but decent for the price, and overall the hotel offers good quality for its value.

While the location is close to the central train station, it doesn't have much around, so it always requires a walk or a short bus ride to reach a livelier part of the city.

Looks like it’s recently had a refurb and is fresh, appeared and smelt clean all the time. The hotel front of house team were exceptional. We’ve stayed in lots of hotels and cannot remember the last time we were treated in such a friendly and welcoming way, they were all amazing. We have passed this on to the team directly but want everyone to know how great they were!

Clean, fully functional and well thought out room fixtures and features.

Relatively close walk to HBF but 4km walk to main tourist attractions/old town. However, very close to trams and buses that can take you to the main tourist area.
