Great location for us as we were catching the ferry to the UK early the next morning. Great food at the Croft restaurant

Consistant with other Hotels we stayed at, there is no fridge in the room, more milk for coffee would be good and maybe a complimentary snack like biscuits to have with coffee

Great hotel, the accompanying restaurant food was really good. I stayed here most nights for food it was that good, I had most of the menu. The leisure centre on the back of the hotel was amazing, having a full gym and spa facility is really good and the staff in the gym were amazing and friendly. I was in the gym pretty much every evening, what a great way to wind down. I didn't have breakfast as €20 per day was expensive for a bowl of cereal, I managed to get some fruit from the shop next door, so I was fine for breakfast. Location for public transport into Dublin was great and there are various other restaurants and supermarkets close by. I would stay here again!

Hotel is a little warn, could do with some refreshes here and there, for instance, the carpet in my room didn't fit to the wall, some strange things that need fixing, just showing a little age here and there. It was even more expensive to have breakfast included with the room rate than having it per day, something I noticed when booking, even though I didn't have breakfast there, this is one of the reasons I didn't have it.

I gave 10 to the hotel to balance some very bed reviews that this hotel got, that are not deserved in our experience. For example, I knew there was a leisure center but I thought it was a fake: something external to the hotel and not really freely accessible to guests. Instead, it is inside the hotel, completely for free (put your swimming cap in the trolley, otherwise you have to buy one for 3 euros - that is the only cost we faced), and very nice. The staff was also super nice: breakfast was not included, but my husband and I had to have breakfast inside the hotel once, since we had to rush away early in the morning. We were ready to pay 17.5 euros each, but since the waiter saw that we just had a coffee and a small piece of cake, she charged us 3.5 euros each, only! All the other days we went to the CENTRA supermarket (5 meters far) to by some croissants and yogurt, and we had very nice breakfasts in the room, spending just a few euros each.

The position is ok and there are many buses going to the center in 25 minutes, but you are not in the center. The two restaurants connected with the hotel close at 9PM, which is a problem if your plane arrives late in the night and you are tired...

The decor and beauty of the hotel, as well as the fabulous restaurants. The pool was a massive success for my kids. The location of the hotel is excellent, and well done on the free parking for those who drive.

None of the outlets worked in our room, so my husband and I had to take time to go buy adapters and use them in our kids' room. Shower & sink backed up with water—a costly stay per night with non-functional outlets and sinks. I loved the hotel and staff overall, but please inform people with children what the actual children's hours for the pool are. We were not informed correctly when we checked in, and I was not informed correctly when I asked the front desk about the pool. I cannot thank the staff in the pool/spa area enough for giving us grace so that my kids could enjoy the pool after the technical children's hours.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good food, very nice pool. Right on a bus route directly into Dublin centre. The room was quiet and air conditioned. From the room I had on the 4th floor you can see Dublin city centre. Great water pressure from the shower.

Bathroom was looking just a little tired but was perfectly functional. Parking is a bit difficult. Not altogether the hotel's fault. The location is quite busy. View over the roof of the leisure centre wasn't the best, but you can just look straight ahead and not down 8-)

The facilities were fantastic at the hotel in particular the staff at both restaurants were friends and the food was superb. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Not a mark against the hotel but something I really should have researched more before hand the hotel is quite a fair distance from the city centre though this could be solved with taxis the location is not ideal if your activities are city centre focused. Considering the distance from the city centre I was expecting the hotel to be quieter but there were still people coming in loudly at 2/3am though to be fair I had only gotten in around 1am quite inebriated myself. The exterior of the hotel itself is quite rundown and could do with a facelift

Great Stay – Convenient and Comfortable I had a great experience at this hotel! It was incredibly convenient coming from the airport—just a short drive, and the free parking was a huge plus. The location is also excellent, with public transportation just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to get around the city without a car. The onsite bar was a pleasant surprise—stylish, well-stocked, and a great place to unwind after a long day. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered everything I needed for a smooth, stress-free stay. Highly recommended, especially for travelers who value convenience and a good atmosphere.

The indoor pool was really good as well as the room. Very comfortable at a easy 24 hour a day access to Dublin center

Staff was helpful but a bit not too friendly, some would say rude rude which is unfortunate. The indoor spa although good didn’t meet the highest cleaning standards, don’t look inside the vents, and didn’t have every equipment working. Also the jacuzzi was good but not as good as others I am used to. For 15€ a breakfast I would expect something more complete although food was good!

Everything. It is nicely decorated. Felt very much at home from the minute we arrived except for the flowers on the railings outside. We had food in McGettigans Bar in the hotel. Food snd staff were exceptional. Barman was so friendly and the waitress Lucy is a great ambassador for her work place. Exceptional!! The room was spotless. The breakfast was perfect. Such a variety and tasted gorgeous and fresh. Can’t say good enough about the staff at breakfast. They couldn’t do enough for us. They created a great homely warm atmosphere. I would definitely recommend staying here. I will again.

Really great hotel especially for the price! Staff were friendly and helpful as well as the staff in the restaurants. It is directly on a bus route so getting to/from the airport and to Dublin Centre was easy and did not take long no matter the time. The room itself was really good. The bed was very comfortable but my god it was enormous! The tv had a selection of streaming services as well as regular channels such as RTE and TG4. The shower is also something to talk about because it basically has two modes: power wash or lizard tank. In power wash mode the water is so powerful it will knock over all your toiletries, you will come out looking like a lobster, and you will spend time feeling like Teresa Mannion in the “Don’t make unnecessary journeys” video. Lizard mode is the complete opposite. It is a cool mist. If you play rainforest sounds you too can envision yourself was a reptile at the Dublin Zoo as you stand in your glass enclosure absorbing water through osmosis! Other big bonus for me with this hotel was the ability to have the culinary genius of Mad Egg delivered directly to me! I recommend to everyone the Honeybaby burger, tator tots, and honey butter sauce. This meal is so delicious you will be counting down the days until you go to Dublin next just so you can have this delectable sandwich! I have 16 weeks, 4 days, 8 hours, 20 minutes, and 58 seconds left. Anywho, hotel is really great. I recommend.

I did not expect to be dropped off at the Dublin City Mortuary every night.
