Breakfast was really good, they offered a lot of options. Overall, the rooms were clean, and the furniuture and other facilities were good.
Wifi was really bad, I couldn't even open a single webpage. This was a major headache during my stay. Also, keep in mind that minibar is not free :)

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and new rooms, quiet rooms, a little bar/lounge at the entrance, parking in the hotel garage. The location was in walking distance from downtown Munich and 5 minutes from the central train station. We very much enjoyed our stay!
The hotel is in a very "poor" district. I would not feel safe at night or as a single female traveller. The hotel has a parking garage, but the staff was unable to reserve a space in advance. I didn't get why... I was lucky to have a parking spot, but they might as well all be full... reserving them in advance would give the peace of mind to be able to park in the busy inner ciry

Convenient location! 5 minute walk to Munich HBF and 15 minutes to Marienplatz. The neighbourhood is vibrant and diverse with a variety of different types of restaurants! Our suite was spacious with comfortable beds, large shower, and a mini fridge. The bartender, Edu, was a real gentleman who served us our drinks and dinners, including room service, a few nights, with absolute grace! Lovely to have the restaurant open until 10:30 pm, especially after getting back from long day trips by train! Food is reasonable and tasty! Good choices for the buffet breakfast, and my wife also loved getting morning hugs from Dacil! She’s really the sweetest! We did have two issues that arose during our 7 night stay but then were compensated for, as my wife says... by the very friendly and charming Nico!
Definitely need face cloths in the rooms! Reception should pick up all calls from the suite, and put on hold if busy, but especially on evenings/ nights when it's quiet.

The staff is outstanding. They went out of their way to receive us prior to our check in. The room did not disappoint. It was larger than the rooms I am accustomed to staying in Europe. It had a modern feel with nice fixtures in the showers, chic closets and current appliances. The hotel also had other great perks like a breakfast buffet, free fruit infused water and a gym. Overall, it was convenient to the sights, major transit system and at a good value.
Two things may have been better. One of those things is beyond the control of the hotel which is the main avenue it is on. It felt a bit unsafe. I would think twice traveling alone with a small child. The second is within the hotel's control. They didn't have an iron nor an ironing board in the room. I like my clothes to be pressed and it's unfortunate I didn't have an iron.

Modern clean hotel within 10 min walk of main train station. We had two rooms on 7th floor. Lift was never busy, so no issues. Small gym which we used once. Not ideal for more than 2-3 people, but a bonus in a city location. On busy road, but not noisy despite the area. Lidl with a few mins walk, which had fresh bakery items, juice etc for breakfast. Used day ticket on metro system x2 out of 3 day visit, which was easy to negotiate to Olympic park, BMW museum & football stadium. Walkable to old town & English garden. If we visited again would be happy to stay in this hotel.

Great location near the Munich HBF (main train station), quick trip on the S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines to most tourist spots, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very spacious by European standards. Our family of 3 stayed in the junior suite, which provided separate rooms for the adults and our 12-year-old. She slept on the sofa bed in the living room, and there was even a half-bath that she could use without coming into our bedroom. The sofa bed is futon-style and very firm. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful; no problem leaving our luggage after we checked out so we could do more sightseeing before our afternoon train. The variety and quality of the breakfast buffet is above average. The price is steep if you like to start your day with a light meal, so we opted to stuff ourselves before heading out for the day. Our book-loving kid loved the hotel's literary-themed decor, and insisted on visiting each floor of the hotel to discover the genres represented (we were on the sci-fi floor). There is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood and the area around the train station is very busy, but the rooms were quiet.
The bathroom is like a fishbowl: there is a semi-transparent window into the master bedroom, and the bathroom door is glass as well. This doesn't provide much privacy for the person in the bathroom. If your sleeping partner gets up in the middle of the night to use the toilet, the light from the bathroom lights up the bedroom. And, as with most European hotel showers we have come across, there is no shower door and nothing to keep water from flowing all over the bathroom floor. It's obvious the bathroom subflooring had warped from all the moisture, as the glass bathroom door squealed as it scraped over the tile floor next to the shower every time the door was opened. We had to ask for extra towels, as we had to use several towels to mop up the floor after each shower.

The location is very practical, a walking distance from main landmarks, such as the main station, the Oktoberfest's Park, and the old town centre.
The neighborhood is not very pretty, too many homeless people, beggars and suspicious commerce. Additionally, during the early hours, inside the hotel some people do not respect the silence for the other guests who are still sleeping.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked the shower (very spacious). The room itself was a little small, but not too small in that there was enough room to move around. There was plenty of closet space, although I didn't have too many clothes as my stay was only for 2 nights. I did like that the hotel was only a couple of blocks from the Munich train station.
The washroom was a little odd if you're sharing the room with someone other than your spouse. The toilet was in a separate room, which was good, but once you step out of that room or out of the shower, you were almost in an open area (like, to dry yourself off after your shower - I guess you could do this in the shower, because it was so spacious, but there was nowhere to hang your towel to keep it dry while you had your shower). So, the sink was sort of in a that open area with a design-frosted glass to the rest of the room. Not very private, but this sort of thing (an open bathroom) seems to be a trend (I still don't like it).

We loved everything. The location, the rooms were cute, very clean, bed comfortable, had a mini bar and everything you need, from a toothbrush and toothpaste to shampoo and conditioner, body lotion etc. So handy. The showers are lovely, water pressure great. Breakfast was really good and staff was amazing. Laura at the reception was the most pleasant receptionist I ever met (and I used to work in hotels). She went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always lovely and smiled. A lady in the breakfast area (I did not catch her name) was also so nice, made us feel very welcomed. I have to say it really made the difference, we loved everything about this place.
Nothing.

Location, staff, bedroom, breakfast were all EXCELLENT. The gym is small. Hand weights, (running machine, exercise bike and a cross trainier could all do with an upgrade) The gym, Sauna and relax area, shower etc, were the reason we choose this hotel. The sauna was not working on the evening we choose to use it, but the staff very quickly got their engineer to fix the problem.
Staff need to check on the gym and sauna more often. Empty water fountains, excess towels, broken sauna and broken sauna door handle could all have been avoided with regular checks. I mention this only as I would have given 10/10, and you all work so hard that you deserve the 10 mark.
